The invention relates to a machine for processing a track, with a supported on rails on the track and based on a traction drive continuously movable machine frame and a working unit having a satellite frame, which can be moved on a separate chassis on the track and slidable in the machine longitudinal direction Machine frame hinged and movable relative to the machine frame by means of a displacement drive.
A machine of this type is known for example from AT-B 376 259. This - designed as a so-called continuous tamping - track construction machine is equipped with a satellite frame to which are attached as working units a track tamping and a track lifting and straightening unit.
The satellite frame is mounted on the track by its own rail gear and is cyclically moved from workstation to workstation in use to cram these, while the main mass of the machine-carrying machine frame by means of a traction drive is continuously moved at a uniform speed slowly in the working direction. For relative adjustment of the satellite frame with respect to the machine frame is a aligned in the machine longitudinal direction hydraulic cylinder-piston drive.
In the case of the higher-speed transfer travel of the machine to or from the place of use, the satellite frame can be raised above the track level by means of a vertical drive provided between it and the machine frame and transported hanging from the machine frame.
Another, in the track support and movable satellite frame with working units is known from AT-B 383 838, said frame also remains during the transfer drive on his track gear with the track engaged and is pulled along by the machine frame.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a machine of the type mentioned, with the optimum connection between machine and satellite frame is made possible.
This object is achieved with a generic machine,
which is characterized by a both on the machine frame and the satellite frame by a mutually effective hinge-mounted blocking device, which is formed of two telescopically movable one another and lockable by a locking device in their displacement lockable locking elements.
This inventive design has the great advantage that in addition to the primary, longitudinally adjustable articulation also exists a permanent articulated connection between the machine frame and the satellite frame, which contributes significantly to the stability of the machine assembly.
Due to the telescopic embodiment of the blocking device, this connection can remain upright both during the work and during the transfer travel and does not hinder the labor input of the working units or the displaceability of the satellite frame in the least. At the same time, however, this arrangement provides the ability to quickly, efficiently and reliably block the mobility of the satellite frame relative to the machine frame to guide the satellite frame safely and safely avoiding the machine frame during transit.
According to a further development, the locking can furthermore be remote-controlled in a particularly ergonomic manner, wherein the alignment of the two blocking elements with one another in the optimum locking position can be achieved extremely easily and practically automatically.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing.
Show:
<Tb> FIG. 1 <sep> is a schematic side view of a track construction machine with a satellite frame according to the invention having a blocking device, and
<Tb> FIG. 2 and 3 <sep> is a side view and top view of the blocking device of FIG. 1.
In Fig. 1, a machine 1 is shown, which is designed as a so-called continuous tamping machine for undercutting sleepers of a track 2. The machine 1 has a machine frame 3, which is supported on rail carriages 4 on the track 2 and on the basis of a traction drive 5 can be moved on this. The machine frame 3 is equipped with end-mounted driving or working cabins 6 and a central power source 7. The working direction of the machine 1 in the track processing is indicated by an arrow 8.
In the area between the two rail bogies 4, a satellite frame 9 is provided below the machine frame 3, which is based on a separate chassis 10 on the track 2 can be unrolled.
On the landing gear 10 opposite end of the satellite frame 9 this is provided with a running in the machine or track longitudinal, projecting in the direction of the satellite frame articulation 11, which is mounted longitudinally displaceable on the machine frame 3 in a roller guide 12. On satellite frame 9 further work units 14 in the form of a stuffing unit 15 and a track lifting and straightening unit 16 are arranged. A sliding drive 13 articulated between the machine frame 3 and the satellite frame 9 serves for the cyclical reciprocating movement of the satellite frame 9 relative to the machine frame 3 which continuously advances during the working operation.
Machine frame 3 and satellite frame 9 are in addition to the articulation 11 also connected to each other via a blocking device 17, which is shown in Figs. 2 and 3 in detail.
This blocking device 17 consists essentially of two, for example, cylindrical blocking elements 18, 19, which are formed telescopically slidable and extend with its longitudinal axis 27 approximately in the machine longitudinal direction. In this case, a blocking element 18 is articulated on the machine frame 3 via an all-round effective joint 20, while the other blocking element 19 is fastened to the satellite frame 9 on the basis of a joint 21 which is also effective on all sides. The displacement of the two blocking elements 18 and 19 relative to one another can be locked in a specific position by means of a locking device 22.
The locking device 22 has for this purpose a bolt 23 which is movable by means of a hydraulic drive 24 normal to the longitudinal axis 27 of the blocking elements 18, 19 and in this way in a provided on both blocking elements bore 25 and 26 can be inserted. These holes are arranged so that they are coaxial with each other in the fully inserted end position of the blocking elements 18 and 19, i. the locking of the blocking device 17 takes place at its shortest extension, as the situation illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3 shows.
During the labor input, the locking device 22 is solved or
the bolt 23 is pulled out of the bores 25, 26 to allow unhindered telescopic movement of the two blocking elements 18 and 19 relative to each other, which is caused in operation by the cyclical displacement of the satellite frame 9 relative to the machine frame 3. The blocking device 17 can easily remain connected to the two frames 3 and 9, since the joints 20 and 21 also allow horizontal and vertical movement of the satellite frame 9 relative to the machine frame 3 normal to the machine longitudinal direction, as in track curves and to a lesser extent is required for changes in track leveling.
In order to lock the satellite frame 9 with the machine frame 3 to increase safety for a transfer drive, the satellite frame 9 is first moved by means of the shift drive 13 to the stop in the rear end position. In this position, there is automatically an alignment of the two holes 25 and 26 in the blocking elements 18 and 19, and the bolt 23 can be remotely inserted from the work cabin 6 by means of the drive 24 to activate the lock.
