um durch diese aus der Maschine heraus transportiert zii werden. Der auf das Staubsieb 6 gefallene Häcksel schreitet, ver- anlasst durch die Schüttelbewegung, ebenfalls in der Pfeilrichtung vorwärts und gelangt na,eli Passieren der Blechzunge 7 und nach dem der ihm anhaftende Staub durch das Staubsieb auf den Boden gefallen ist, in den Bereich der Luftwirkung des Ventilators, durch welche er nach vorn geschleudert wird, @v;
Cleaning and sorting machine. The present invention is a cleaning and sorting machine that can be used both for cleaning and sorting hay flowers, chaff, as well as for cleaning and sorting grain crops.
On the accompanying drawing is. an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a front view of the same. partial section, FIG. 2 a top view, and FIG. 3 a partial side view with a section through the discharge channel.
The drawn machine has a Ge alternate 1, which for easy transport with. Support arms 2 is provided. Is in the frame. A cleaning sieve 4 is installed in an inclined sieve box 3 and below the same, a removable dust sieve 6 is arranged at one end in a sieve box 5. The sieve box 5 also has an extension of the dust sieve bil Dende sheet metal tongue 7 and. Located somewhat lower, a removable sorting sieve 8. Below the sieve box 5, in the housing 9, a fan 9 is arranged downstream of the dust sieve 6 and upstream of the sorting sieve 8.
The fan casing 9 has on its circumference an opening which is riveted against (read sorting sieve 8) (only visible from FIG. 1), which is arranged in relation to the sorting sieve in such a way that the Lower and upper ropes of the sorting screen
as indicated in FIG. 7 with arrows, are exposed to the air effect of the fan.
The sieve boxes 3 and 5 are connected to one another by belts 10 and connected to a schematically indicated shaking value: 11. through which the sieve boxes are subjected to a moving movement in and out. The sieve box 5 is connected to the frame by rods 12 () ,, elenki,) ,,. The removable boards 13, 14 (not shown in FIG. 3) serve as lateral formwork.
The sieve box 3 is connected to an outlet channel 15.
The fan is driven by a countershaft 17 by means of the pulleys 18, 19, 20, and the shaking mechanism 11 is also driven by the shaft 17.
The machine shown is used as follows: Chaff, hay flowers and the like who poured the onto the sieve 4; As a result of the inclined position of the latter and under the action of the shaking mechanism, the same move in the direction of the arrow, the actual hay flowers and parts of the elk falling through the sieve 4 and onto the dust sieve 6, while foreign bodies such as pieces of wood, hay, Straw and the like, remain in the sieve 4 and get from this into the discharge channel 1.5,
to be transported out of the machine by this. The chaff that has fallen onto the dust sieve 6, caused by the shaking movement, also moves forward in the direction of the arrow and, after passing through the sheet metal tongue 7 and after the dust adhering to it has fallen through the dust sieve to the floor, reaches the area of Air effect of the fan, through which it is thrown forward, @v;
Their heavy foreign bodies, such as stones, nails and the like, which may still remain, fall into the discharge channel 16 when the sorting screen 8 is removed, in order to be conveyed out of the machine by it; to become.
For cleaning and sorting grain crops, such as seeds and the like, the dust sieve 6 is expediently replaced by a sheet metal and the sorting sieve 8 is inserted. The grain is also poured onto the sieve 4; the grains fall through the sieve onto the sheet metal replacing the dust sieve 6, while straw and the like are guided by the discharge channel 15 from the machine.
Due to the shaking movement, the grains slide forward on the inclined plate and, after passing the tongue 7, affect the sorting sieve 8 and at the same time in the area of the air effect of the fan 9, whereby the chaff is removed from the grains and thrown out to the machine while the Grains are conveyed out through the discharge channel 16.
