BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mosaikbausteine aufweisende Anordnung.
Beim Einsatz von Mosaikbausteinen ergibt sich häufig die Notwendigkeit, einem an einer bestimmten Stelle eingebauten Baustein eine andere Funktion zuzuteilen oder ganz allgemein dessen Kennzeichnung ändern zu müssen. Insbesondere im Kraftwerksbau oder beim Betrieb von Kraftwerken werden zwei Kennzeichnungssysteme verwendet, nämlich das Kraftwerkskennzeichnungssystem KKS und das allgemeine Kennzeichnungssystem AKS, und unter bestimmten Umständen ist es erforderlich, von einem System auf das andere überzugehen und dementsprechend eine bereits vorhandene Beschriftung zu ändern.
In diesem Fall müssten entweder die Einbauten gewechselt oder aber die vorhandenen Einbauten ausgebaut, neu bezeichnet und wieder eingebaut werden. Dies bedingt zum Teil einen erheblichen Arbeitsaufwand und entsprechend hohe Änderungskosten.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Anordnung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die eine Änderung der Kennzeichnung ohne Ausbau oder Austausch der Mosaikbausteine ermöglicht und schnell und sicher befestigt werden kann, und die mit einfachen Mitteln herstellbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass eine aus einer Kunststoffolie bestehende Maske (10) zum Abdecken eines oder mehrerer Mosaikbausteine (36) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Maske auf den Mosaikbaustein bzw. die Mosaikbausteine aufsetzbar ist, dem Mosaikbaustein bzw. den Mosaikbausteinen entsprechende Bohrungen, Ausnehmungen und Kennzeichnungen aufweist und mittels in Befestigungsbohrungen des Mosaikbausteins bzw. der Mosaikbausteine eingedrückter Befestigungsknöpfe festlegbar ist.
Durch diese Massnahme wird es möglich bei einer notwendigen Änderung der Kennzeichnung die bisherige Maske durch Lösen der Befestigungsknöpfe abzunehmen und durch die neue Maske mit der gültigen Kennzeichnung zu ersetzen.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Maske aus einer durchsichtigen PVC-Platte mit einer Stärke von ca. 1 mm hergestellt, deren Vorderseite mit Siebdruckfarbe im Farbton der Mosaikbausteine eingefärbt ist.
Auf diese Weise ergibt sich auch nach mehrfachen Änderungen an verschiedenen Mosaikbausteinen stets eine einheitliche Gesamtfläche.
In vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Befestigungsknöpfe Kunststoff-Druckknöpfe, deren federelastischer Teil durch einen Hohlzylinder gebildet ist, der auf seiner Öffnungsseite eine ringförmige Verdickung aufweist, und in dem kreuzförmig angeordnete Axialschlitze ausgespart sind.
Diese Ausführung ermöglicht die einstückige Herstellung der Druckknöpfe in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang.
Anhand der Figuren wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Anordnung;
Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch einen mit einem Druckknopf versehenen Eckteil der erfindungsgemässen Anordnung und durch den entsprechenden Eckteil eines Mosaikbausteins.
In Fig. list eine allgemein mit 10 bezeichnete Maske dargestellt. Sie besteht aus einer PVC-Platte 12 mit einer Stärke von ca. 1 mm. Die PVC-Platte 12 ist im Ausgangszustand durchsichtig und wird auf ihrer Vorderseite mit Siebdruckfarbe im Farbton der Mosaikbausteine eingefärbt, zu deren Abdeckung sie vorgesehen ist. Zusätzlich ist mit Ätztusche eine Rasterteilung 14 aufgebracht, die derjenigen der Mosaikbausteine entspricht.
Die einzelnen Rasterfelder sind je nach Bedarf mit Bohrungen 16 und Ausnehmungen 18 versehen, die auf die entsprechenden Organe der damit abzudeckenden Mosaikbausteine abgestimmt sind. Zum Zweck der Kennzeichnung der Bohrungen 16 und der Aussparungen 18 kann eine entsprechende Beschriftung 20 aufgedruckt sein. Weiterhin können zur Kennzeichnung der schaltungstechnischen Zusammenhänge verschieden gefärbte Schaltsymbole oder Verbindungspfeile 22 vorgesehen werden.
An den vier Ecken der Maske 10 sind Bohrungen 24 eingebracht, die auf in den Mosaikbausteinen vorhandene Befestigungsbohrungen abgestimmt sind.
Wie am besten aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, sind in die Bohrungen 24 allgemein mit 26 bezeichnete Druckknöpfe eingesetzt. Der auf der Vorderseite der PVC-Platte 12 sichtbar bleibende Teil 28 der Druckknöpfe 26 ist in beliebiger Art knopfförmig ausgebildet. Ein sich daran anschliessender zylindrischer Teil 30 durchdringt die Bohrung 24 und setzt sich in einem hohlzylindrischen Teil fort, dessen offenes Ende eine ringförmige Verdickung 32 aufweist. Im hohlzylindrischen Teil des Druckknopfs 26 sind kreuzförmig angeordnete Axial-Schlitze 34 ausgespart.
Die Befestigung der Maske 10 auf einem Mosaikbaustein 36 erfolgt durch Eindrücken der Druckknöpfe 26 in vorhandene Befestigungsbohrungen 38 des Mosaikbausteins 36. Dabei wird der mit der ringförmigen Verdickung 32 und den Axialschlitzen 34 versehene hohlzylindrische Teil der Druckknöpfe 26 elastisch zusammengedrückt und erzeugt nach Einsetzen in die Befestigungsbohrung 38 durch seine eigene Federkraft eine sichere Befestigung der Maske 10 auf dem Mosaikbaustein 36. Zum Zweck einer eventuell erforderlichen Änderung der Kennzeichnung des Mosaikbausteins 36 wird nach Herausziehen der Druckknöpfe 26 aus den Befestigungsbohrungen 38 die alte Maske 10 abgenommen und durch eine mit der neuen Kennzeichnung versehene Maske 10 ersetzt.
Nach Eindrücken der Druckknöpfe 26 in die Befestigungsbohrungen 38 ist der Änderungsvorgang abgeschlossen, ohne dass ein Ausbau oder eine Neubeschriftung des Mosaikbausteins 36 erforderlich wäre.

When using mosaic blocks, there is often the need to assign a different function to a block installed at a certain point or to change its labeling in general. Particularly in power plant construction or in the operation of power plants, two labeling systems are used, namely the power plant labeling system KKS and the general labeling system AKS, and under certain circumstances it is necessary to change from one system to the other and to change an existing label accordingly.
In this case, either the internals would have to be changed or the existing internals removed, re-labeled and reinstalled. This requires a considerable amount of work and correspondingly high change costs.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating an arrangement of the type mentioned at the outset which enables the marking to be changed without removing or replacing the mosaic blocks and which can be fastened securely and which can be produced using simple means.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that a mask (10) consisting of a plastic film is provided for covering one or more mosaic building blocks (36), the mask being attachable to the mosaic building block or the mosaic building blocks, holes corresponding to the mosaic building block or the mosaic building blocks , Has recesses and markings and can be fixed by means of fastening buttons pressed into the fastening holes of the mosaic module or the mosaic modules.
This measure makes it possible to remove the previous mask by loosening the fastening buttons if the marking needs to be changed and to replace it with the new mask with the valid marking.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mask is made of a transparent PVC plate with a thickness of approximately 1 mm, the front of which is colored with screen printing ink in the color of the mosaic blocks.
In this way, even after multiple changes to different mosaic building blocks, there is always a uniform total area.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fastening buttons are plastic push buttons, the resilient part of which is formed by a hollow cylinder, which has an annular thickening on its opening side, and in which cross-shaped axial slots are cut out.
This design enables the push buttons to be produced in one piece in a single operation.

A mask, generally designated 10, is shown in FIG. It consists of a PVC plate 12 with a thickness of approximately 1 mm. The PVC plate 12 is transparent in the initial state and is colored on the front side with screen printing ink in the color of the mosaic blocks it is intended to cover. In addition, a raster pitch 14 is applied with etching ink, which corresponds to that of the mosaic blocks.
The individual grid fields are provided with bores 16 and recesses 18 as required, which are matched to the corresponding organs of the mosaic building blocks to be covered with them. For the purpose of identifying the bores 16 and the recesses 18, a corresponding label 20 can be printed. Furthermore, differently colored circuit symbols or connecting arrows 22 can be provided to identify the circuit-related relationships.
At the four corners of the mask 10, holes 24 are made, which are matched to the mounting holes in the mosaic building blocks.
As best seen in FIG. 2, pushbuttons generally designated 26 are inserted into the bores 24. The part 28 of the push buttons 26 which remains visible on the front side of the PVC plate 12 is button-shaped in any manner. A subsequent cylindrical part 30 penetrates the bore 24 and continues in a hollow cylindrical part, the open end of which has an annular thickening 32. In the hollow cylindrical part of the push button 26, cross-shaped axial slots 34 are cut out.
The mask 10 is fastened to a mosaic module 36 by pressing the push buttons 26 into the existing fastening holes 38 of the mosaic module 36. The hollow cylindrical part of the push buttons 26 provided with the annular thickening 32 and the axial slots 34 is compressed elastically and, after being inserted into the fastening hole, produces 38 a secure fastening of the mask 10 on the mosaic brick 36 by its own spring force. For the purpose of possibly changing the marking of the mosaic brick 36, after pulling the push buttons 26 out of the fastening holes 38, the old mask 10 is removed and replaced by a new one provided with the new marking Mask 10 replaced.
After the pushbuttons 26 have been pressed into the fastening bores 38, the change process is completed without the mosaic module 36 having to be removed or rewritten.
