have given up. The wear and tear on the heating pipes is reduced and the risk of
Pipe gutters largely eliminated.
According to a preferred embodiment, the throttle cross-section is formed by an inserted ring so that the diameter of the heating pipe itself is not changed.
The ring fixed on the heating pipe in the area of the smoke chamber wall, preferably shrunk onto the same, reinforces the comparatively thin-walled heating pipe and enlarges its diameter at this point, so that the heating pipe can be easily inserted into the
Boiler is possible without the need for a substantial expansion of the heating pipe during rolling.
The invention is illustrated schematically in the drawing using an exemplary embodiment.
The heating tube 1 shown in longitudinal section is fixed in the firebox wall 3 at 2 in a known manner.
Before the exit point of the smoke gases from the
A throttle cross-section in the form of a ring 4 is arranged in the heating tube in the heating tube. Through this arrangement of the throttle cross-section, a favorable heat transfer is achieved and an expansion of the flue gases in the heating pipe, as is the case with a throttle cross-section at another point, e.g. B. would occur at the flue gas inlet point, avoided.
A ring 5 shrunk onto the heating pipe reinforces it in the area of the smoke chamber wall 6 and thus enables the heating pipe to be easily inserted into the boiler.
