Description

Method, lime mortar or lime concrete according to the type of blown concrete to process. According to the invention, lime mortar or lime concrete is to be of the type of blown concrete processed in such a way that a dry mixture of extinguished lime powder and Fillers through a pressurized mixture of water vapor and carbonic acid is recorded and blown on. The procedure can be carried out by adding sand or sand gravel, crushed iron slag or infusion soil with calcium oxide (Ca0) mixed with carbon dioxide (Co,) sucked in by water vapor from the work locomotive is blown into the construction site under pressure. The lime is already on the way to the construction site in the pipeline under the action of water vapor in hydrated lime (CaHz02) transforms, dissolves under the steam and heat of connection silicic acid, which hot carbonic acid present at the same time produces carbonic acid lime, which in more intimate Mixture with the silica is thrown into the construction site; there it freezes All soon. The mass in the building site, wall, also takes carbonic acid from the air quickly because it is hot and humid but not wet. As a result of absence excess water and the continuing hardening process through the Air carbonic acid dries the masonry quickly and completely. In the same way can the building material on highways, old and new ways, streets, squares, sidewalks Bridge structures and overpasses are blown and used in shipbuilding. The building material can also be blown into suitable shapes for bathtubs, feed troughs, Ornamental panels, window door supports and cheeks, columns, caryatids, consoles, balusters, Figures, capitals, flumes, tombs, etc., so such objects that mostly were chiseled from sand or other stone to this day.
