The same dye is also obtained by hydrochloric acid, aqueous diazotization of 4-chloroacetylaniline and coupling to 1-ethyl-2-keto-3-cyan-4-methyl-6-hydroxy-1,2-dihydropyridine and the dye thus obtained with Dioctylmethylamine in a solvent. such as B. chlorobenzene quaternized.
Staining instructions A
20 parts of the dye described in Example 1 and 80 parts of dextrin are ground in a powder mill for 4 hours. The same dye mixture can also be obtained by pasting in 100 parts of water and then spray drying. 1 part of the preparation thus obtained is pasted with 1 part of 400% acetic acid, the slurry is poured with 200 parts of demineralized water and briefly boiled. It is diluted with 7000 parts of demineralized water, 2 parts of glacial acetic acid are added and at 60 parts with 100 parts of polyacrylonitrile fabric are added to the bath. The material can be pretreated at 60 in a bath consisting of 8000 parts water and 2 parts glacial acetic acid for 10-15 minutes.
The mixture is heated to 98-100 within 30 minutes, boiled for 1 V2 hours and rinsed. A yellow color is obtained with good light fastness and good wet fastness properties.
10 parts of the dye mentioned in Example 1 can also be dissolved in 60 parts of glacial acetic acid and 30 parts of water. A stable concentrated solution of the dye is obtained with a dye content of about 10%, which can be used for dyeing polyacrylonitrile in accordance with the above dyeing instructions.
Dyeing instructions B
20 parts of the dye from Example 1 are mixed with 80 parts of dextrin in a ball mill for 48 hours; 1 part of the preparation obtained in this way is pasted with 1 part of 40% acetic acid, the slurry is poured with 200 parts of demineralized water and briefly boiled. This stock solution is used for dyeing as follows: a) Dilute with 7000 parts of demineralized water, add 21 parts of calcined sodium sulfate, 14 parts of ammonium sulfate, 14 parts of formic acid and 15 parts of a carrier based on reaction products of ethylene oxide with dichlorophenols and go to 60 into the bath with 100 parts of polyester fabric modified by acidic groups.
The material can be pretreated for 10-15 minutes at 60 in a bath consisting of 8000 parts water and 2 parts glacial acetic acid. The mixture is heated to 98-100 within 30 minutes, boiled for one hour and rinsed. A level yellow color with good wet fastness properties is obtained.
b) It is diluted with 3000 parts of demineralized water, 18 parts of calcined sodium sulfate and 6 parts of ammonium sulfate and formic acid are added, and 60 is mixed with 100 parts of polyester fabric which has been modified by acidic groups. The mixture is heated to 110 in a closed vessel within 45 minutes, maintained at this temperature with shaking for 1 hour, then cooled to 60 within 25 minutes and the material to be washed is rinsed. A level yellow color with good wet fastness properties is obtained.
c) The procedure is the same as in b), but the closed vessel is heated to 1200 for 1 hour.
Staining instructions C
20 parts of the dye from Example 1 are mixed with 80 parts of dextrin in a ball mill for 48 hours. 1 part of the preparation obtained in this way is pasted with 1 part of 40% acetic acid, the slurry is poured with 200 parts of demineralized water and briefly boiled. This solution is added to the dye liquor prepared below.
The solution is diluted with 700 parts of demineralized water, 21 parts of calcined sodium sulfate, 14 parts of ammonium sulfate, 14 parts of formic acid and 15 parts of a carrier based on reaction products of ethylene oxide with dichlorophenols are added, and the liquor is buffered to pH using an acidic buffer solution. Value decreases from 6, and in 25 with 100 parts of polyamide fabric, which is modified by anionic groups, enters the bath with a liquor ratio of 1:80. The bath is heated to 98 within 45 minutes, boiled for one hour and rinsed under running water from 70-80 and then under cold water.
The fabric can be centrifuged to dry and then ironed. A yellow color with good fastness properties is obtained.
