Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     chromhaltigen    sauren     Farbstoffs.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man den metall  empfindlichen     Azofarbstoff    aus dianotierter       5-Nitro-2-amido-l-ogybenzol-4-sulfosäure    und  der     N-Methylensulfosäure    des     a-Naphtylamins     durch Behandlung mit chromabgebenden Mit  teln in einen chromhaltigen, sauren Farbstoff       überfiibren    kann, welcher das Chrom in mas  kierter Bindung enthält, indem dasselbe aus  der wässerigen Lösung durch Soda, Natron  lauge oder Ammoniak nicht gefällt wird.

    Der Farbstoff ist     wasserlöslich,    säurebeständig,  nicht kupferempfindlich und färbt     animalische     Fasern aus saurem Bad in blaugrünen, walk  und lichtechten Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  5 Teile     Azofarbstoff    aus dianotierter 5  Nitro-2-amido-1-osy     benzol-4        -sttlfosäure    und  der     N-Methy        lensulfosäure    des     R-Naplttylamins     werden mit 200 Teilen Wasser, 7,5 Teilen       Chromfluorid        (mit        einem        36,8%        Crz0a        ent-          sprechenden    Chromgehalt) und 10-20 Teilen  Glaspulver oder der entsprechenden Menge  eines andern säurebindenden Mittels, wie       Natriumacetat,

          Ammoniumlaktat    und der  gleichen, während 24 Stunden unter     RÜCkfluss     gekocht. Es scheidet sich die Chromverbin-         dung    der Farbsäure als     schwerlöslicher    Nie  derschlag aus. Derselbe wird     abfiltriert,    in  kalter, verdünnter Natronlauge (enthaltend  1 Teil     Na0H)    gelöst und mit Essigsäure  schwach angesäuert. Aus der intensiv grünen  Lösung wird der Farbstoff durch Aussahen ab  geschieden,     abfiltriert,        gepreht    und getrocknet.
