REVENDICATIONS
1. Conditionnement de grande capacité, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par plusieurs éléments démontables, à savoir une partie inférieure en forme de palette, une partie supérieure formant conteneur rigide, une bande de cerclage et une poche intérieure souple et repliable.
2. Conditionnement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de cerclage est pourvue d'une boucle de serrage et enserre une partie plane de bord de la partie inférieure ainsi qu'un rebord de la partie supérieure en position de fermeture du conditionnement.
3. Conditionnement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure est munie de plots creux présentant une dépouille de manière à favoriser l'emboîtement de plusieurs de ces parties inférieures.
4. Conditionnement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure présente une forme de tronc de pyramide, de manière à permettre l'emboîtement aisé de plusieurs de ces parties, et est pourvue d'aretes de rigidification se terminant dans la plaque de sommet par des creux qui peuvent servir à la réception des plots de la partie inférieure d'un autre conditionnement.
5. Conditionnement suivant la revendication I, caractérisé en ce que la poche intérieure est constituée en matière synthétique.
6. Conditionnement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la poche intérieure est obtenue par soudage d'une ou plusieurs feuilles de matière synthétique.
7. Conditionnement suivant l'une des revendications 1, 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la poche intérieure est pourvue d'une bonde de remplissage, d'une bonde de vidange et, éventuellement, d'une bonde d'évent.
8. Conditionnement suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les bondes sont constituées par des inserts rapportés ou soudés sur les feuilles.
9. Conditionnement suivant l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la bonde de vidange se loge dans un alvéole de la partie inférieure et débouche hors du conditionnement sous la bande de cerclage.
10. Conditionnement suivant l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la bonde de vidange est constituée par un appendice creux, fermé à son extrémité, laquelle peut être coupée lors de la mise en perce de la poche.
Il. Conditionnement suivant les revendications 4 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure est pourvue dans sa plaque de sommet d'un trou de passage pour la bonde de remplissage, ce trou étant de préférence prévu dans un renfoncement de ladite plaque de sommet.
12. Conditionnement suivant les revendications 4 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la bonde de remplissage est maintenue contre la paroi délimitant le trou de passage au moyen d'un bouchon à double filetage, dont le filetage intérieur sert à la fixation d'un bouchon inviolable et le filetage extérieur coopère avec celui de la bonde.
13. Conditionnement suivant l'une des revendications 1, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les parties inférieure et supérieure sont constituées en bois compacté.
14. Conditionnement suivant l'une des revendications 1, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les parties inférieure et supérieure sont constituées en matière synthétique, en métal ou en carton.
15. Conditionnement suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la bonde de remplissage est maintenue contre la paroi délimitant le trou de passage au moyen d'un bouchon à double filetage, dont le filetage intérieur sert à la fixation d'un bouchon inviolable et le filetage extérieur coopère avec celui de la bonde.
La présente invention concerne un conditionnement de grande capacité, utilisable par exemple pour des produits liquides, pâteux ou pulvérulents destinés à l'industrie chimique, pharmaceutique, alimentaire, à l'agriculture ou à toute autre industrie.
Actuellement, pour le transport et le stockage de tels produits ou de tout autre produit liquide, pulvérulent ou pâteux, on utilise couramment des fûts ou d'autres conteneurs rigides, en matière synthétique ou analogue. Il est également connu d'utiliser pour le transport et le stockage de produits dangereux, hautement toxiques ou corrosifs, des conteneurs rigides protégés par une armature métallique ou des conteneurs souples sous forme de poches étanches enfermées dans des fûts métalliques de protection.
Toutefois, tous ces conteneurs de grande capacité existants ne peuvent pas être transportés ou stockés en un petit volume avant et après leur utilisation, par exemple être empilés à vide ou être repliés.
La présente invention a pour but de pallier ces inconvénients et, notamment, de permettre le transport à vide sous un petit volume de conditionnements de grande capacité.
Elle a en effet pour objet un conditionnement de grande capacité, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par plusieurs éléments démontables, à savoir une partie inférieure en forme de palette, une partie supérieure formant conteneur rigide, une bande de cerclage et une poche intérieure souple et repliable.
Selon une forme particulière de l'invention, les parties supérieure et inférieure sont conformées de telle manière qu'elles puissent être emboîtées avec d'autres parties supérieure et inférieure correspondantes.
Selon une forme d'exécution de l'invention, la poche souple est réalisée par soufflage, par soudage ou par tout autre procédé, et est pourvue d'une bonde de remplissage pouvant être fermée par un bouchon inviolable, d'une bonde de vidange fermée et, éventuellement, d'une bonde d'évent.
L'invention sera mieux comprise grâce à la description ci-après qui se rapporte à un mode de réalisation préféré, donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif et expliqué avec référence aux dessins schématiques annexés, dans lesquels:
la fig. 1 est une vue éclatée en perspective d'un conditionnement conforme à l'invention;
la fig. 2 est une vue en coupe de la bonde de remplissage, et la fig. 3 est une vue en coupe de la bonde de vidange.
Conformément à l'invention et comme le montre plus particulie- rement, à titre d'exemple, la fig. 1 des dessins annexés, le conditionnement de grande capacité est constitué par plusieurs éléments démontables, à savoir une partie inférieure 1 en forme de palette, une partie supérieure 2 qui forme un conteneur rigide et une bande de cerclage 3, ces trois éléments étant réutilisables, et une poche intérieure 4 souple, repliable et interchangeable.
La bande de cerclage 3 est pourvue d'une boucle de serrage 5 et enserre la partie plane de bord 6 de la partie inférieure 1 ainsi qu'un rebord 7 de la partie supérieure 2 en position de fermeture du conditionnement.
La partie inférieure 1 en forme de palette est munie de plots creux 8 présentant une dépouille de manière à favoriser l'emboîtement de plusieurs de ces parties inférieures.
La partie supérieure 2 présente de préférence une forme de tronc de pyramide, de manière à permettre également l'emboîtement de plusieurs parties 2, et est pourvue d'arêtes de rigidification 9 se terminant dans la plaque de sommet 1 1 par des creux 10 qui peuvent servir à la réception des plots 8 de la partie inférieure I d'un autre conditionnement disposé par-dessus, par exemple lors du stockage des conditionnements avec les produits conditionnés.
La partie supérieure 2 présente, en outre, au milieu de sa plaque de sommet 11, un trou de passage 12 pour la bonde de remplissage.
La poche intérieure 4 est de préférence constituée en polyéthylène ou analogue, et est obtenue par soudage d'une ou plusieurs feuilles, par soufflage dans un moule ou par tout autre procédé, les bondes de remplissage et de vidange étant constituées par des inserts 13 et 14 rapportés lors du soufflage ou après le soudage.
La bonde de vidange 14 est de préférence fermée, son ouverture s'obtenant grâce à un élément coupant 15 monté dans l'extrémité du
robinet de vidange 16 (fig. 3) et découpant un opercule lors de la mise en perce de la poche 4.
Cette bonde 14 se loge dans un alvéole 17 de la partie inférieure 1 et débouche hors du conditionnement sous la bande de cerclage 13.
Conformément à une variante de réalisation de l'invention, la bonde de vidange 14 peut être constituée par un appendice creux fermé à son extrémité, qui peut etre coupé lors de la mise en perce de la poche 4. Un tel appendice peut, par exemple, être fermé momentanément au moyen d'une pince ou analogue.
La bonde de remplissage 13 se loge dans le trou de passage 12 de la plaque de sommet Il et est maintenue contre la paroi délimitant le trou 12 au moyen d'un bouchon à double filetage 18, dont le filetage intérieur 19 sert à la fixation d'un bouchon inviolable non représenté et le filetage extérieur 20 coopère avec celui de l'insert 13 (fig. 2). Le trou de passage 12 est de préférence prévu dans un renfoncement 21 de la plaque de sommet 11 de manière à ne pas gêner le gerbage des conditionnements. Enfin, la poche 4 peut éventuellement être pourvue d'une bonde d'évent, non représentée.
Les parties inférieure 1 et supérieure 2 sont constituées en un matériau rigide tel que, par exemple, en bois compacté, en matière synthétique, en métal, en carton ou analogue.
Grâce à l'invention, il est possible de réaliser un conditionnement de grande capacité pour des produits liquides, pâteux ou pulvérulents, qui peut facilement être démonté lorsqu'il est vide pour n'occuper qu'un volume restreint. En outre, un tel conditionnement peut, du fait de sa forme, être facilement gerbé à plein. Un tel conditionnement présente de préférence des dimensions au sol équivalentes à celles des palettes standards et une capacité supérieure à 5001. Enfin, la poche 4, qui est constituée en un matériau souple et qui est mise en perce pour sa vidange, est de préférence d'un emploi unique et est remplacée par une poche neuve pour tout nouveau remplissage.
Bien entendu, I'invention n'est pas limitée à l'exemple décrit et représenté aux dessins annexés. Des modifications restent possibles, notamment du point de vue de la constitution des divers éléments, sans sortir pour autant du domaine de protection de l'invention.

CLAIMS

The present invention relates to a large capacity packaging, usable for example for liquid, pasty or powdery products intended for the chemical, pharmaceutical, food industry, agriculture or any other industry.
Currently, for the transport and storage of such products or any other liquid, powdery or pasty product, drums or other rigid containers are commonly used, made of synthetic material or the like. It is also known to use for the transport and storage of dangerous, highly toxic or corrosive products, rigid containers protected by a metal frame or flexible containers in the form of watertight bags enclosed in protective metal drums.
However, all these existing large capacity containers cannot be transported or stored in a small volume before and after their use, for example being stacked empty or being folded up.
The purpose of the present invention is to overcome these drawbacks and, in particular, to allow empty transport under a small volume of large capacity packaging.
It indeed relates to a large capacity packaging, characterized in that it consists of several removable elements, namely a lower part in the form of a pallet, an upper part forming a rigid container, a strapping band and an inner pocket. flexible and foldable.
According to a particular form of the invention, the upper and lower parts are shaped so that they can be fitted with other corresponding upper and lower parts.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the flexible bag is produced by blowing, by welding or by any other method, and is provided with a filling plug which can be closed by a tamper-evident plug, with a drain plug. closed and possibly with a vent plug.
The invention will be better understood from the following description which relates to a preferred embodiment, given by way of nonlimiting example and explained with reference to the appended schematic drawings, in which:

According to the invention and as shown more particularly, by way of example, FIG. 1 of the accompanying drawings, the large capacity packaging consists of several removable elements, namely a lower part 1 in the form of a pallet, an upper part 2 which forms a rigid container and a strapping band 3, these three elements being reusable, and an interior pocket 4 flexible, foldable and interchangeable.
The strapping band 3 is provided with a tightening loop 5 and encloses the flat edge part 6 of the lower part 1 as well as a flange 7 of the upper part 2 in the closed position of the packaging.
The lower part 1 in the form of a pallet is provided with hollow studs 8 having a clearance so as to promote the interlocking of several of these lower parts.
The upper part 2 preferably has a shape of a pyramid trunk, so as to also allow the interlocking of several parts 2, and is provided with stiffening edges 9 ending in the top plate 1 1 by recesses 10 which can be used to receive the studs 8 of the lower part I of another package placed above, for example when storing the packages with the packaged products.
The upper part 2 also has, in the middle of its top plate 11, a through hole 12 for the filling plug.
The inner pocket 4 is preferably made of polyethylene or the like, and is obtained by welding one or more sheets, by blowing in a mold or by any other method, the filling and emptying bungs being constituted by inserts 13 and 14 reported during blowing or after welding.
The drain plug 14 is preferably closed, its opening being obtained by means of a cutting element 15 mounted in the end of the
drain valve 16 (fig. 3) and cutting a cover when the pocket 4 is drilled.
This plug 14 is housed in a cell 17 in the lower part 1 and opens out of the packaging under the strapping band 13.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the drain plug 14 can be constituted by a hollow appendage closed at its end, which can be cut during the drilling of the pocket 4. Such an appendage can, for example , be closed temporarily with pliers or the like.
The filling plug 13 is housed in the through hole 12 of the top plate II and is held against the wall delimiting the hole 12 by means of a double-threaded plug 18, the internal thread 19 of which serves to fix the 'a tamper-evident plug not shown and the external thread 20 cooperates with that of the insert 13 (fig. 2). The through hole 12 is preferably provided in a recess 21 in the crown plate 11 so as not to interfere with the stacking of the packages. Finally, the pocket 4 can optionally be provided with a vent plug, not shown.
The lower parts 1 and upper 2 are made of a rigid material such as, for example, compacted wood, synthetic material, metal, cardboard or the like.
Thanks to the invention, it is possible to produce a large capacity packaging for liquid, pasty or pulverulent products, which can easily be disassembled when it is empty to occupy only a small volume. In addition, such packaging can, due to its shape, be easily stacked fully. Such packaging preferably has dimensions on the ground equivalent to those of standard pallets and a capacity greater than 5001. Finally, the bag 4, which is made of a flexible material and which is pierced for emptying, is preferably of '' a single use and is replaced by a new pocket for any new filling.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the example described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications remain possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements, without thereby departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
