Description
Verfahren, Kalkmörtel oder Kalkbeton nach Art des Gebläsebetons zu verarbeiten. Nach der Erfindung soll Kalkmörtel oder Kalkbeton nach Art des Gebläsebetons so verarbeitet werden, daß eine trockene Mischung von urgelöschtem Kalkpulver und Füllstoffen durch ein unter Druck befindliches Gemisch von Wasserdampf und Kohlensäure aufgenommen und weitergeblasen wird. Das Verfahren läßt sich ausführen, indem Sand oder Sandkies, zerkleinerte Eisenschlacke oder Infusorienerde mit Kalkoxyd (Ca0) gemischt mit von Wasserdampf angesaugter Kohlensäure (Co,) der Arbeitslokomobile unter Druck in die Baustelle geblasen wird. Das Kalkoxyd wird schon auf dem Wege zur Baustelle in der Rohrleitung unter der Einwirkung des Wasserdampfes in Kalkoxydhydrat (CaHz02) verwandelt, löst unter der Dampf- und Verbindungswärme Kieselsäure, die gleichzeitig anwesende heiße Kohlensäure erzeugt kohlensauren Kalk, welcher in inniger Mischung mit der Kieselsäure in die Baustelle geschleudert wird; dort erstarrt das Ganze bald. Die in der Baustelle, Mauer, befindliche Masse nimmt außerdem noch Kohlensäure aus der Luft rasch auf, da es heiß und feucht, aber nicht naß ist. Infolge Fehlens überschüssigen Wassers und des sich fortsetzenden Erhärtungsprozesses durch die Luftkohlensäure trocknet das Mauerwerk rasch vollkommen. In gleicher Weise kann der Baustoff auf Chausseen, alte und neue Wege, Straßen, Plätze, Trottoire, auf Brückengerüste und Wegeüberführungen geblasen und im Schiffbau verwendet werden. Auch läßt sich der Baustoff in geeignete Formen blasen für Badewannen, Futtertröge, Ornamentplatten, Fenstertürstützen und Wangen, Säulen, Karyatiden, Konsolen, Balüster, Figuren, Kapitäle, Gerinse, Grabmäler usw., also solche Gegenstände, die meistens bis heute aus Sand- oder anderem Stein gemeißelt wurden.Method, lime mortar or lime concrete according to the type of blown concrete to process.
