Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur     Ausnützung    der in den Rauchgasen von Ofenheizungen  enthaltenen Wärme.    Die den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfin  dung bildende Vorrichtung zur     Ausnützung     der in Rauchgasen von Ofenheizungen ent  haltenen Wärme ist auf der beiliegenden  Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel  dargestellt.  



  Ein Rohr a mit     Anschlussstutzen        a1    und       b\,    mittelst welchen das Rohr<I>a</I> in ein Ofen  rohr eingeschaltet wird, besitzt im Innern  ein zweites Rohr b, das zweckmässig von     glei-          cliem    Durchmesser ist wie das Ofenrohr. Das  Rohr b hat     beiderends    Abstand von     deri     Stirnwandungen<I>f</I> des Rohres<I>a</I> und ist an  einem Ende mit einer Klappe c versehen.  Um das Rohr b ist eine Schnecke e gelegt,  die zusammen mit den beiden Rohren a und  b einen     schraubengangförmig    verlaufenden  Kanal bildet.  



  Beim Anheizen eines Ofens, in dessen  Ofenrohr die dargestellte Vorrichtung einge  schaltet ist, wird die Klappe c durch Be  tätigung des Hebels d geöffnet. Die Rauch  gase gehen nun vom Ofenrohre direkt durch    Rohr b wieder in das Ofenrohr. Ist nun ge  nügend Zug vorhanden, dann wird das Rohr b  durch die Klappe c     geschlossen    und die Rauch  gase müssen durch den     schraubengangför-          inig    verlaufenden Kanal gehen, wobei sie auf  dein nun viel längeren Weg ihre Wärme an  die Vorrichtung abgeben, die nunmehr als  Heizkörper wirkt.

  A pipe a with connecting pieces a1 and b \, by means of which the pipe <I> a </I> is switched into a furnace pipe, has a second pipe b inside, which is expediently of the same diameter as the furnace pipe. The tube b is at a distance from the end walls <I> f </I> of the tube <I> a </I> at both ends and is provided with a flap c at one end. A screw e is placed around the tube b which, together with the two tubes a and b, forms a helical channel.



  When heating up a furnace in the furnace tube of which the device shown is switched on, the flap c is opened by actuating the lever d. The flue gases now go from the stove pipe directly through pipe b back into the stove pipe. If there is enough tension, then the pipe b is closed by the flap c and the smoke gases have to go through the screw-shaped channel, where they give off their heat to the device on what is now a much longer path, which is now used as a radiator works.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung zur Ausnützung der in den Bauchgasen von Ofenheizungen enthaltenen Wärme, gekennzeichnet durch ein in ein Ofenrohr zwischenzuschaltendes, versehliess- ba,res Rohr für den direkten Durchgang der Rauchgase und durch eine dieses Rohr inn gebende, von einem äussern Rohr umschlos sene Schnecke, durch welche ein schrauben- gangförmig verlaufender Kanal gebildet wird, durch welchen die Rauchgase nach Schliessung des innern Rohres gehen müssen.
