Erklärung des teilweisen Verzichts zum Patent 678 486
In Anwendung von Art. 24 Abs. 1 Bst. b des Bundesgesetzes vom 25. Juni 1954 (Stand 27. April 1999) verzichtet somit die Inhaberin des CH-Patentes Nr. 687 599 teilweise auf dieses Patent in dem Sinne, dass
1. der bisherige unabhängige Patentanspruch 1 durch Zusammenlegung mit dem bisherigen abhängigen Patentanspruch 2 folgende Fassung erhält:

Claims (2)

Patentanspruch 1
1. Faltbarer Rollstuhl mit zwei seitlichen Rahmen (10a, 10b), welche die Antriebs- und Laufräder (14a, 14b; 16a, 16b) tragen und miteinander durch zwei in Ebenen quer zur Fahrtrichtung liegende gekreuzte Streben (24a, 24b) verbunden sind, die im Kreuzungspunkt drehbar verbunden und um ihre Drehachse (26) scherenartig bewegbar sind, mit einer Rückenlehne (B1 ) und mit einem Sitz (B2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streben (24a, 24b) an den unteren Enden an den Rahmen (10a, 1 Ob) angelenkt sind und an den oberen Enden in Fahrtrichtung liegende Sitzrohre (28a, 28b) tragen, die bei entfaltetem Rollstuhl in an den Rahmen (10a, 10b) vorgesehene Einrastteile (30a, 30b) eingeschnappt sind, und dass jede Strebe (24a, 24b) oberhalb des Kreuzungspunktes durch eine Drehlasche (40a, 40b) mit dem benachbarten Rahmen (10a, 10b) gelenkig verbunden ist, und dass die Einrastteile (30a, 30b) an den Rahmen ( 10a, 10b) befestigte, durch die einschnappenden Sitzrohre (28a, 28b) elastisch verformbare Aufnahmestücke aufweisen.
2. und dass die bisherigen abhängigen Patentansprüche 3 bis 9 aufrechterhalten bleiben mit folgenden Rückbezügen:
