1. Set of elements for the realization of wooden frame constructions, characterized in that it comprises wall elements comprising on their lateral wooden edges an assembly formation; wooden posts having identical assembly formations on their lateral face, the height of these posts being equal to that of the wall elements; wooden corner pillars of square section, having on two adjacent lateral faces at least assembly formations identical to those of the wall elements and posts; wooden chains on which the wall elements, posts and corner pillars rest; and sand pits intended to rest on wall elements, posts and corner pillars.

2. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the assembly formations are constituted by grooves and that it comprises squares whose cross section corresponds to that of two assembly grooves placed one opposite the 'other.

3. An assembly according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the width of the posts, corner pillars and sand plates, as well as the width of the dies are equal to the thickness of the wall elements.

4. An assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that the wall elements comprise uprights whose thickness is equal to half the thickness of the posts.

5. Assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the thickness of the posts is equal to half the width of a sand pit or a corner post.

6. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that a wall element comprises a central block of an insulating material of generally rectangular shape with rectangular section and wooden uprights secured to each of the two lateral faces of the central block, the outer face of each wooden upright having an assembly groove extending over its entire height parallel to the main faces of the central block.

7. The assembly of claim 6, characterized in that the amounts are solid wood or glued laminated wood.

8. The assembly of claim 7, characterized in that the central block is constituted by a panel of molded expanded polystyrene.

9. The assembly of claim 7, characterized in that the central block is formed by a fibragglo panel consisting of long fibers of resinous wood, mineralized and coated with cement.

10. The assembly of claim 7, characterized in that the central block is constituted by a composite panel comprising a base of expanded polystyrene plated on its main faces with two fibragglo plates consisting of long fibers of resinous wood, mineralized and coated with cement.

11. Assembly according to one of claims 7 to 10, characterized in that the wooden uprights are glued against the vertical lateral edges of the central block of insulating material.

12. The assembly of claim 11, characterized in that the amounts cover all of the side sections of the central block.

For reasons of economy, integration into the local site, ease of construction, insulation, etc., wood-frame constructions are once again highly appreciated. However, there is a need to standardize existing wood-frame constructions to make them competitive. This is one of the aims of the present invention. Another goal is to achieve a wood-frame construction with integrated insulation responding to the entire carcass but leaving the user a great deal of freedom in both exterior and interior finishing.

To do this, the incumbents have developed certain basic elements used in wood-frame construction which allow, in combination with other generally existing elements, a significant rationalization of this type of construction. 5 The present invention relates to a set of elements for the realization of wooden frame constructions, characterized in that it comprises wall elements comprising on their lateral wooden edges an assembly formation; wooden posts having on their side face identical assembly formations, the height of these posts being equal to that of the wall elements; wooden corner pillars of square section, having on two adjacent lateral faces at least assembly formations identical to those of the wall elements and posts; wooden chains on which the wall elements, the posts and the corner pillars will rest; and sand pits intended to rest on wall elements, posts and corner pillars.

The attached drawing schematically illustrates part of a timber frame construction, as well as certain elements for its realization.

Figure 1 is a partial horizontal section of a timber frame construction.

Figure 2 is a partial vertical section of a wood-frame construction on the internal and external coverings.

Figure 3 is a top view of a wall element. Figure 4 is a top view of a variant of a wall element.

Figure 5 is a perspective view of part of a pole.

Figures 1 and 2 schematically illustrate the design of wood-frame constructions made with the set of elements according to the invention, without going into the details of the realization of openings and covers which can be made at using existing elements.

The set of elements forming the wooden frame comprises a die 1, resting on a slab 2, on which are disposed between wooden corner pillars 3 and also wooden posts 4, elements of 40 walls 5, 6. The height of the corner pillars 3 and of the posts 4 is equal to the height of the wall elements 5, 6 so that the upper faces of the posts 4, of the corner pillars and of the wall elements 5 , 6 are located in a plane. Like a chaining, a sand pit 7 is placed on the posts, the corner pillars and the upper edge 45 of the wall elements, stiffening the assembly.

The side faces of the wall elements 5, 6, posts 4 and corner pillars 3 have assembly grooves in which are placed squares 8 allowing the coupling of these elements together and their correct positioning.

50 As can be seen in FIG. 1, a wide variety of interior or exterior finishes can be attached to this wooden frame at the request of the user. Thus inside it can simply provide a layer of plaster which can be covered with a tapestry or a plaster or plastering 9. One can also insert 55 between the wall elements 5, 6 and this finish internal 9, an insulating layer of fiberglass, stone fiber or expanded plastic mass 10.

The external covering can be produced in chalet slats 11 mounted on joists 12 fixed to the wood frame or by a plastering 60 applied on an insulation layer 14 fixed to the external face of the wall elements 5, 6.

This type of construction is very flexible and allows external and internal dressing personalized on demand. In addition, by providing wall elements 5, 6 of three different widths, for example 65 20, 30 and 40 cm, the corner pillars being 10 x 10 cm and the posts 5 x 10 cm, the system allows a modulation from five centimeters to five centimeters for all the dimensions of a construction.

We see that the wood frame is made from a set of basic elements which are:

wall elements of different widths 5, 6,

wooden corner pillars 3,

wooden posts 4,

channels 7, and sand pits 1.

These basic elements of this assembly are illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 8 and are described in detail in the following.

Figure 3 illustrates a wall element. This wall element comprises a central block 5 and an insulating material of rectangular shape with rectangular section. The lateral sections 15 of this block are covered with a post 6 made of solid or glued laminated wood. These uprights 6 have a width identical to the thickness of the central block 5 and a height also identical to that of the central block 5.

These uprights 6 are fixed to the central block 5 by any suitable means but preferably by gluing.

The outer face 16 of the uprights 6 has an assembly groove 17 extending over the entire height of the upright and parallel to the main faces 18, 19 of the central block 5. The width of this groove corresponds to that of the squares 8 and its depth corresponds to half the thickness of said squares 8. Thus, when two wall elements 5, 6 are arranged side by side, a squares 8 is entirely housed in the corresponding grooves of two wall elements. The squares 8 can be nailed to the uprights 6.

The central block 5 of the wall elements can be constituted by “Fibralith” panels, that is to say by a fibragglo panel made up of long fibers of resinous wood, mineralized and coated with Portland cement free of magnesium and of chloride. The characteristics of such a panel having a thickness of ten centimeters are:

When the central block 5 is constituted by a "Fibralith" panel, a BALCOTAN type 100 adhesive is used to fix the uprights 6, which is based on polyurethane, from the firm BALL Y CTU or a similar adhesive.

The central block of these wall elements can also be produced by “Alsatherm” panels which are sheets of expanded polystyrene obtained by molding. The properties of such panels are for a panel 10 cm thick:

density 20 to 29 kg / m3 thermal conductivity 0.039 to 0.037 W / m2 / ° C compressive strength s / 10% 1.2 bar bending stress 2.4 to 3.3 bar permeability to water vapor 20 • 10-4 g / m hours kg.

When the central block 5 is made of expanded polystyrene, a glue of the ureformol type, for example Kauritleim 270 from BASF, is used to bond the wooden uprights 6.

Figure 4 illustrates a variant of a wall element of a narrower width, 20 cm instead of 40 cm whose central block is formed by a composite panel consisting of a core 20 of expanded polystyrene sandwiched between two plates 21 from "Fibralith". The

other characteristics of this wall element are identical to those of the element illustrated in Figure 4.

Figure 5 illustrates a wooden post 4 whose width corresponds to the thickness of the wall element 5, 6 and the thickness is equal to half its width. It will also be noted that the thickness of the post 4 is twice the thickness of the uprights 6.

The length of the post 4 is equal to the height of the wall elements 5, 6. The lateral faces 22 of this post 4 are provided with assembly grooves 23 identical to the grooves 17 of the wall elements and extending over the entire length of the post 4, parallel to its other faces 24.

FIG. 6 illustrates a wooden corner pillar 3 whose cross section is generally square, each side having a dimension equal to the thickness of a wall element 5, 6 or to the width of the post 4. Each face side of the corner pillars 3 has an assembly groove 25 identical to the assembly grooves 17 and 23 of the wall elements 5, 6 and posts 4. These assembly grooves 25 extend parallel to the longitudinal axis corner pillars 3.

The height of these corner pillars 3 is equal to the height of the wall elements 5, 6, or equal to the height of the posts 4.

The posts 4 as well as the corner pillars 3 can be made of solid wood or glued laminated wood, which prevents any warping due to atmospheric conditions.

FIG. 7 illustrates a sand pit 7 made of wood, a square section beam whose width of the sides is equal to the thickness of the wall elements 5, 6. The length of this sand pit 7 is at least greater than the width of two elements of wall 5, 6.

FIG. 8 illustrates a wooden die 1, sole intended to be placed on a slab and to serve as a base for mounting the other elements.

This die 1 has a generally rectangular section, the long sides of which correspond to the thickness of the wall elements 5, 6 and the short sides of which have a width equal to half the long sides.

The channels 1 and the sand pits 7 can also be made of solid wood or glued laminated wood.

Thanks to these basic elements described, and to three widths of wall elements (20, 30 and 40 cm), it is possible to produce modular wood frames from 5 to 5 cm, which gives very great flexibility to the architect for the design of the building.

Thanks to the materials used, the wood frame thus produced by itself already constitutes very good thermal and sound insulation.

The rigidity and the bearing capacity of such a wooden frame are very great, because the uprights 6 of the wall elements constitute as many intermediate posts having a high resistance to compression. Therefore, multi-storey constructions can be provided despite the lightness and therefore the maneuverability of all the basic elements, and in particular of the wall elements.

Finally, by the choice of their size, all the wooden elements of these basic elements can be easily mass produced from beams corresponding to the dimensions of a sand pit 7. In fact, to obtain from this beam the corner pillars, it suffices to mill the grooves 25; to obtain the posts 4 to cut this beam into two halves and to mill the grooves 23; and to obtain the uprights 6, to divide the posts 4 into two halves. The die 1 is obtained by cutting the beam constituting the sand pit 7 by half.

This very advanced standardization facilitates mass production and reduces the stocks required.
