<1>幅細の円形環状板とその外周に一体形成された垂下片とからなり、上記支持枠体の上面開口縁部に乗載可能にした肉厚の環状枠の内周の下側に、所望の充填物を充填する肉薄の有底筒体を、その有底筒体の上側口縁部において連続させ、該上側口縁部と上記垂下片との間に、上記支持枠体の上面開口縁部に嵌合する環状空処を形成し、
<2>その有底筒体の上記上側口縁部から少し下方の外周であって、その直径線上の対向位置に、上記支持枠体に形成したL形溝に係入させる係合突起を突設するとともに、
<3>上記環状枠の上側に、全体として円錐台形状をなす筒状で、上部の所要幅員を溶着することにより封止可能な肉薄の覆体を、その覆体の下側口縁部において環状枠の上記円形環状板の内周に連続させ、
