Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Küpenfarbstofes.       Im Hauptpatent und in den beiden Zusatz  patenten Nr. 96138 und 96139 ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung von     Küpenfarbstoffen     beschrieben, das darin besteht,     Nitranilide     des     Chinons    und des gechlorten     Chinons    mit  Schwefelammonium zu erhitzen.  



  Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Er  hitzen des durch Kondensation von     2#6#          Dichlorchinon    mit     o-Nitro-p-toluidin    erhält  lichen     lIonochlorchinon-o-nitro-paratoluids    mit.  einer Lösung von     Natriumsulfhydrat    zu einem  ähnlichen     Küpenfarbstoff    gelangen kann.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10 kg des durch Kondensation von<B>2.6.</B>       Dichlorchinon    mit     o-Nitro-p-toluidin        (CHs     NO 2 :     NH    2 = 1 : 2 : 4) erhältlichen     Mono-          chlorchinou-o-nitro-p-toluids    werden mit 260 kg  wässeriger 2      /oiger        Nati-iumsulfhydratlösung     während .zwei Stunden im     Autöklaven    auf  1200 erhitzt. Der erhaltene     Farbstoff    ist ein  braunschwarzes Pulver, das in     Wasser    unlös-    lieh ist und sich in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit violetter Farbe löst.

   Aus der gelb  gefärbten     Küpe    wird Wolle in echten braunen  Tönen angefärbt.
