REVENDICATIONS
Les fig. 1,2 et 3 sont des vues en élévation de face des trois types d'éléments;
les fig. 4, 5 et 6 sont des vues en coupe horizontale de ces différents éléments;
la fig. 7 est une vue en perspective d'un stand d'exposition réalisé au moyen de cet ensemble;
les fig. 8, 9 et 10 sont des vues en élévation de face et de profil, et en plan de ce stand;

CLAIMS
1. Set of elements for making light and removable constructions, characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, profiled elements (20,21,22) each constituted by a central part (23) extending in a plane and by two wings (24) each forming with said part (23) an angle of 135 ", said elements (20, 21,22) being of the same width and at least two different heights, and, on the other part, assembly means (25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) intended to removably fix these elements (20, 21, 22) to each other by their superimposed wings (24).
2. Assembly according to claim I, characterized in that said assembly means are constituted by screws (27) and nuts (28) with plate.
3. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that said assembly means comprise sets of screws and nuts (29, 30, 31) making it possible to assemble in two stages the wings (24) superimposed on four elements (20,21,22).
4. An assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the central parts (23) of certain elements (20, 21, 22) have an opening.
5. A method of manufacturing a set of elements (20, 21, 22) according to claim 1, characterized in that one starts from a profile corresponding to that of said elements (20,21,22), then delivers it in sections of length equal to the heights of the various elements.
Building systems are known comprising, on the one hand, a series of elements intended to be assembled to form a load-bearing infrastructure and, on the other hand, a series of panels intended to be mounted on this infrastructure to form walls, partitions, ceilings, etc.
These systems are mainly used to make temporary constructions such as exhibition stands. Unfortunately, they have many drawbacks, in particular they are heavy, bulky, not very rational to store, awkward to transport, require several people to assemble and disassemble, are relatively expensive, etc.
The subject of the present invention is a set of elements for making light and removable constructions which do not have the known drawbacks.
This assembly is characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, profiled elements each constituted by a central part extending in a plane and by two wings each forming with said part an angle of 13Se, said elements all being of the same width and at least two different heights, and, on the other hand, assembly means intended to removably fix these elements to each other by their superimposed wings.
The main advantages of this set are:
1) the elements are self-supporting, that is to say that they do not involve any infrastructure,
2) the elements which have identical profiles can be manufactured using a single mold or jig,
3) the elements can be stacked without wasted space, which makes it possible to store and transport them in a small volume,
4) the assembly and disassembly of the light constructions which it makes possible requires only a minimum of people, in most cases only one person.
The attached drawing shows, schematically and by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention comprising three types of elements.
Figs. 1,2 and 3 are front elevation views of the three types of elements;
fig. 4, 5 and 6 are views in horizontal section of these various elements;
fig. 7 is a perspective view of an exhibition stand produced by means of this assembly;
fig. 8, 9 and 10 are front elevation and side views, and in plan view of this stand;
fig. 11 to 15 are sectional views of the assembly means.
The assembly represented comprises elements 20, 21 and 22 each constituted by a flat central part 23 and by two wings 24 forming angles of 135 with the central part 23. These elements, which have identical transverse profiles and which are essentially distinguished by their height, are intended to be assembled to form walls, partitions, ceilings, etc. The assembly is carried out by superimposing the wings 24 of the elements placed in the positions required by the construction planes - that is to say dfre aligned or so as to form a right angle - and fixing them by means which will be described in detail later.
The elements 20 are mainly intended to form walls or partitions and are alternately inverted, the elements 22 of the ceilings open or, combined with the elements 21, counters, podiums, display cases, tables, etc.
The wings 24 of these elements 20 have, at their upper and lower ends, a hole 25 for the passage of the assembly elements; the elements 22 have two additional holes 26 located on either side of the holes 25. (About 50% of the elements 22 have holes 25 of larger diameter than the holes 25.) The stand shown in FIGS. 7 to 10 consists of two perpendicular walls formed respectively by four and two elements 20 and a ceiling formed by elements 22. The elements 21 are intended to be used, in combination with elements 22, for tables not shown produced in the same way as the walls and the ceiling. Fig. 8 shows that the superimposed wings can be 2.3 or 4 in number.
The elements 20 are removably fixed to each other and to the adjacent elements 22 by screws and nuts with plates 27 and 28 (fig. II to 13). The screws 27, which are engaged in the holes 25, have threaded rods of lengths corresponding to the total thickness of two, three or four elements.
The elements 22 are fixed to each other either by the screws and nuts shown in FIGS. 1 I to 13, either by special assembly means formed (fig. 14 and 15) by screw-nuts 30 and 31 which serve to first assemble the two internal wings (the corresponding elements 22 are chosen with holes 25 normal), by ceiling screws 29, with short threaded rod, which allow, in a second step, to assemble the two outer wings (the corresponding elements have holes 25 'in which the heads of the screws 30 and 31), and by pins 32 which ensure the alignment of the elements in a horizontal plane and the rigidity of the ceiling and which pass through the holes 26.
These assembly means allow a single person to assemble, element by element, without any difficulty and in a few hours, a stand of several tens of square meters comprising walls, partitions, a ceiling, tables and counters.
The elements 20, 21 and 22 can be made of light material such as plastic, chipboard, metal alloys, optionally composed of several layers so as to form a sandwich structure. They can be produced in a particularly rational way from a pressed, molded, extruded profile, etc., cut into sections of lengths corresponding to the different heights of the elements.
The invention is obviously not limited to the embodiment shown and described. In particular, the profile of elements 20, 21 and 22 could be different. For example, the central parts 23 could have ribs, folds, reinforcing parts, openings, etc.
