REVENDICATIONS
1. Boîte pour matériel de pêcheur à la ligne, comprenant un plancher, deux parois latérales, une paroi avant et une paroi arrière, ainsi qu'un couvercle apte à servir d'assise de siège, caractérisée en ce que le plancher et les autres parois ne forment qu'une seule pièce moulée en matière plastique rigide, en ce qu'elle est munie d'un dossier amovible et repliable et comporte au moins un pied arrière placé ou apte à être placé à une plus grande distance de la paroi avant que le bord arrière du couvercle etlou que la partie la plus en arrière du dossier, lorsque celui-ci est dans sa position dressée.
2. Boîte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que son bord inférieur avant est muni de pieds réglables en hauteur.
3. Boîte selon les revendications I ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une des deux parois latérales est munie d'un support apte à recevoir le mât d'un parasol.
4. Boîte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sa paroi arrière est munie d'un compartiment à filets.
5. Boite selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le compartiment à filets est amovible.
6. Boîte selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les pieds réglables en hauteur peuvent être séparés complètement de la boîte.
7. Boîte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que son bord inférieur arrière se trouve à une plus grande distance de la paroi avant que le bord arrière du couvercle.
8. Boîte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le ou chaque pied arrière est placé sur un cadre articulé sur la boîte et mobile entre une position de rangement et une position de travail.
9. Boîte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dossier comporte deux montants fixés aux extrémités opposées d'une pièce de forme allongée de matière souple.
10. Boîte selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que des moyens de fixation amovible du dossier sont formés sur ses parois latérales.

12. Boîte selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque pied réglable en hauteur comporte une pluralité d'éléments de butée aptes à venir en prise avec une pluralité d'éléments saillants aux angles avant inférieurs de la boîte.
13. Boîte selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le pied arrière s'étend transversalement sur toute l'étendue du bord inférieur de la paroi arrière de la boîte.
14. Boîte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle comprend une plaque de base en matière plastique rigide surmontée d'une garniture en matériau mousse, luimême recouvert d'un dessus en matière plastique souple.
La présente invention concerne une boîte pour matériel de pêcheur à la ligne, et elle sera décrite en référence à cet usage.
Diverses configurations ont été proposées pour cette boîte, mais celle généralement adoptée consiste en un panier d'osier tressé, dont la forme est définie par des lignes droites et qui comprend un fond, quatre côtés et un couvercle à charnières, couvercle qui sert aussi de siège. On a imaginé plus récemment de fabriquer une boîte de même forme en matière plastique.
La boîte selon l'invention comprend un plancher, des parois latérales, une paroi avant et une paroi arrière, tous ne formant qu'une seule pièce moulée en matière plastique rigide, avec un couvercle qui sert d'assise de siège, un dossier amovible et repliable, et elle est munie d'au moins un pied arrière placé ou apte à être placé à une plus grande distance de la paroi avant que le bord arrière du couvercle et/ou que la partie la plus en arrière du dossier lorsque celui-ci est dans sa position dressée.
La boîte selon l'invention présente d'autres caractéristiques de construction préférées. Le bord inférieur avant de la boîte peut être muni de pieds réglables en hauteur, au moins une des deux parois latérales peut être munie d'un support apte à recevoir le mât d'un parasol et la paroi arrière peut être munie d'un compartiment à filets, qui peut être amovible.
Dans une forme d'exécution la boîte présente des pieds avant réglables en hauteur permettant (dans les limites du réglage) d'amener le couvercle dans une position horizontale, par exemple sur une berge qui descend vers la rivière. Inversement, lorsque la berge est en pente vers la rivière, les pieds peuvent être construits de façon à être à la fois amovibles et réglables en hauteur, afin que le couvercle servant d'assise puisse aussi être amené dans un plan horizontal. Grâce à la caractéristique du support de parasol, le pêcheur peut toujours, même en terrain dur, planter le parasol de façon satisfaisante.
Le bord inférieur de la paroi arrière de la boîte peut être lui-même placé à une plus grande distance de la paroi avant que le bord arrière de l'assise du siège, pour donner à la boîte la stabilité nécessaire lorsqu'elle est utilisée comme siège avec le dossier en position, ou, comme variante, au moins un pied arrière peut être sur un cadre qui est articulé sur le corps de la boîte et peut être amené d'une position de repos, lorsque la boîte n'est pas utilisée comme siège, à une position de travail, dans laquelle le ou chaque pied arrière se trouve à une plus grande distance de la paroi avant que le bord arrière de l'assise, lorsque la boîte doit être utilisée comme siège.
Le dossier peut être constitué par deux montants, de préférence
tubulaires, fixés chacun à une extrémité respective d'une pièce
allongée de matière souple, par exemple de toile ou de matière plastique, la longueur de cette pièce correspondant à la largeur de la boite à matériel de pêche, les parois latérales de cette dernière étant munies de moyens formés sur elles et aptes à maintenir de façon amovible les montants dans la position voulue. Ainsi, il peut être prévu sur chaque paroi latérale un premier moyen constitué par un corps placé prés du bord inférieur de la paroi et qui présente un trou borgne qui reçoit l'extrémité inférieure d'un montant, et un second moyen, placé en arrière du premier et près du bord supérieur de la paroi et qui présente une rainure et une face de butée pour recevoir le même montant à peu près à la moitié de la longueur de celui-ci.
Les positions relatives des deux moyens sont choisies de façon qu'un montant en place soit incliné vers l'arrière et forme avec l'horizontale un angle d'environ 70 . La longueur des montants est choisie en tenant compte des dimensions intérieures de la boîte, de façon que, la pièce de matière flexible étant enroulée autour des montants, l'ensemble puisse être rangé dans la boîte, lorsqu'on n'en a pas besoin.
De préférence, le ou chaque support destiné à recevoir le mât d'un parasol est muni d'un trou circulaire qui traverse presque verticalement le support. Par exemple, I'axe du trou peut former un angle de 82,5 avec l'horizontale.
Chaque pied réglable en hauteur peut comporter une pluralité d'éléments de butée aptes à coopérer avec une pluralité d'éléments saillants disposés près des angles avant inférieurs de la boîte, de façon que, après introduction du pied suivie d'une rotation, celui-ci soit immobilisé dans une position choisie, tandis qu'un pied arrière peut s'étendre transversalement sur toute l'étendue du bord inférieur de la paroi arrière.
Le couvercle peut être articulé, de façon traditionnelle, sur le bord supérieur arrière de la boîte et il peut comporter une plaque de base en matière plastique rigide, surmontée d'une garniture en matériau mousse recouverte d'un dessus de matière plastique souple.
Celui-ci peut être muni de moyens de fixation pour immobiliser le couvercle en position de fermeture. Ces moyens peuvent être des pattes qui s'étendent vers le bas de chaque côté du couvercle et qui sont munies de boutons à pression.
Enfin, I'intérieur de la boîte peut être muni de cloisons moulées,
par exemple pour définir un compartiment pour une bouteille thermos en position verticale, quelles que soient les diverses positions prises par la boîte en cours d'utilisation. Du fait que cette dernière est en matière plastique, elle peut être utilisée par temps humide, voire être posée dans une rivière peu profonde, sans que son contenu cesse d'être sec.
De toute façon, l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé, représentant, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, deux formes d'exécution de cette boîte:

Comme le montrent les figures, la boîte selon l'invention, pour matériel de pêcheur à la ligne, comporte un corps de boîte 1, qui comprend un plancher ou fond 2, deux parois latérales verticales 3 et 4, une paroi arrière inclinée 5 et une paroi avant verticale 6, les éléments 2 à 6 étant en matière plastique rigide et formés au cours d'une même opération de moulage, de sorte que les parois 3 à 6 peuvent facilement supporter le poids d'un pêcheur.
La paroi arrière 5 est munie, sur son bord supérieur 7, d'une articulation 8, par laquelle un couvercle 9, utilisable comme assise de siège, est relié au corps de boîte 1 et peut être amené de la position de fermeture représentée aux fig. I à 4, dans laquelle il peut être utilisé comme assise, à une position d'ouverture, dans laquelle on peut avoir accès à l'intérieur de la boîte. Le couvercle 9 est immobilisé en position de fermeture par des pattes latérales 10 munies de boutons à pression 11 et, comme le montre la fig. 2, il est constitué par une plaque de base 12 surmontée d'une garniture de matériau mousse 13, lui-même recouvert d'un dessus de matière plastique souple 14.
Un dossier amovible 15 est constitué par une pièce de toile allongée 16, qui s'étend entre les extrémités supérieures de deux montants tubulaires 17. Chaque montant a son extrémité inférieure logée dans un trou borgne 19 d'une première partie en saillie venue de moulage sur la face externe de chaque paroi latérale 3, 4 et placée près du bord inférieur 20 de celle-ci. Une seconde partie en saillie 21 est prévue sur chaque paroi latérale, en arrière de la première partie en saillie 18 et près du bord supérieur 22 de ladite paroi, et elle présente une face de butée 23, pour recevoir une partie de la périphérie d'un montant 17, à peu près au milieu de la longueur de celui-ci, l'axe du trou 19 et la face 23 étant orientés de telle façon que le montant 17 est incliné vers l'arrière en formant un angle de 75 avec l'horizontale.
Prés du bord supérieur 22 de chaque paroi latérale 3,4, il est prévu une fente 24 pour le passage d'une bretelle de transport (non représentée). La longueur des montants 17 du dossier 15 est choisie de telle façon que, après avoir enlevé le dossier et enroulé la pièce de toile 16 autour des montants, on peut ranger l'ensemble à l'intérieur de la boîte.
Sur la face interne de chaque paroi latérale 3, 4 est moulé un support 25 muni d'un trou de section circulaire 26, dans lequel est enfoncé le mât (non représenté) d'un parasol, l'axe de ce trou formant un angle de 82,5 avec l'horizontale; il va de soi que ces supports 25 peuvent aussi être moulés sur la face externe des parois latérales.
A chacun des angles formés par le bord inférieur 27 de la paroi avant et celui des parois latérales il est prévu un logement 28 venu de moulage (fig. 5 et 6) pour un pied 29 réglable en hauteur, tandis qu'un pied arrière 30 s'étend transversalement sur toute l'étendue du bord arrière inférieur 31 du corps de boîte, à une distance plus grande de la paroi avant 6 que le bord supérieur de la paroi arrière 5, et, de ce fait, que le bord arrière du couvercle/assise 9, ce qui donne à la boîte la stabilité nécessaire lorsqu'elle est utilisée comme siège.
Chaque logement 28 présente une pluralité d'éléments saillants 32, aptes à venir sélectivement en prise avec des éléments de butée correspondants 33 de chaque pied 29, lequel est muni à son extrémité inférieure d'un patin 34, par lequel il repose sur le sol 35 (fig. 2), et peut être retiré complètement du logement 28, une position déployée du pied 29 étant représentée en trait mixte à la fig. 2. Le risque de perte des pieds réglables est éliminé si ceux-ci sont retirés de leurs logements 28 et rangés dans le corps de boîte 1.
La face externe de la paroi arrière 5 est munie d'un compartiment à filets 36. S'il est nécessaire que cette boîte 36 soit amovible, des moyens de fixation, par exemple des ouvertures ou des pattes (non représentées) sont prévues respectivement dans ou sur la paroi arrière 5. Si elle est amovible, la boîte à filets 36 doit avoir des dimensions qui permettent de la ranger à l'intérieur de la boîte 1. La boîte à filets est aussi en matière plastique moulée et est munie d'une cloison 37, qui définit un compartiment pour épuisettes 38 et un compartiment pour bourriches 39, la base 40 de la boîte 36 étant munie de fentes d'égouttage (non représentées).
Comme le montre la fig. 7, un des angles avant de la boîte I est muni de cloisons 41, 42 venues de moulage, qui définissent un compartiment 43 pour loger une bouteille isolante, par exemple.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée à la fig. 9, qui peut être utilisée comme panier de pique-nique et non exclusivement comme panier de pêcheur, le pied arrière 30 est porté par l'extrémité inférieure d'éléments 44 d'un cadre 45, chaque élément 44 étant articulé en 46 sur la boîte 1 et le cadre 45 étant apte à pivoter de la position de travail représentée en trait continu à une position de rangement ou de transport représentée en trait discontinu.

CLAIMS
1. The present invention relates to a box for angling equipment, and it will be described with reference to this use.
Various configurations have been proposed for this box, but the one generally adopted consists of a woven wicker basket, the shape of which is defined by straight lines and which comprises a bottom, four sides and a hinged cover, a cover which also serves as a seat. More recently, we have imagined making a box of the same shape out of plastic.
The box according to the invention comprises a floor, side walls, a front wall and a rear wall, all forming a single molded piece of rigid plastic material, with a cover which serves as a seat cushion, a removable backrest and foldable, and it is provided with at least one rear leg placed or adapted to be placed at a greater distance from the front wall than the rear edge of the cover and / or than the rearmost part of the backrest when the latter this is in its upright position.
The box according to the invention has other preferred construction characteristics. The lower front edge of the box can be provided with height-adjustable feet, at least one of the two side walls can be provided with a support capable of receiving the mast of an umbrella and the rear wall can be provided with a compartment with nets, which can be removable.
In one embodiment the box has front feet adjustable in height allowing (within the limits of the adjustment) to bring the cover in a horizontal position, for example on a bank which descends towards the river. Conversely, when the bank is sloping towards the river, the feet can be constructed so as to be both removable and adjustable in height, so that the cover serving as a seat can also be brought in a horizontal plane. Thanks to the characteristic of the parasol support, the fisherman can always, even in hard ground, plant the parasol satisfactorily.
The lower edge of the rear wall of the box can itself be placed at a greater distance from the front wall than the rear edge of the seat cushion, to give the box the necessary stability when used as seat with the backrest in position, or, as a variant, at least one rear leg can be on a frame which is articulated on the body of the box and can be brought from a rest position, when the box is not in use as a seat, in a working position, in which the or each rear leg is at a greater distance from the front wall than the rear edge of the seat, when the box is to be used as a seat.

elongated flexible material, for example canvas or plastic, the length of this piece corresponding to the width of the fishing gear box, the side walls of the latter being provided with means formed thereon and capable of holding so removable uprights in the desired position. Thus, there may be provided on each side wall a first means constituted by a body placed near the lower edge of the wall and which has a blind hole which receives the lower end of an upright, and a second means, placed behind from the first and near the upper edge of the wall and which has a groove and an abutment face to receive the same amount roughly half the length thereof.
The relative positions of the two means are chosen so that an upright is inclined backwards and forms an angle of approximately 70 with the horizontal. The length of the uprights is chosen taking into account the interior dimensions of the box, so that, the piece of flexible material being wrapped around the uprights, the assembly can be stored in the box, when it is not needed. .
Preferably, the or each support intended to receive the mast of a parasol is provided with a circular hole which passes almost vertically through the support. For example, the axis of the hole can form an angle of 82.5 with the horizontal.
Each height-adjustable foot can comprise a plurality of stop elements capable of cooperating with a plurality of projecting elements arranged near the lower front corners of the box, so that, after introduction of the foot followed by rotation, it it is immobilized in a chosen position, while a rear leg can extend transversely over the entire extent of the lower edge of the rear wall.
The cover can be articulated, in a traditional way, on the rear upper edge of the box and it can comprise a base plate of rigid plastic material, surmounted by a lining of foam material covered with a top of flexible plastic material.
The latter may be provided with fixing means for immobilizing the cover in the closed position. These means may be tabs which extend downwards on each side of the cover and which are fitted with press buttons.
Finally, the inside of the box can be fitted with molded partitions,
for example to define a compartment for a thermos bottle in vertical position, whatever the various positions taken by the box in use. Because the latter is made of plastic, it can be used in wet weather, or even be placed in a shallow river, without its content ceasing to be dry.
In any case, the invention will be clearly understood with the aid of the description which follows, with reference to the appended schematic drawing, representing, by way of nonlimiting examples, two embodiments of this box:

As shown in the figures, the box according to the invention, for angling equipment, comprises a box body 1, which comprises a floor or bottom 2, two vertical side walls 3 and 4, an inclined rear wall 5 and a vertical front wall 6, the elements 2 to 6 being made of rigid plastic and formed during the same molding operation, so that the walls 3 to 6 can easily support the weight of a fisherman.
The rear wall 5 is provided, on its upper edge 7, with a hinge 8, by which a cover 9, which can be used as a seat cushion, is connected to the box body 1 and can be brought from the closed position shown in FIGS. . I to 4, in which it can be used as a seat, in an open position, in which one can have access to the interior of the box. The cover 9 is immobilized in the closed position by lateral tabs 10 provided with press buttons 11 and, as shown in FIG. 2, it consists of a base plate 12 surmounted by a lining of foam material 13, itself covered with a top of flexible plastic material 14.
A removable backrest 15 is constituted by an elongated piece of canvas 16, which extends between the upper ends of two tubular uprights 17. Each upright has its lower end housed in a blind hole 19 of a first projecting part coming from molding on the outer face of each side wall 3, 4 and placed near the lower edge 20 thereof. A second projecting part 21 is provided on each side wall, behind the first projecting part 18 and close to the upper edge 22 of said wall, and it has an abutment face 23, to receive part of the periphery of an upright 17, approximately in the middle of the length thereof, the axis of the hole 19 and the face 23 being oriented so that the upright 17 is inclined backwards at an angle of 75 with l 'horizontal.
Near the upper edge 22 of each side wall 3,4, a slot 24 is provided for the passage of a transport strap (not shown). The length of the uprights 17 of the backrest 15 is chosen such that, after having removed the backrest and wrapped the piece of canvas 16 around the uprights, the assembly can be stored inside the box.
On the internal face of each side wall 3, 4 is molded a support 25 provided with a hole of circular section 26, in which is inserted the mast (not shown) of a parasol, the axis of this hole forming an angle 82.5 with the horizontal; it goes without saying that these supports 25 can also be molded on the external face of the side walls.
At each of the angles formed by the lower edge 27 of the front wall and that of the side walls there is provided a housing 28 molded (fig. 5 and 6) for a foot 29 adjustable in height, while a rear foot 30 extends transversely over the entire extent of the lower rear edge 31 of the box body, at a greater distance from the front wall 6 than the upper edge of the rear wall 5, and therefore the rear edge of the cover / seat 9, which gives the box the necessary stability when used as a seat.
Each housing 28 has a plurality of projecting elements 32, capable of coming selectively into engagement with corresponding abutment elements 33 of each foot 29, which is provided at its lower end with a shoe 34, by which it rests on the ground 35 (fig. 2), and can be completely withdrawn from the housing 28, a deployed position of the foot 29 being shown in phantom in FIG. 2. The risk of losing the adjustable feet is eliminated if they are removed from their housings 28 and stored in the box body 1.
The external face of the rear wall 5 is provided with a thread compartment 36. If it is necessary for this box 36 to be removable, fixing means, for example openings or tabs (not shown) are provided respectively in or on the rear wall 5. If it is removable, the net box 36 must have dimensions which allow it to be stored inside the box 1. The net box is also made of molded plastic and is provided with a partition 37, which defines a compartment for dip nets 38 and a compartment for trash cans 39, the base 40 of the box 36 being provided with drip slots (not shown).
As shown in fig. 7, one of the front corners of the box I is provided with partitions 41, 42 which have been molded, which define a compartment 43 for housing an insulating bottle, for example.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, which can be used as a picnic basket and not exclusively as a fisherman's basket, the rear foot 30 is carried by the lower end of elements 44 of a frame 45, each element 44 being articulated at 46 on the box 1 and the frame 45 being able to pivot from the working position shown in solid lines to a storage or transport position shown in broken lines.
