Bague attache de sûreté pour porte-plume à réservoir. L'invention concerne une bagué attache de sûreté pour ;porte-plume à réservoir et présentant la particularité de s'opposer à toute sortie intempestive ou glissement du porte-plume hors de la poche du porteur, grâce à un levier dont une extrémité est soumise à l'action d'un ressort contenu dans un logement solidaire de la bague, tandis que l'autre extrémité, en forme de crochet pointu, est destinée à s'engager, sous l'in fluence dudit ressort, dans l'étoffe de la poche contenant le porte-plume et à être dégagée de l'étoffe quand on veut utiliser le porte- plume.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, plusieurs formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention et des variantes de détails.
Les fig. 1 et 2 représentent deux profils différents d'une première forme d'exécution de la bague attache; Les fig. 3 et 4 sont des coupes de la bague seule avec le levier dans les deux positions extrêmes; Les fig. 5 à 7 sont des variantes de dé tail; La fig. 8 représente une seconde forme d'exécution de la bague, et Les fig. 9 à 13 se rapportent à une troi sième forme d'exécution de la bague attache.
En se reportant aux fig. 1 et 2, a est une bague coupée sur laquelle est fixée une boîte b à section rectangulaire et percée dans ses parois latérales de trous d dans lesquels tournent les tourillons h d'un levier c qui se termine en crochet pointu i pour être solli-. cité à pénétrer dans l'étoffe de la poche, sous l'action d'un ressort f en lame cintré, rivé en ,j, à la boîte b, ressort qui agit sur une partie g eu équerre du levier. Grâce à ce ressort, le levier c peut prendre deux posi tions extrêmes, représentées dans les fig. 3 et 4.
Dans la fig. 3, le levier c est dessiné dans la position qu'il occupe lorsque le porte- plume est dans la poche, le ressort f étant comprimé par le bras g du levier c et le crochet i pénétrant dans l'étoffe de la poche.
La fig. 4 représente le levier c dans la position de dégagement, après avoir été ma- nceuvré avec deux doigts. Dans cette posi tion du levier c, dégagé de l'étoffe de la poche, il est possible d'enlever le porte-plume de celle-ci, le ressort f étant dans une posi tion de détente jusqu'à ce qu'on rabat le levier pour utiliser le porte-plume ou pour une nouvelle fixation de celui-ci sur la poche.
Dans les fig. fi à 7 on a représenté plu sieurs formes à donner au levier c; les formes représentées dans les fig. 6 et 7 sont munies chacune d'un écusson central pour recevoir ou non, par exemple des initiales gravées.
La forme d'exécution suivant la fig.8 diffère de celle gui vient d'être décrite, en ce qu'elle comporte un ressort k à boudin au lieu du ressort f en forme de lame montré dans les fig. 3 et 4. L'une des extrémités du ressort k est goupillée et soudée à la partie supérieure de la boîte b, tandis que l'extré mité opposée est reliée au bras y du levier c.
Pour fixer le porte-plume sur la poche on tend le ressort k en tirant le levier dans la direction de la flèche (fig. 8) on fait alors pénétrer le crochet i dans l'étoffe de la poche et puis on abandonne le levier qui, par la tension du ressort, reste fixé à la poche. Pour dégager le crochet de l'étoffe on n'a qu'à tirer le levier dans la direction de la flèche et de le tourner ut) peu.
La forme d'exécution représentée par les fig. 9 à 13 permet de simplifier le montage et la fabrication de la bague d'attache.
Suivant cette forme d'exécution, la boîte b' fixée à la bague a', est arrondie dans sa partie supérieure, comme le montrent les fig. 9 à 13. En ce qui concerne la forme, la posi tion et le fonctionnement du ressort f', on remarquera qu'il a la forme d'un<B>U</B> renversé, qu'il est placé simplement dans la boîte b' et ne tient que par la pression qu'il exerce automatiquement en cherchant à s'ouvrir, s'appuyant, d'une part, sur une paroi inté rieure de la boîte et, d'autre part, sur l'ex trémité supérieure du levier c'.
L'extrémité supérieure du levier c' se ter mine par une partie droite (fig. 11 à 13) et pivotée à la boîte b'. De cette façon, la par tie inférieure de l'une des branches du res sort f' exerce sur la partie supérieure du levier une pression constante qui a pour effet de renvoyer l'extrémité inférieure du levier e' en forme de crochet, au delà de la verticale, vers le porte-plume.
Pour dégager le porte-plume, le levier c' est soulevé avec deux doigts jusqu'à ce que son extrémité supérieure bute contre un bord b2 d'une encoche pratiquée dans la face fron tale de la boîte b'; le levier ci (position in diquée en traits mixtes, fig. 12) est maintenu dans cette position par suite de ce que son extrémité supérieure en tourillonnant, oblige le ressort f' à se comprimer fortement d'oie. maintien du levier cl dans la positiôn indi quée en traits mixtes permettant de placer facilement le porte-plume dans la poche.
Pour fixer celui-ci, il ne reste plus qu'à ra battre le levier c' qui, par son crochet, pénètre dans l'étoffe E qui simule la poche.
En outre, le levier c' offre, dans sa partie médiane, un écusson susceptible de recevoir des initiales ou armoiries gravées ou ajourées.

In fig. fi to 7 show several shapes to be given to the lever c; the shapes shown in fig. 6 and 7 are each provided with a central escutcheon to receive or not, for example engraved initials.
The embodiment according to FIG. 8 differs from that which has just been described, in that it comprises a coil spring k instead of the leaf-shaped spring f shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. One end of spring k is pinned and welded to the top of box b, while the opposite end is connected to arm y of lever c.

To fix the latter, all that remains is to beat the lever c 'which, by its hook, penetrates into the fabric E which simulates the pocket.
