Abstract
A laundry drying cupboard has a cooling circuit installed in a separate compartment (2) on the side of the main compartment (1). The cooling circuit consists of a compressor (9), a condenser (10) and an evaporator (11). A fan (4) draws air from the main compartment through a hole (3) in the dividing wall. This air.is blown over the evaporator where it is cooled andmoistUre it contains is condensed and flows away through the pipe (6). The dried air then flows over the condenser where it is heated before flowing back into the main compartment through the hole (12). USE/ADVANTAGE - The cupboard operates on a closed circulation for the air and needs no air outlet.
Description
BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Wäschetrockenschrank.
Konventionelle Wäschetrockenschränke enthalten eine elektrische Heizeinrichtung und einen Ventilator, mit welchem ein Luftzug im Trockenraum erzeugt wird. Die feuchte Luft entweicht entweder durch ein Fenster oder einen Abzugskanal.
Die durch die Erfindung zu lösende Aufgabe besteht darin, einen Wäschetrockenschrank zu schaffen, bei dem die Luftfeuchtigkeit kondensiert und im Umluftverfahren gearbeitet werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Kennzeichen des Patentanspruches 1 genannten Merkmale gelöst.
Dadurch ist der Energiebedarf geringer und auf einen Abzugskanal für die feuchte Luft kann verzichtet werden.
Zu der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Die Figur zeigt eine schematische Darstellung eines Wäschetrockenschrankes gemäss der Erfindung.
Der Wäschetrockenschrank enthält einen schrankartigen Trockenraum 1 und daneben einen seitlich angeordneten Apparateschrank 2. Die aus dem Trockenraum 1 durch eine Öffnung 3 von einem Ventilator 4 angesaugte, feuchte Luft gelangt zu einem Kühlaggregat 5. In diesem wird die Luft an Kühlflächen abgekühlt, sodass Kondenswasser entsteht.
Dieses wird über eine Leitung 6 abgeführt und gelangt entweder in einen Behälter oder in eine Abwasserleitung 7. Der Verdampfer 11 des Kühlaggregates 5 ist über Kühlmittelleitungen 8 mit einem durch einen Motor angetriebenen Kompressor 9 verbunden.
Oberhalb des Kompressors 9 befindet sich ein Kondensator 10. Die von Feuchtigkeit befreite Luft gelangt oben über eine Öffnung 12 wieder in den Trockenraum. Es entsteht somit ein geschlossener Luftkreislauf.
Die Anordnung des Apparateteiles könnte auch liegend über, unter oder hinter dem Trockenraum 1 angeordnet werden.
Ferner lässt sich der Ventilator 4 beim Kondensator oder im Trockenraum anbringen.
Bei grösseren Anlagen kann allenfalls ein Wasseranschluss zur Kühlung des Kompressors vorgesehen werden.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a clothes drying cabinet.
Conventional clothes drying cabinets contain an electric heating device and a fan, with which a draft is created in the drying room. The moist air escapes either through a window or through an exhaust duct.
The object to be achieved by the invention is to create a laundry drying cabinet in which the air humidity can be condensed and the air circulation process can be used.
This object is achieved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
This means that the energy requirement is lower and there is no need for a ventilation duct for the moist air.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown with the drawing.
The figure shows a schematic representation of a laundry drying cabinet according to the invention.
The laundry drying cabinet contains a cabinet-like drying room 1 and next to it a device cabinet 2 arranged on the side. The moist air drawn in from the drying room 1 through an opening 3 by a fan 4 reaches a cooling unit 5. The air is cooled on cooling surfaces, so that condensed water is formed .
This is discharged via a line 6 and either goes into a container or into a waste water line 7. The evaporator 11 of the cooling unit 5 is connected via coolant lines 8 to a compressor 9 driven by a motor.
A condenser 10 is located above the compressor 9. The air freed from moisture reaches the drying chamber through an opening 12 at the top. This creates a closed air cycle.
The arrangement of the apparatus part could also be arranged horizontally above, below or behind the drying room 1.
Furthermore, the fan 4 can be attached to the condenser or in the drying room.
In larger systems, a water connection can be provided to cool the compressor.
