Block arrangement of the combustion turbine and the heat exchanger with the combustion chamber
The subject of the present invention is a block arrangement of the combustion turbine and a heat exchanger with the combustion chamber.
In the previous versions, the entry of the gases into the combustion turbine and the exit of the gases from the same take place through independent nozzles. The heat exchanger and the combustion chamber are designed as independent parts. It has also already been proposed to accommodate the combustion chamber in the inlet pipeline which is enclosed by the heating surface of the heat exchanger. In contrast, the block arrangement of the combustion turbine as well as the heat exchanger with the combustion chamber according to the present invention connects the whole to one structural unit.
The essence of the present invention is based on the fact that in the combustion turbine the inlet connection for the hot working medium in the inner housing in the outlet connection of the outer housing and

of the exhaust gases, the combustion chamber being formed in the inlet pipe and the heat exchanger being formed in the outlet pipe. According to one feature of the invention, the inlet connection of the turbine is preferably arranged concentrically in the outlet connection thereof.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of an exemplary embodiment which is shown in the drawing as a section of the block arrangement of the combustion turbine and of the heat exchanger with the combustion chamber.

Body provided is The gases flow from the inlet connection 4 through the blade system of the combustion turbine. The stator blades are attached to the inner surface of the inner casing 2. After passing through the vane system, the gases flow through the space between the outer casing 1 and the inner casing 2 and exit through the outlet connection 3. This design ensures uniform heating of the inner housing 2.
The gases flowing through the outlet connection 3 are passed through the outlet pipeline 12 into the heat exchanger 5. Here they flow through the heating surface 6 (e.g. pipes), which is arranged around the inlet pipe 7, the combustion chamber 8 being accommodated within this pipe.
After leaving the heating surface 6, the gases go through the gas trap 9 into the chimney. The air from the fan (not shown in the drawing) enters the heat exchanger 5 through the connection piece 10. The main flow direction in the heat exchanger & is parallel to the axis of the combustion chamber 8.
The air flows around the heating surfaces 6 in a suitable manner and returns in a heated state between the inlet pipe lining 7 and the guide jacket 11 and then enters the combustion chamber 8 arranged within the inlet pipe line 7. From the inlet pipe 7, the gases enter the combustion turbine at a high temperature directly through the inlet connection 4.
The combustion turbine axis and the heat exchanger can be positioned on either side of the

axis with the combustion chamber in block arrangement possible, z. B. parallel, perpendicular or inclined, above the turbine, below the turbine, along the same or around its axis without prejudice to the principle of the invention.
Overall, the arrangement according to the present invention saves considerable space, and from the operational point of view it enables rapid and calibrated heating and therefore a quick start of the unit.
