Description
Autoklav mit Rührwerk.
Der den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfin dung bildende, insbesondere für Laborato riumzwecke bestimmte Autoklav mit motorisch angetriebenem Rührwerk ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung in einer beisl) ielsrvei- sen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und zwar zeigt :
Fig. 1 einen Schnitt nach der Linie. 1-B der Fig. 2 ;
Fig. 2 ist eine Draufsicht :
Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen eine Detailvariante, zum Teil im Schnitt ;
Fig. 5 zeigt einen Riemenleiter.
I) er gezeichnete Autoklav weist ein Gefϯ 1 auf, in welchem ein gul3eiserner Ein- satz 2 vorgesehen ist und welches ein Kup fermantel 3 umgibt, der zur Aufnahme von bl dient. I) er Bchälter 1 ist mit einem Decke ! 4 verselien, welcher durci Schrauben 5 festgehalten ist. In den Deckel 4 ist eine Büchse 6 eingeschraubt, in welcher die vertikale Welle 7 drehbar gelagert ist. Letztere trägt untel einen Rührflügel 8 und oben ein Kegelrad 9, mit welchem ein Kegelrad 10 in Eingriff steht.
Letzteres ist drehbar in einem Bügel 11 gelagert, der auf dem Deckel 4 aufgeschraubt ist und der auch das obere Lager für die Welle 7 bildet. Im Bugel 11 sitzt eine Büclise 12, auf welcher eine Leerscheibe 13 sitzt. I) as Kegelrad 10 ist auf einer Welle 14 befestigt, die in der Büchse 12 gelagert ist und clic am ÏuBeren Ende eine Riemenscheibe 15 trägt, welche mittelst Stellschraube mit der Welle 14 fest verbunden ist. Am Deckel 4 ist eine Anslaufleitung 18 vorgesehen, die mittelst Ventil U abgeschlossen werden kann. Die Leitung weist noch einen Stutzen 16 für einen Manometer 19 auf.
Der Deckel 4 weist ferner einen Halter 20 fiir einen Thermometer auf, welsch letzterer gerade sein kann und nicht wie bei lekannten Ausf hrungen abgekrümmt sein muss. Der Kupfermantel 3 ist in einem Ring 22, festgelegt. Letzterer ist mittelst Schrauben 23 am Behälter 1 befestigt. Der Autoklav wird auf einem Ring 24 montiert, welch letzterer mit F ¯en 25 versehen ist. Als Riemenleiter ist eine Gabel 26 vorgesehen, die mittelst Handgriff 27 auf einer horizontalen Achse 28 achsial verstellbar ist, welche Achse 28 in einem Arm 29 befestigt ist, der um die Welle 14 schwenkbar und mittelst Schraube 30 feststellbar ist.
Die label 26 wird durch eine Fcder 21. die mit derselben auf der Achse 28 mitvcrschoben wird, in ihrcn Stel tulle, gesichert, indem die Feder 21 in Nuten 35 der Achse 28 springt. Um die Gabel 26 rucken zu können, muss das Federende 36 entgegen seiner Federwirkung gemäss Pfeil I aus der Achse 28 gehoben werden, wodurch die Gabel freigelegt wird. Zum Antrieb des R hrfl gels kann auch, wie in Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellt ist, eine Schnecke 31 angeordnet werden, die in ein Schneckenrad 32 eingreift, welches auf der Welle 7 befestigt ist.
Auf der Schneckenwelle 33 sitzt eine Schnurscheibe 34, die von einer Transmission angetrieben wird.
Gegenüber bekannten Autoklaven besitzt der vorliegende den Vorteil grösster Einfachheit.

The autoclave with a motor-driven stirrer, which is the subject of the present invention and is intended in particular for laboratory purposes, is shown in the accompanying drawing in an exemplary embodiment, namely:

I) he drawn autoclave has a vessel 1 in which a cast iron insert 2 is provided and which surrounds a copper jacket 3 which is used to hold b1. I) he bin 1 has a blanket! 4 verselien which is held by screws 5. A bushing 6 is screwed into the cover 4, in which the vertical shaft 7 is rotatably mounted. The latter carries below a stirring blade 8 and above a bevel gear 9, with which a bevel gear 10 is in engagement.
The latter is rotatably mounted in a bracket 11 which is screwed onto the cover 4 and which also forms the upper bearing for the shaft 7. In the bracket 11 sits a Büclise 12 on which an empty disk 13 is seated. I) The bevel gear 10 is attached to a shaft 14 which is mounted in the bush 12 and clic carries a pulley 15 at the outer end, which is firmly connected to the shaft 14 by means of a set screw. On the cover 4 a run-up line 18 is provided which can be closed by means of valve U. The line also has a connector 16 for a pressure gauge 19.
The cover 4 also has a holder 20 for a thermometer, which the latter can be straight and does not have to be bent, as in the case of other versions. The copper jacket 3 is fixed in a ring 22. The latter is attached to the container 1 by means of screws 23. The autoclave is mounted on a ring 24, which is provided with feet 25. A fork 26 is provided as the belt ladder, which is axially adjustable by means of a handle 27 on a horizontal axis 28, which axis 28 is fastened in an arm 29 which can be pivoted about the shaft 14 and can be locked by means of a screw 30.
The label 26 is secured in its position by a spring 21, which is pushed along with it on the axis 28, in that the spring 21 jumps into grooves 35 of the axis 28. In order to be able to jerk the fork 26, the spring end 36 must be lifted out of the axis 28 against its spring action according to arrow I, whereby the fork is exposed. To drive the agitator, a worm 31 can also be arranged, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, which engages in a worm wheel 32 which is fastened on the shaft 7.
On the worm shaft 33 sits a cord pulley 34, which is driven by a transmission.
Compared to known autoclaves, the present one has the advantage of great simplicity.
