Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen sauren     Farbstoffs.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man den metall  empfindlichen     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotiertem          5-Nitro-2-amido-l-oaybenzol    und     2-Amido-          naphtalin-6-sulfonsäure    durch Behandlung  mit chromabgebenden Mitteln in einen     chrom-          haltigen    sauren Farbstoff überführen kann,  welcher das Chrom in maskierter Bindung  enthält, indem dasselbe aus der wässerigen  Lösung durch     Soda,    Natronlauge oder Am  moniak nicht gefällt wird.

   Der Farbstoff ist  wasserlöslich, säurebeständig, nicht kupfer  empfindlich und färbt animalische Fasern  aus saurem Bad in blaustichig grünen, walk  und lichtechten Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  5 Teile     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotiertern          5-Nitro-2-amido-l-ozybenzol    und     2-Amido-          naphtalin-6-sulfonsäure    werden mit 200 Tei  len Wasser, 7,5 Teilen     Chromfluorid    (mit  einem 36,8 %     Cr2O3    entsprechenden Chrom  gehalt) und 10 bis 20     Tehen    Glaspulver     oL1er     der entsprechenden Menge eines andern säure  bindenden Mittels, wie     Natriumacetat,        Am-          moniumlaktat    und dergleichen,

   während 24  Stunden unter     Rückfluss    gekocht. Es schei  det sich die Chromverbindung der     Farbsäure       als     schwerlöslicher    Niederschlag aus. Der  selbe wird     abfiltriert,    in kalter verdünnter       I@Tatronlauge    (enthaltend 1 Teil     Na0H)    ge  löst und mit Essigsäure schwach     angesäuert.          Aus    der intensiv grünen Lösung wird der  Farbstoff durch     Aussalzen    abgeschieden,       a-)filtriert,    gepresst und getrocknet.
