La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de fixation sur les queues de cas seroles et autres récipients analogues, de douilles servant de poignées, caractérisé par le fait qu'un organe de fixation de la douille servant de poignée prend appui sur la péri phérie de l'oeil pratiqué à l'extrémité libre de la queue métallique de la casserole, et qui sert à son accrochage.
Dans les systèmes employés jusqu'à ce jour on fait généralement emploi d'une soie dont une extrémité ou les deux sont filetées et destinées l'une à être vissée sur la patte d'attache de la queue de casserole et l'autre, à recevoir un écrou constitué, par exemple, par le chapeau métallique servant à immobi liser la douille isolante.
Ces dispositifs, outre l'inconvénient qu*ils nécessitent des pièces de forme assez compli quée et une main-d'oeuvre assez considérable pour le montage, ne permettent pas une immobilisation sûre de la douille; le dis positif de fixation suivant l'invention est exempt des inconvénients qui viennent d'être signalés. Le dessin annexé représente. k. titre d'exem ple, différentes formes d'exécution de queues de casseroles avec douille formant poignée, fixée conformément à !'invention.

Suivant la première forme d'exécution (fig. 1 et 2), la soie a de la queue de casse role sur laquelle est enfilée la douille iso lante b formant poignée, porte, à son extré mité libre, Lui trou c. Le chapeau métallique<I>cl,</I> pourvu d'uii trou dl comporte une mortaise dans laquelle s'engage l'extrémité de la soie a. Une fois les trous c et dl amenés en con- cordance, on opère la fixation du chapeau d par rabattement des bords d2 du trou d' comme il est représenté fig. 2.
En écrasant le métal plus à une extrémité qu'à l'autre, on peut obtenir le serrage voulu de la douille isolante de façon à éviter tout jeu.
Suivant la deuxième forme d'exécution (fig. 3 et 4), dans les trous c<I>et cl'</I> amenés en concordance, est introduite une bague f qu'on sertit à ses deux extrémités et qli'oti petit, en même temps, déformer de façon à obtenir le serrage de la douille isolante.
Dans le cas de fig. 5. où la douille formant poignée est constituée par un tube métallique y, on a disposé, à chacune de ses extrémités, une rondelle isolante h ; de cette façon le tube y ne petit s'échauffer par conductibilité.
On peut encore utiliser le mode de fixation suivant l'invention dans le cas oit on ne fait pas usage de chapeau séparé de la douille ; la douille isolante L forme alors (fig. 6) une gaine complète pour la soie a, et dans les trous c et d' amenés comme précédemment en concordance, on introduit la bague de fixation f, qui peut comprendre une contre plaque<B>fi.</B> Avec interposition d'une rondelle isolante la' entre la bague f et la périphérie du trou c, on évite même le contact de la soie<I>a</I> et de la bague<I>f</I> et par suite l'échauffe ment de cette dernière.
Il est bien évident que l'invention n'est pas limitée aux détails d'exécution qui viennent d'être décrits. C'est ainsi qu'on peut, par exemple, appliquer ce mode de fixation aux manches de casseroles, couvercles, récipients de forme quelconque dont la soie est d'un métal autre que celui du récipient ou cou vercle, qu'elle soit rapportée ou emprisonnée dans le métal au moment de sa coulée, utiliser pour la fabrication du chapeau tout métal approprié, rapporter à l'intérieur de la mortaise dont il est pourvu une ferrure isolante de façon à éviter son échauffement par con- ductibilité,
le constituer par deux demi-coquil- les ambouties et serties ensuite l'une sui, l'autre, enfin fixer la bague de fixation, en métal ou autre matière, par tout moyen approprié, vissage, sertissage etc.

According to the first embodiment (fig. 1 and 2), the tang has the breaker tail on which is threaded the insulating sleeve b forming a handle, door, at its free end, hole c.
