If R represents an optionally substituted alkyl radical, it is preferably unsubstituted and straight-chain or branched; as such it mainly stands for methyl, ethyl or n-propyl, advantageously for methyl.
When R1 and R2 each independently represent an optionally substituted alkyl radical. they are preferably unsubstituted as such and are advantageously methyl or ethyl, in particular methyl.
If R3 represents an optionally substituted alkyl radical, it is advantageously unsubstituted as such and contains mainly 1 to 3 carbon atoms, advantageously it is methyl, ethyl or n-propyl; as a substituted alkyl radical it is preferably fpr - (CH2) 3-OCH3.
When R4 is halogen, this radical is mainly chlorine or bromine, but especially chlorine.
If R5 is an optionally substituted alkyl radical, it is advantageously unsubstituted as such and preferably contains 1 to 18 carbon atoms.
R8 represents an optionally substituted straight-chain or branched alkyl radical and is advantageously unsubstituted and straight-chain or branched and preferably contains 5 to 18 C atoms.
The coupling can be carried out according to methods known per se. It is advantageous to couple in aqueous, acidic or neutral or alkaline medium at temperatures from -10 ° C. to about room temperature, if appropriate in the presence of a coupling accelerator such as pyridine, urea, etc. The coupling can also be carried out in a mixture of solvents such as, for. B. Perform water and solvents.
The compounds of formula III are largely known or can be prepared by known methods, for. 13. According to the method specified in German Offenlegungsschrift 2,054,697. The amines of the formula II are also known.
Anion As is understood to mean both organic and inorganic ions, such as. 13. Halogen, such as chloride, bromide, sulfate, bisulfate, methyl sulfate, aminosulfonate, perchlorate, benzenesulfonate, oxalate, maleinate, acetate, propionate, lactate, succinate, tartrate , Malate, methanesulfonate or benzoate ions or complex anions such as that of double chlorine zinc; also the anions of the following acids: boric acid, citric acid, glycolic acid, diglycolic acid or adipic acid.
In the cationic compounds of the formulas, the anion can be exchanged for other anions, e.g. B. with the help of an ion exchanger or by reaction with salts or acids, optionally in several stages, e.g. 13. via the hydoxide or via the bicarbonate or according to German Offenlegungsschriften 2 001 748 or 2 001 816.
The new compounds can be converted into coloring preparations. The processing, e.g. Bin stable, liquid or solid coloring preparations, can be done in a generally known manner, e.g. 13. by grinding or granulating or then by dissolving in suitable solvents, optionally with the addition of an auxiliary, for. 13. a stabilizer or solubilizer such as urea. Such preparations can be obtained, for example, according to the information in French patents 1 572 030 and 1 581 900 or in accordance with German Offenlegungsschriften 2 001 748 and 2 001 816.
The new compounds are used for dyeing or printing fibers, threads or textiles made therefrom, which are made from homo- or copolymers of acyl nitrile or as.
Dicyanäthylens exist or contain such.
It is also possible to dye or print synthetic polyamides or synthetic polyesters modified by acidic groups. Such polyamides are known for example from Belgian patent 706 104. Corresponding polyesters are known from US Pat. No. 3,379,723.
Textile material is dyed particularly advantageously in an aqueous, neutral or acidic medium at temperatures from 60 ° C. to boiling temperature or at temperatures above 100 ° C. under pressure.
You can dye the textile material with the compounds of the formula tummy in organic solvents, e.g. 13. according to the information in German Offenlegungsschrift 2,437,549.
Good lightfastness and good combinability with other basic dyes are obtained on the substrates mentioned above. The dyes obtained according to the invention have the advantage of a low combination index. Also good is the drawing power, the fastness to washing, welding, sublimation, pleating, decoration, ironing, water, seawater, dry cleaning, over-dyeing and solvents. The dyes are resistant to hydrolysis and have good solubility in water and give strong, level colorations.
The compounds are also used to dye synthetic materials, leather and paper.
In the following examples, parts are parts by weight and percentages are percentages by weight; the temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.
