Abstract

I recipienti a pressione (1) contenenti il carico durante la pressione da 2 fino a 5 kPa vengono preriscaldati tramite il medium liquido termico portante (8) al massimo a 120 °C, ed in un altro punto vengono riscaldati aggiuntivamente al massimo a 550 °C, ed i recipienti a pressione (1) vengono sempre aumentati oppure sostituiti, ed i gas sviluppati, che vengono di continuo scaricati, si raffreddano al massimo a 60 °C ed il condesato oleoso eliminato, i gas residui ed i residui solidi dopo il trattamento vengono bruciati nell’unità di cogenerazione (20). L’impianto è dotato di unità di preriscaldamento (2) e l’unità di riscaldamento aggiuntivo (3) con il medium liquido termico portante collegato (8) ed il letto (9) contenente i recipienti a pressione (1) dotati di scarico (5) nella conduttura del gas. La soluzione vantaggiosa consiste nel fatto, che con la conduttura del gas (7) è collegato il raffreddatore ed il contenitore/i di gas. La conduttura di condensazione (16) ed anche la conduttura del gas sbocca nell’unità di cogenerazione (20) ed eventualmente è presente uno scambiatore di calore (15) collegato con il medium liquido termico portante (8).
