Description

  

      Verfuhren    zur Herstellung von     Baukörpern.            Gegenstand    vorliegender Erfindung ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Baukörpern,  zum     Beispiel    von Bausteinen, wie Hohl- und  Vollsteinen,     Formsteinen,    Deckensteinen,     Be-          lagplatten    usw.  



  Das neue Verfahren beruht     darauf,    da)       inan        Quell-Tuffsteine        mahlt,    mit einem Binde  mittel     mengt,    in Formen presst und darauf  die Mischung erhärten     lässt.     



  Das Verfahren kann     zum    Beispiel in der       Weise        durchgeführt    werden, dass man     Quell-          Tuffniaterial,    das ist eine     Sinterbildung,    die  sich an vielen in der Schweiz vorkommenden       Quellen    bildet, mahlt, mit     Weisskalk,    hydrau  lischem     Kalk,    Zement, Gips als Bindemittel  mischt, dann in Formen presst und durch  Trocknen erhärten lässt.

   Die so hergestellten  Steine     halten    warm, sind leicht, trocken;  porös,     feuer-,    schwamm- und schallsicher,       druckfest    und wärmeisolierend. Da die Steine  eine poröse Oberfläche besitzen; so hält ein       Verputz    an dieser gut; überdies lässt sich der  Stein leicht bearbeiten. Dein gemahlenen         Quell-Tuffsteingries    können noch     Füllstoffe,     wie gewöhnlicher Sand, Kies     etc"    beigemischt  werden.  



       Das,    neue Verfahren gestattet die rationelle.  Ausnutzung der zahlreichen     Quell-Tuffstein-          higer    in der Schweiz. Da die Steine leicht  sind, so ist ein Versand derselben auch auf  weitere Strecken lohnend. Die neuen Steine  ermöglichen den billigen Aufbau guter,     trok-          kener        Gebäude.    Der     Quell-Tuffstein        kann     aber auch gemahlen an den Ort der     Ver-          wendung    geführt werden, wo er dann erst       ,.u    Baukörpern verarbeitet wird.
