Beschreibung description
Aus der EP-A 53 998 ist ein Fenster- oder Türprofil bestehend aus einem Rahmenprofil und einem Flügelprofil bekannt. Das Rahmenprofil ist ein Verbundprofil, gebildet aus drei über je eine Kunststoffleiste miteinander verbundenen Metallprofilen. Das Flügelprofil ist aus Holz und hat einen dreistufigen Falz. Bei geschlossenem Flügel liegen die zwei äusseren Metallprofile an je einer Stufe des Flügelprofils an. Eine elastomere Dichtleiste des Rahmenprofils liegt an einer dazwischen liegenden Stufe an. Das Rahmenprofil ist relativ wenig stabil, weil zwei Metallprofile jeweils nur über eine einzige Kunststoffleiste verbunden sind, und das Profil hat nicht sehr gute Wärmedämmeigenschaften. Die Profile 10, 11 bzw. 40, 41 haben einander zugewandte, parallele Stege 12, 13 bzw. 42, 43 mit je zwei hinter-schnittenen Nuten 14, 44. Die Stege 12, 13 und 42, 43 haben 20 bis 40 mm Abstand voneinander, vorzugsweise etwa 30 mm. In die Nuten 14, 44 sind je zwei Leisten 15, 16; 45, 46 aus Kunststoff eingesetzt und durch Einrollen verankert. Die Leisten 15, 16 bzw. 45, 46 haben mittig zwischen den Stegen 12, 13 bzw. 42, 43 einander zugewandte Nuten 17, 47, in die je eine Trennwand 18, 48 aus einem z.B. nicht-rostenden Stahlband eingesetzt ist. Durch diese Trennwände wird die Wärmedämmung bei den angegebenen Dimensionen der Profile 1, 2 wesentlich verbessert. The window or door profile consists of a frame profile 1 and a sash profile 2.
