【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、被包装物を所定の位置に保持または保護する被包装物保持または保護手段を有する段ボールまたは厚紙製包装器体とその組立て方法に関する。
上記被包装物としては、当該目的に供される物品自体の他、例えば、難自立性容器(または柔軟性容器、以下同じ)、すなわち、内容物により変形されるかまたは内容物と同じ形態をとる材質の容器に、当該内容物、例えば、シーリング材,各種塗料等建築用に供される粉体,粒体,液体または粘性体状の建築用流体材料を充填したものを含む。

【従来の技術】
従来、包装器体の所定位置に被包装物を保持または保護するために、パッキングまたは当該被包装物に適合する保持または保護枠を使用することが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これらのパッキングや保持または保護枠は、包装器体自体とは別に用意しておかなければならない不便があり、さらに、パッキングについては包装器体に入れた被包装物の周りの隙間に装填し、保持または保護枠についてはそれと被包装物を装填または嵌合した状態で包装器体に収容しなければならないという煩わしさがあった。

本発明の目的は、上記パッキングや保持または保護枠に相当する保持または保護手段、すなわち、被包装物を所定の位置に保持または保護する被包装物保持または保護手段を、包装器体と一体的な関係にして予め形成しておくことによって、上記のような不便や煩わしさをなくそうとするものであり、かつまた、パッキングや保持または保護枠を包装器体とは別に製造し用意するのに必要なコスト、その装填または嵌合作業に要するコスト、人手等を低減することにある。

また、上記難自立性容器、すなわち、内容物により変形されるかまたは内容物と同じ形態をとる材質の容器は、文字どおり自立が難しいことにおいて、金属または硬質合成樹脂製の自立性容器に比べて、内容物の充填または取り出しに不便であるとともに、当該内容物を充填した状態での梱包,出荷輸送,保管にも不便である。

しかし、上記自立性容器は、一般的に高価であり、使用後の回収を、一旦押し潰して、あるいは嵩張った状態のままで行わなければならず、特に、硬質合成樹脂製のものでは焼却処分したりリサイクルに供する際に、ダイオキシン等有害物質を発生させる欠点があるのに対し、難自立性容器は、比較的安価であり、使用後簡単に折り畳むなど嵩張らない状態にして回収でき、また、焼却処分したりリサイクルに供する際に、ダイオキシン等有害物質を発生させることも殆どないことにおいて、容器として有利なものである。

本発明の他の目的は、難自立性容器の上記有利性を活かしながら、当該材料の充填または取り出しの不便、充填状態での梱包,出荷輸送,保管の不便を解消できるようにした包装器体を提供することにある。

本発明のさらに他の目的は、自動組立てが可能で製造コストを軽減でき、しかも、使用後に無公害消却処理できる段ボールや厚紙製でありながら、従来に比べ外力特に圧縮荷重抗力が高く、したがって、被包装物を入れて重量化した状態であっても従来と異なり数段場合によっては数十段も積み重ねることができる包装器体を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明段ボールまたは厚紙製包装器体は、<イ>底板(a)に連設した前後左右各側板(b〜e)、これら前後左右各側板(b〜e)に連設した前後左右各蓋板(b′〜e′)、上記前後左右各側板(b〜e)のたがいに隣接するものどうしが形成する隅角に位置する被包装物保持または保護副手段(f1,g1,h1,i1)、および、上記被包装物保持または保護副手段(h1,i1)に連設した被包装物保持または保護主手段(j)を備えている段ボールまたは厚紙製包装器体であって、<ロ>上記被包装物保持または保護主手段(j)が、たがいに対向する前側板(b)と後側板(c)に連設され、遊端側の幅を広く基端側の幅を狭くした保持または保護主板(h,i)の遊端側(h″,i″)を湾曲または折曲することにより円筒等の筒状に形成され、かつ、その口縁と上記前後左右各側板(b〜e)との間に、環状空隙(k)を区画形成していること、<ハ>上記被包装物保持または保護副手段(f1,g1,h1,i1)が、前側板(b)に連設した保持または保護副板(f)、上記保持または保護主板(h)の基端側(h′)、後側板(c)に連設した保持または保護副板(g)、および、上記保持または保護主板(i)の基端側(i′)を、それぞれ湾曲または折曲することにより三角筒等の筒状に形成してなる。

本発明段ボールまたは厚紙製包装器体の組立て方法は、次のとおりである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下には本発明を図示の一実施形態についてさらに詳しく説明する。
この実施形態では、段ボール(または厚紙、以下同じ)を所定の輪郭形状に裁断するとともに、所定の部位に折り目と切込みを入れた台紙を作成しておき、これを組み立てることにより所期の包装器体とするもので、 図1は本発明の1実施形態に係る包装器体の展開(台紙)平面図、図2は展開(台紙)斜視図である。

aは、一辺の長さをsとする正方形の底板で、この底板aの前後左右辺縁には、折り目1〜4を介し、該底板aと同形,同大の前側板b,後側板c,左側板dおよび右側板eを連設している。

まず、左右側の保持または保護副板f,gを、折り目9〜11、12〜14において内外に適宜折り、それぞれの区画ハ,ハを上記前側板b,後側板cの内面中央に接着固定することによって、それぞれの区画イ,ロによる三角筒状の被包装物保持または保護副手段f1,g1を形成する(図3)。

同時に、保持または保護主板h,iの遊端側の長さ部分h″,i″を、上記被包装物保持または保護副手段f1,g1の区画ロ,ロに沿わせながら円弧状に湾曲させるとともに、その両者、すなわち、上記被包装物保持または保護副手段f1,g1の区画ロ,ロと部分h″,i″の対応部位とを接着固定する(図4)。

上記湾曲に際しては、保持または保護主板h,iの上記部分h″,i″の全体に、予め、すなわち上記台紙裁断加工時において、所要の間隔で折り目を入れておき、その各折り目により折ることとすると、正確には多角形になるが、当該湾曲作業を容易に行うことができること明らかである。
