Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ehromlialtigen sauren Farbstoffs. Es wurde gefunden, dass man den metall empfindlichen Azofarbstoff aus diazotierterii 6-Nitro-4-chlor-2-amido-l-oxybenzol und der N-Methylensulfosäure der 2-Aminonaphtalin- 6-sulfosäure durch Behandlung mit chrom abgebenden Mitteln in einen chromhaltigen, sauren Farbstoff überführen kann, welcher das Chrom in maskierter Bindung enthält, indem dasselbe aus der wässerigen Lösung durch Soda, Natronlauge oder Ammoniak nicht gefällt wird.
Der Farbstoff' ist wasser löslich, säurebeständig, nicht kupferempfind lich und färbt animalische Fasern aus saurem Bad in blaugrünen,walk- und lichtechten Tönen. <I>Beispiel:</I> 5 Teile Azofarbstoff aus diazotiertem 6- Nitro-4-chlor-2-amido-l-oxybenzol und der N-Methylensulfosäure der 2-Aminonaphtalin- 6-sulfosäure werden mit 200 Teilen Wasser, 7,5 Teilen Chromfluorid (mit einem 36,
8 /o Cr20e entsprechenden Chronigehalt)und 10-20 Teilen Glaspulver oder der entsprechenden Menge eines andern säurebindenden Mittels, wie Natriumacetat, Ammoniumlaktat und der gleichen, während 24 Stunden unter Rück fluss gekocht. Es scheidet sich die Chrom- verbindung der Farbsäure als schwerlöslicher Niederschlag aus. Derselbe wird abfiltriert, in kalter, verdünnter Natronlauge (enthaltend 1 Teil NaOH) gelöst und mit Essigsäure schwach angesäuert.
Aus der intensiv grünen Lösung wird der Farbstoff durch Aussahen abgeschieden, abfiltriert, gepresst und ge trocknet.
Process for the preparation of an ethylenic acidic dye. It has been found that the metal-sensitive azo dye from diazotized 6-nitro-4-chloro-2-amido-1-oxybenzene and the N-methylene sulfonic acid of 2-aminonaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid can be converted into a chromium-containing, can transfer acidic dye, which contains the chromium in masked bond, in that the same is not precipitated from the aqueous solution by soda, caustic soda or ammonia.
The dye is water-soluble, acid-resistant, not sensitive to copper and dyes animal fibers from an acid bath in blue-green, milled and lightfast shades. <I> Example: </I> 5 parts of azo dye from diazotized 6-nitro-4-chloro-2-amido-1-oxybenzene and the N-methylene sulfonic acid of 2-aminonaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid are mixed with 200 parts of water, 7, 5 parts of chromium fluoride (with a 36,
8 / o Cr20e corresponding chronic content) and 10-20 parts of glass powder or the corresponding amount of another acid-binding agent, such as sodium acetate, ammonium lactate and the like, boiled under reflux for 24 hours. The chromium compound of the color acid separates out as a sparingly soluble precipitate. The same is filtered off, dissolved in cold, dilute sodium hydroxide solution (containing 1 part NaOH) and weakly acidified with acetic acid.
The dye is deposited from the intensely green solution by looking, filtered off, pressed and dried.
