The invention relates to a slatted blind according to the preamble of the first and second claims.
The slats of such a slatted blind can be rotated to regulate the degree of darkening by moving the longitudinal cords or bands around their longitudinal axis, the slats being intended to remain essentially parallel to one another. Mostly, these slatted blinds have vertical elevator belts leading through the individual slats, which allow the slatted blind to be completely pulled open, for example into a blind box attached above a window.
A support ladder for a slat usually has two parallel crosspieces, between which the slat lies. There is a risk that the lamella will cross or even tip over due to wind between the two crosspieces, as a result of which the lamellae can no longer be pivoted properly.
It is known to guide the crossbars of the support ladder in the region of the central longitudinal axis of the slat in tongue-shaped holders or in plastic parts arranged on the slat in order to guide the crossbars past the elevator belts and thus to avoid that the crossbars are damaged by friction on the elevator belts . The crossbars are only guided laterally and can move in their longitudinal direction with respect to the lamella. A disadvantage of louvre blinds of this type with transverse webs movable in their longitudinal direction with respect to the louvres is that the louvres are poorly carried when pivoting, i.e. when moving the longitudinal cords or tapes against each other.
In addition, the transverse webs, which are mostly made of textile fabric, are worn out and worn through over time due to their movement occurring with every turn through the guides.
It has also already been proposed to clamp the crossbars of the support conductors in the region of the longitudinal axis of the lamella, as a result of which they are held on the lamella in all directions. It has been shown that the slats then set differently relative to one another, that is to say not set completely parallel, and tension occurs in the transverse webs and longitudinal cords. These disadvantages of the absolutely firm connection of the crossbar to the lamella essentially stem from the material-related inaccuracies of the crossbars used in practice and the manufacturing-related inaccuracies in the clamping of the crossbars on the slats.
Furthermore, a louvre blind is known (GB-PS 594 980), in which a connecting element is provided which is permanently and fixedly attached to the crossbar and extends over the entire width of the louvre. This connecting element is formed in two parts and consists of a part held on the crossbar, which essentially serves to keep the supporting conductor strips apart, and a pin which can be moved relative to the part and which can be snapped into an opening of the lamella in order to connect the lamella to the crossbar . The construction mentioned has some disadvantages. First of all, the two-part connecting element is bulky and requires a lot of space, so that when the blinds are fully opened, a relatively large slat package is available.
In addition, the known connecting part, which extends over the entire width of the slat, considerably restricts the mobility of the slat. Furthermore, in the known connecting element, which can be connected to the lamella via a snap connection, the loosening of the connection is difficult, with the risk of damaging the generally thin lamellae. Finally, the well-known two-piece connecting element, which extends over the entire width of the slats, can hardly be produced fully automatically and attached to the crossbar.
The object of the invention is to provide a low-wear slatted blind of the type mentioned, in which the disadvantages mentioned above are avoided. The slatted blind according to the invention should be simple and inexpensive to manufacture.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of claims 1 and 2.
Embodiments are described in the dependent claims.
Such a connecting element does not hinder the mobility of the slats in any way and takes up little space, which results in a compact slat package when opened, which can also be stored in a small blind box. The connection of the eyelet-shaped or loop-shaped connecting element to the lamella-fixed receiving device is possible quickly and easily and can also be easily released again without the risk of damage to the lamella. In addition, the connecting element according to the invention can be easily attached to or formed on the crossbar in an automated manufacturing process. The lamella-fixed receiving device for the \ se or loop in the middle of the crosspiece can also be easily implemented, for example by means of a punched-out tab.
To complete the slatted blind, these eyelet-shaped or loop-shaped connecting elements of the crossbars of the support ladder only need to be hung in the slat-fixed receiving devices, advantageously in a tab punched out of the slat.
In one version, the small connecting element in the middle of the crossbar does not hinder the mobility of the slat. The connecting element takes up little space between the lamellae, so that there are only small lamellae packages when being opened. The crossbar-lamella connection is also easy to produce with this variant and can be easily removed again if necessary. The plastic body can be easily sprayed out in the middle of the crossbar in an automated manufacturing process.
In addition to the simple and inexpensive manufacture, both variants of the releasable and essentially positionally secure connection of the connecting element of the crossbar to the lamella allow a certain amount of play in the connection of the crossbar to lamella to be realized, in that the connecting element in the lamella connected state with limited play relative to the slat is movable. On the one hand, this means that the advantages of an absolutely firm cross-lamella connection, for example the safe transport of the lamella when the longitudinal cords or bands move, are fully retained.
On the other hand, this game in the crossbar-lamella connection compensates for the material-related inaccuracies of the crossbars used in practice and the production-related differences that may occur in the arrangement of the connecting elements on the crossbars of the support ladder, which in particular causes tension in the crossbars and longitudinal cords when the slats are pivoted can be avoided and an exactly parallel alignment of the slats with each other is ensured.
In particular with - seen in cross section - profiled lamellae, instead of the game mentioned above or in addition to this game, it can be provided that the length of at least one part of the crossbar leading from a connecting element to the connecting point with a longitudinal cord or band is greater than the length the connecting line from the named connecting element to the corresponding outermost longitudinal edge of the slat, which results in a certain slack in the transverse webs in the case of horizontally placed slats. This means that even with strong swiveling of the slats from the horizontal, there is no tension in the support ladder, which means that it remains protected and therefore lasts longer.
It is particularly advantageous if the tab is arranged in the area of the bottom of a recess of the slat which runs in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the slat and preferably points downward in the assembled state of the slat blind, and if an indentation is arranged in the area of the recess and transverse to the longitudinal axis of the slat Slit is provided, which connects on both sides to the recess formed by punching the tab. In order to connect the connecting element to the lamella, the punched-out tab can be pushed back substantially entirely into the recess formed by its punching out, part of the connecting element and / or the transverse web running through said slot.
Another preferred feature of the invention is that it is non-positively clamped on the crosspiece and can be hung in a flexible tab punched out in the lamella. Due to the ratio of the size of the opening of the \ se to the dimension of the tab or the part on the lamella on which the \ se can be attached, the above-mentioned play in the connection of the crossbar-lamella can be easily determined.
The connecting element then advantageously consists of, for example, a rectangular plate which has a preferably slot-shaped opening on one side and which is bent on the opposite side essentially in a U-shape around the transverse web and clamped thereon. Such a plate is extremely inexpensive and easy to arrange non-slip on the crossbar by clamping.
Instead of this, a loop in the middle of the crosspiece can also serve as a connecting element. The loop expediently consists of the same material, for example a textile fabric, such as the crossbar, and is already formed on the crossbar during the manufacture of the support ladder consisting of crossbars and longitudinal cords or bands, the loop width essentially being the play in the connection of the crossbar. Slat determined. The use of the loops mentioned as connecting elements results in a louvre blind which can be pivoted particularly quietly by moving the longitudinal cords or bands.
In addition to the already mentioned loops as connecting elements on the crossbar, it can also be provided according to the second variant of the invention that at least one connecting element consists of a preferably covex and, for example, cylindrical body penetrated by the crossbar, which preferably consists of a body arranged on the lamella, bendable tab in a recess of the slat is essentially stable in position. This body advantageously consists of a thermoplastic plastic sprayed onto the crossbar, the application of which to the crossbar is both inexpensive and technically simple to implement. Such an arrangement forms a non-slip and particularly durable connection between the crosspiece and the connecting element.
If the connecting element, which is designed as a body, is held in a substantially secure position by a tab arranged on the lamella in a recess in the lamella, the ratio of the dimension of the mentioned recess to the size of the body determines the play in the connection between the crossbar and lamella.
According to the invention, several crossbars can be provided per support wire and slat, but only one crossbar per support wire and slat, which is releasably connected to the slat via at least one non-slip connection element arranged on it and is substantially securely connected, is sufficient for proper operation the slatted blind.
If the slatted blind is often exposed to unfavorable weather conditions, it can be advantageous if two crossbars are provided for each support conductor and slat, one, preferably the lower, having at least one connecting element and the other resting on at least part of the opposite side of the slat. The crossbar with the connecting element plays a crucial role, in particular for the sequence of movements when pivoting. The other crossbar, usually above the slat, is used for additional guiding of the slat and, especially when the slat blind is half-open and in the wind, prevents noise from slamming against each other.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments by the figures of the drawings.
1 shows a partial perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of the slatted blind according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a vertical cross section through part of another exemplary embodiment of the slatted blind according to the invention, FIG. 3 shows a top view of the slat shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 4 shows a vertical cross section through part of a further exemplary embodiment of the slatted blind according to the invention, FIG. 5 shows a top view of the slat shown in FIG. 4, FIGS. 6 and 7 show a cross section through a further exemplary embodiment.
The slatted blind in FIG. 1 essentially consists of a number of profiled slats arranged one above the other, only a part of a single slat 1 being shown in FIG. 1. This lamella 1 is held by a supporting ladder consisting of longitudinal bands 2 and transverse webs 3 connecting these.
The transverse web 3, which is made of a textile fabric, has a connecting element which is arranged on it in a non-slip manner and which is formed by a rectangular plate 4 made of metal, which has a slit-shaped opening on one side and which on the opposite side U- bent in a shape around the crossbar 3 and clamped to it. The connecting element 4 of the crosspiece 3 can be detachably and essentially securely connected to the lamella 1 via the lug 5 which is punched out in the region of the central longitudinal axis of the lamella 1 and is bendable and lies in a recess 6. This results in an exact and secure entrainment of the lamella 1 when the longitudinal bands 2 are moved. A previously common second crosspiece running above the lamella can be omitted, as shown in FIG. 1.
In addition, the substantially positionally secure connection of the connecting element 4 of the crossbar 3 with the lamella 1 allows a certain play in connection with the crossbar lamella to be realized, thereby avoiding tension in the crossbars 3 and longitudinal cords 2 by manufacturing-related differences in the arrangement of the connecting elements 4 on the crosspieces 3 of the ladder and material-related inaccuracies of the crosspieces 3 used can be compensated for by the game mentioned. This always ensures an exactly parallel alignment of the slats 1 with one another. The game generally does not need to be very large in relation to the lamella width and is achieved in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1 in that the opening of the plate 4 is larger than would be necessary for the tab 5 to be pushed through.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the connecting element on the crosspiece 3 consists of a loop 4 min, by means of which the crosspiece 3 is connected to the lamella 1 in a substantially secure position. In this case, the crosspiece 3 itself is held by a tab 5 punched out in a recess 6 of the lamella 1 and, after the crosspiece 3 has been hung in, is pressed flat again into the lamella 1, the crosspiece 3 then being arranged by a crosswise to the longitudinal axis of the lamella 1 Slot 7 runs, which connects on both sides to the recess formed by punching the tab. A shift of the crosspiece 3 through the slot 7 outside of a certain play is prevented by the loop for 4 minutes.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in addition to the lower crosspiece 3, an upper crosspiece 3 min is provided for additional securing of the lamella 1 and for better noise reduction, which abuts the lamella 1 at the top. For a better representation of the area of the crossbar-lamella connection, the upper crossbar was not shown for 3 minutes in FIG. 3.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the connecting element is formed by a cylindrical body 4 min min, which consists of a thermoplastic material sprayed onto the crossbar 3. This body for 4 minutes was held by a tab 5 which, after the body had been inserted for 4 minutes in the recess 6, was almost completely pushed back into the recess which was created when it was punched out. As in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower crosspiece 3 runs through a slot 7. The upper crosspiece 3 min is not shown in FIG. 5 for better illustration of the area of the crosspiece-lamella connection.
In the exemplary embodiments of the slatted blind according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the transverse webs 3 and 3 minutes are always shown rather taut because of the simplicity of the illustration. Especially in the case of profiled lamellae, such as lamella 1, a certain amount of crossbars 3 or 3 minutes is advantageous in practice, which can be achieved with the lower crossbar 3 of the previous exemplary embodiments in that the length of the crossbar parts from the connecting element 4, 4 min, 4 min min to the connection points with the longitudinal bands 2 is greater than the length of the connecting line from the named connecting element 4, 4 min, 4 min min to the corresponding outermost longitudinal edge of the lamella 1.
Such a crossbar arrangement is shown in FIG. 6, the lamella 1 being held up relative to the longitudinal bands 2, so that the slack of the crossbar 3 is clearly visible. In the assembled state of the slatted blind, the slat 1 lies somewhat lower due to its own weight, as shown in FIG. 7. Even with strong pivoting of this lamella 1 with respect to the horizontal, no tension occurs in the transverse webs 3 and in the longitudinal bands 2, thereby protecting the load-bearing ladder.
The invention is of course not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown.
