Interrupteur à poussoir. L'invention a. pour objet un interrupteur à poussoir, caractérisé par le fait que le mou vement de translation du poussoir est trans formé en un mouvement .de rotation du balai par l'intermédiaire -d'un rochet d'entraîne ment, dont la. partie centrale est fendue au moyen d'une .portion hélicoïdale de la tige du poussoir coopérant avec la fente du rochet pour faire décrire à celui-ci- un quart de tour à chaque actionnement du poussoir;
Push button switch. The invention a. for object a push-button switch, characterized in that the translational movement of the push-button is transformed into a rotational movement of the brush by means of a driving ratchet, of which the. central part is split by means of a helical .portion of the rod of the pusher cooperating with the slot of the ratchet to make the latter describe a quarter turn on each actuation of the pusher;
the latter being subjected to the action of a return spring which brings it back into its. rest position as soon as the pressure exerted on it is released, and the ratchet describing a quarter of a turn in the opposite direction to return to its initial position each time the pusher returns to the rest position without dragging the pusher into this movement. bajlai, retained by means of a snap-fastening member.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is an axial section with parts in elevation, and FIG. 2, a detail view showing the switch mechanism separately in plan. The body of the switch is formed by a porcelain socket a, in which are housed laterally the two diametrically opposed contacts b. In the central part of this sleeve is formed a rectangular opening at d, and cylindrical at a2, in which the rod ci of the pusher c slides, and a flat, square opening a3 serving as a housing for a fixed square ratchet d.
On this the ratchet is placed, at a slight distance above the surface of the. , bush a, at the level of the contacts b, the two-branch brush é, which engages with the four teeth of the ratchet d by means of two lower elastic teeth, formed with its cut and repelled material.
A hook is placed on the broom. rotary circular f, also with four teeth, which engages with two diametrically opposed teeth and, formed on the upper face of the brush, and which is slit in its central part so as to be dragged by a helical portion c 'of the rod this.
The three superimposed pieces d ef are centered with respect to each other by means of the rod of rectangular section ci q111 crosses them, and are held in engagement with each other by means of a spring with sausage g, surrounding the. rod c 'and bearing at its other end .sur a washer c "fixed to the end of this rod.
This rod c 'is guided in the axis of the. sleeve a by opening a 'and is retained in the. -douille by means of a transverse pin da, which cooperates with a longitudinal slide c formed on a portion of the rod c '.
The assembly thus formed is mounted inside a pear in two parts i, in which is further housed the pusher c, which presses on the .rondelle c \.
The operation of the switch is as follows:. When you act with your thumb on pusher e, to make it describe the stroke determined by the length of the slide c ', the rod c', prevented from, turning on itself by the rectangular opening n. ', makes describe, by means of a key its helical portion, with the rotary ratchet f, a quarter key turn on itself. This helical part does not act, on the other hand, on the brush e and the fixed ratchet d, the corresponding central openings of which are circular.
The ratchet f, in its rotational movement, drives the brush e, which also describes a quarter turn key to switch the connection position to that of interruption or vice versa. When the pressure exerted on the pusher c is released, the latter is returned to its rest position by the coil spring g. By going backwards, the rod c 'causes the ratchet to write a quarter turn in the opposite direction, without the brush, which is snapped in this direction of rotation by the fixed ratchet d, being dragged in this movement retrograde.
