In grinding machines with grinding plates, it is difficult to create a guide for the movable grinding plate which, while maintaining the type of movement that is favorable for this plate, ensures reliable operation and the greatest possible durability of the machine. The movable grinding plate should be moved on part of its way parallel to the fixed grinding plate in order to achieve good comminution of the material to be ground.
This requires the use of a sliding guide; H. of means that are finite fixedly connected to the movable plate, and of means that are stationary and on which the former means slide. Such an arrangement results in great friction between these guide means, which slide against one another, so that they are subject to severe wear.
The present invention aims to eliminate this disadvantage, and relates to a grinding machine with upright grinding plates, one of which is fixed and one is movable. CTem @ ifi of the invention serve to guide both the upper and the lower end of the movable grinding plate sliding parts which slide on a guide line which is arranged in an oil vessel.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention in sections, with the machine only showing what appears to be necessary to understand the same.
In a frame 1, a funnel 2 is provided above. Under this funnel 2, a fixed grinding plate 3 is arranged in an end wall of the frame 1, the means of hand wheels 4, of which only one can be seen in the drawing, can be adjusted. 5 is the movable grinding plate. This is held by bracket 6 in a carrier 7 which is connected by a connecting rod 8 with the crank of a shaft not shown in the drawing.
A sliding piece 9, which protrudes downward and has sliding surfaces 10 and 11, is firmly seated on the carrier 7. These sliding surfaces 10 and 11 rest on a guide piece 12, which guide piece 12 is fastened in a vessel 13. The lower end of the vessel 13 is articulated to the side walls of the frame 1 by means of bolts 14. Above, the vessel 13 is secured by screws ben 15, 16 in its position in the frame 1 ge.
The screw 15 is inserted through a smooth bore in a web 17 and is screwed into the vessel 13. where her head 18 has a stop -all your webs 17.
The screw 16 is screwed through a threaded hole in the web 17 and rests against the vessel 13. The (jar 13 is filled with Ö1.
When the carrier 7 is moved up and down by the crank movement of the crank rod 8, the sliding piece 9 with its sliding surfaces 10, 11 slides into the vessel 13 on the guide piece 12.
If the grinding plate -5 is in its highest position here, the sliding surface 10 lies above the plane surface of the guide piece 12 facing the slide 9, while the sliding surface 11 lies on the aforementioned plane surface of the guide piece 12, whereby the carrier 7 is inclined with the grinding plate 5 and the upper.
The end of this grinding plate is further away from the fixed grinding plate 3 than the lower end thereof. In this position of the grinding plates to each other, the material can get out of your funnel 2 between the 3fahlplatten. When the carrier 7 moves downward, the sliding surface 10 slides back onto the plane surface of the guide piece 12.
In this position, the sliding surface 11 is also found on the flat surface of the guide piece 12, so that, as the drawing shows, the grinding plate 5 is moved lying parallel to the grinding plate 3 until the sliding surface 11 reaches the lower edge of the flat surface of the guide piece got.
- During this movement, the material located between the grinding plates is ground. ] In the further course of the movement of the grinding plate 5, the sliding surface 11 slides over the lower edge of the flat surface ton 12, whereby the lower end of the grinding plate 5 ton of the grinding plate 3 is removed. so that the ground (Tut is released.
The position of the container 13 and thus the guide piece 12 in relation to the fixed grinding plate 3 can be changed by means of screws 15, 16, i.e. the removal of the movable grinding plate 5 from the fixed grinding plate 3 in the grinding position can be regulated.
By using the sliding surfaces fair the guidance of the movable grinding plate and the guidance of this llleitflächeir in a container filled with 01, on the one hand the most favorable guidance possible for the movable grinding plate is achieved, on the other hand the friction is reduced as much as possible and thus both a smooth gait and the least possible wear is achieved.
The arrangement of the guide in 01 has the advantage; that there is no need to pay attention to the lubrication, as it is always done safely without any action.
The surface of the guide piece 12, with which the sliding surfaces of the sliding piece 9 cooperate, could also be configured differently than planar;
