Description

Process for the production of a building material. Subject of the invention is a process for the production of a new type of building material as an advantageous substitute in technical and economic terms for concrete, cement and brick, which the latter materials are now difficult to obtain and very expensive. The main one Feature of the invention is that grindstone sludge, sandpaper dust with iron dust, sand and ashes in equal parts with each other in the cold way The addition of water is intimately mixed in order to obtain a viscous, thick paste, which, after drying, has the strength of stone with low porosity.

The procedure is carried out in the following way 25 parts Grinding stone slurry is mixed with 25 parts of emery wheel dust and iron dust, that arises on the sanding disk when machining tools, etc., intimately mixed and then added 25 parts of sand (gravel) while stirring continuously, whereupon, finally, 25 parts of ash, also continuously mixing, into your die Mass containing vat are introduced. One then adds one to the mixture corresponding amount of water until you get a tough, thick paste that is now is ready for use by using it as a ladle for making floors and the like can be used. The mass dries within a few days and shows the strength of stone with the lowest porosity. Another use the mass described consists in bringing it into molds and under pressure cold presses into the desired shape (e.g. brick shape). After short The dry season is the >> bricks <, - ready for laying floors, lightweight houses, all interior constructions etc. using ordinary mortar or the thick pulps described above.

To give the stones increased strength, they can be fired and as it were used as the right bricks for every building structure, whereby in turn, the pulp can serve as mortar.

It is assumed that glass cutting waste is known to deal with Form water, dry it and let it burn into stones etc.

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a building material, characterized in that grinding stone sludge, sandpaper dust with iron dust, gravel and ash are intimately mixed in equal parts and made into a tough, thick paste with water, whereupon the mass for the production of floors and the like are immediately Can be used, or is pressed into building blocks which, after drying, can be walled up using the pulp as mortar, or the stones pressed from the pulp are burned.
