Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen sauren     Farbstoffs.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man den metall  empfindlichen     Azofarbstof    aus     diazotierter          1-Amino-4-chlorbenzol-3-sulfonsäure    und     Sali-          zylsäure    durch Behandlung in der Wärme  mit einfach chromsauren Salzen, am besten  bei Gegenwart eines Reduktionsmittels und  eines     alkalibindenden    Mittels, in einen chrom  haltigen sauren Farbstoff überführen kann,  welcher das Chrom in maskierter Bindung  enthält, indem dasselbe aus der wässerigen  Lösung durch Soda, Natronlauge oder Am  moniak nicht gefällt wird.  



  Der Farbstoff ist wasserlöslich, säurebe  ständig, nicht kupferempfindlich und färbt  animalische Fasern aus saurem Bad in walk  und lichtechten gelben Tönen.    <I>Beispiel</I>  5 Teile des     Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotierter          1-Amino-4-chlorbenzol-3-sulfonsäure    und     Sali-          zylsäure,    3 Teile     Ammoniumsulfat,    3,5 Teile       Natriumthiosulfat    und 2.8 Teile     Kaliumchro-          mat    werden in 100 Teilen Wasser zwei Stunden  gekocht, wobei die ursprünglich orangegelbe  Farbe der Lösung tief     braunolivegelb    geworden    ist.

   Die Chromverbindung wird durch Aus  sahen abgeschieden,     abfiltriert    und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chrom- haltigen sauren Farbstoffes, darin bestehend, dass man den metallempfindlichen Azofarbstoff aus diazotierter 1-Amino-4-chlorbenzol-3-sul- fonsäure und Salizylsäure mit einfach chrom sauren Salzen in der Wärme behandelt.
