The invention relates to a work trolley with a trolley frame supported on rail bogies and a work platform with a support frame which has a horizontal work platform and which is designed to be height-adjustable by drives relative to the trolley frame, the work platform being changeable by platform sections which are adjustable relative to one another in the platform plane and are mounted on the support frame.
In an advertisement in the magazine Railway Gazette International, September 1989, page 580, such a work car is shown, which has a car frame mounted on rail bogies. A work frame with a horizontal work platform is mounted on this - which is height-adjustable in the manner of a scissor lift - and which lies entirely within a clearance profile during the transfer run. During work, the work platform can be extended in the cross-track direction by means of telescopically extendable platform sections and thus the horizontal area of the work platform can be enlarged to e.g. to provide track construction workers with access to areas further away from the center of the track.
Another work trolley is known from EP 0 003 727 B, which describes a rail vehicle with a height-adjustable and rotatable cantilever arm and a work platform attached to its end. Regardless of this, a fixed horizontal support frame is provided in the roof area of the car body, on which two work platforms are arranged. These extend along the length of the catwalk along both longitudinal sides of the vehicle and are articulated to the support frame via handlebars in such a way that they can be swiveled up and at the same time pivoted to one another by means of drives around axles running in the longitudinal direction of the wagon from a transfer position adjacent to the wagon body, which means that they work together during work Form an elevated work platform or work platform at a fixed distance from the car body.
However, due to the lack of height adjustment, this working platform can only be used to a limited extent for use in overhead line construction.
The object of the invention is to create a work trolley of the type mentioned, which while largely maintaining the known basic design concept for work platforms enables their more flexible work assignments especially for overhead line work.
This object is achieved with a generic work trolley in that at least two platform sections lying opposite one another in the cross vehicle direction from an adjacent first work position forming a common work platform with the aid of transverse displacement drives fastened to the support frame in a distance from one another in the cross vehicle direction, each forming its own auxiliary work platform, second working position are adjustable.
Such training ensures a substantial expansion of the possible uses and, at the same time, an improvement in the working conditions for the personnel involved in overhead line construction. The two independently adjustable auxiliary working platforms can, for example, be positioned on both sides of the track axis at a distance from one another which corresponds to the maximum zigzag course of the overhead contact line. This not only creates the ergonomically most favorable working conditions, since the entire area of application, in particular for fixing a suspension cable, can be easily reached, but also has a time-saving effect on the workflow as a whole, which now eliminates the constant repositioning of the work platform.
On the other hand, the two auxiliary work platforms can also be placed next to one another or combined with one another to form a larger platform or common work platform if the operating conditions so require.
Further advantageous developments of the invention result from the dependent patent claims.
The invention is described below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
Show it:
1 is a side view of a work trolley according to the invention with a specially designed work platform located in a working position,
2 shows a plan view of the work trolley according to FIG. 1,
Fig. 3 is a view of the trolley in the longitudinal direction of the arrow III in Fig. 1 and
4 and 5 schematic top views of further variants of the work platform.
The work car 1 shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 has a car frame 2 which is supported on a track 4 via rail trolleys 3. The carriage frame 2 is provided at its two longitudinal ends with buffers 5 and pulling devices 6 in order to allow the integration of the work carriage 1 during the transfer journey into a train set. A power source 8 arranged below the trolley frame 2, which is equipped with a continuous tread surface 7, ensures that the work trolley can be moved when in use at the work site and at the same time provides the energy supply for the various drives (to be described) of the work trolley 1.
A work platform 9 is attached to the carriage frame 2 and has a support frame 10 which is aligned parallel to the carriage frame 2 or to the track level. This - in rectangular plan - support frame 10 is supported on the carriage frame 2 via four vertical columns 11 each arranged in the corner region of the support frame 10, which are designed as telescopically extendable screw drives 12. The mechanically interconnected screw drives 12 can be acted upon synchronously by means of the power source 8 and are used for exact height adjustment of the work platform 9 or a horizonta len provided on the support frame 10 and forming the base surface of the work platform 9.
This is composed of two platform sections 14, 15 lying opposite one another in the transverse direction of the wagon, and of an additional platform section 16 which is fixedly connected to the support frame 10 and adjoins the two platform sections 14, 15 in the longitudinal direction of the wagon. Each platform section 14, 15 can be adjusted in height relative to the supporting frame 10 by its own height adjustment drive 17 and thus forms its own auxiliary work platform 18, 19.
Each height adjustment drive 17 is fastened in a vertically extendable telescopic guide 20. As can be seen in particular in FIGS. 2 and 3, this can be displaced transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carriage by means of rollers 21 on a horizontal transverse guide 22 fixed to the support frame 10 by means of transverse displacement drives 23.
Each railing 24, 25, 26 surrounding each auxiliary work platform 18, 19 and also the additional platform section 16 is detachably or tiltably fastened in the adjoining end region of the platform sections 14, 15 and 16.
The working platform 9 shown in full lines in FIGS. 1 to 3 is in a lowered first working position in which all platform sections 14, 15 and 16 form a single working platform 9 to form a common, large-area working platform 13. In this state, the railing parts located at the adjacent ends of the platform sections can optionally be removed. However, this will only be expedient in practical use if the largest possible work platform 13 is required for certain work assignments. If necessary, the height of the screw spindle drives 12 can be adjusted. A conductor 41 arranged at the end automatically adapts to the changed altitude.
Through the two auxiliary work platforms 18, 19 there is now the advantageous possibility, as it were for a - distant - with respect to the additional platform section 16 - second working position to move the individual platform sections 14, 15 by acting on the height adjustment drives 17 to a different height level. At the same time, however, the distance between the two auxiliary working platforms 18, 19 in the transverse direction can also be changed by acting on the two transverse sliding drives 23 (see dash-dotted lines in FIG. 3). This makes it possible to process an electrical overhead line in a working position that is comfortable for the workers on both long sides at the same time.
The distance of the two auxiliary working platforms 18, 19 to one another should therefore be somewhat larger than the maximum distance of the overhead line from the track axis due to the zigzag shape. Overall, the three-part design of the work platform 9 results in a significantly improved possibility of adaptation to different working heights and conditions. Alternatively, instead of the columns 11, the working platform 9 can also be fastened, for example, on a telescopic crane boom of the known type which can be rotated about a vertical axis.
To control the individual drives 12, 17 and 23 independently of one another, control devices 27 are provided both on each auxiliary work platform 18, 19 and on the additional platform section 16. As indicated in FIG. 3 by a line 28 representing the clearance space profile, the work platform 9 is in the completely lowered state of the supporting frame 10 and the two auxiliary work platforms 18, 19 within the clearance space profile, so that transfer rides can be carried out unhindered in this lowered position.
The variant of a work platform 9 according to the invention, which is indicated schematically in FIG. 4, differs from the one described above in that each auxiliary work platform 18, 19 is mounted on the telescopic guide 20 so as to be rotatable about a vertical axis of rotation 30 by its own rotary drive 29. The axis of rotation 30 is positioned with respect to the position of the auxiliary work platforms 18, 19 in the longitudinal direction of the carriage in the end region thereof. After the auxiliary work platform 18, 19 has been pivoted through 90 °, a greater distance from the center of the car can be achieved by the rotary drive 29, so that work on catenary masts can also be carried out in this position.
A variant of a work platform 31 shown in FIG. 5 consists of two auxiliary work platforms 32, 33 each having a platform section 39, 40, which are mounted on a support frame 36 serving as a transverse guide 34 and can be displaced transversely independently of one another by means of a drive 35 (with dash-dotted lines The outline of the work platform 31 is shown in lines when both auxiliary work platforms 32, 33 are in an adjacent first work position forming a common work platform). The transverse guide 34 or the supporting frame 36 is fastened on a telescopic, extendable and height-adjustable crane boom 38 so as to be rotatable about a vertical axis of rotation 37.
