Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II der Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 eine Ansicht der Folie in Richtung des Pfeiles A nach Fig. 2,

The invention relates to a sealing membrane for protecting underground spaces in tunnel and underground mining against the ingress of water, which is applied between the exposed rock face or a security layer applied to the rock face and a base layer, with a layer formed from a plastic fleece and attached to the rock face or the security layer Adhesive layer and a sealing film attached to it.
Such a sealing membrane is often introduced at the points where water is clogged or where water clogging must be expected. The task of the foil is to divert the water, whereby it is usually sufficient if the water sitting on the roof and the joints is diverted onto the sole and there into the water side that is usually carried along. For this purpose, it is necessary to secure the mostly thin and plastic film against being locally destroyed by pressing water or as a result of rock movements, which would cause the expansion to leak.
It is already known to apply a protective layer in the form of Betron to the rock face, for example to spray it on. The foil is applied to this concrete layer before the actual base layer, which is supposed to generate the resistance to expansion, is introduced. This base layer usually also consists of concrete, whereby the concrete spraying process can also be used here.
However, such an expansion is not free from disadvantages.
In particular, the introduction of the film is technically difficult and, once the expansion is complete, it is not suitable for withstanding stretching or straining. Most foils, especially if they are made of polyethylene, are generally not able to withstand such stresses due to the lack of elasticity of this material. The water department is also difficult. The application of the protective layer in the form of shotcrete is also relatively expensive when you consider that to achieve the purpose it is only important to attach the film to the rock and only the base layer has the task of generating the resistance to expansion.
The invention is based on the object of simplifying the expansion and making it more suitable for the loads that occur, in particular due to pressing water and / or rock movements.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a sealing membrane described in the claims.
The invention also relates to the use of the sealing membrane for producing an extension.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown schematically; show it:
1 shows a cross-section through an approximately arch-shaped stretch built with shotcrete,
Fig. 2 shows a section along the line II-II of Fig. 1,
3 shows a view of the film in the direction of arrow A according to FIG. 2,
4 shows a route or tunnel extension with a pressure water retaining seal according to the invention, and
5 shows a route or tunnel extension with a seepage water seal according to the invention.
In the mountain range 1 represented by rough hatching, a section 2 with an approximately arcuate cross section is driven. The exposed rock face 3 receives an adhesive layer 4, the details of which can be seen from FIG.
The adhesive layer 4 then consists of a fiber fleece, the individual fibers of which are indicated schematically at 5. The fiber fleece is fastened to the exposed joint 3 of the mountain with the aid of nails 16 with heads 17.
A sealing film 20 made of plastic follows the adhesive layer 4. This film bears a flocculation of individual fibers 23 on its side facing the rock face 3 and generally designated 21. The fibers are consequently firmly connected to the material of the film 20. They consist of a material which can be point-welded to the material of the adhesive layer 4 by applying heat through the film 20.
According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, knobs 25 are formed on the side labeled 21 of the film 20 at regular intervals above and below one another, which according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 have a rectangular plan. The spot welds are located in the area of the surfaces 26, so that continuous spaces 28 are formed between the depressions 27 lying next to the knobs and the rock face 3 or the inside of the adhesive layer 4. These spaces serve to drain the water from the ridge area designated 30 via the joints 31 and 32 into a water channel provided at 33.
The actual expansion resistance is applied by a base layer 34 which, in the illustrated embodiment, consists of shotcrete. This layer 34 usually has reinforcement. However, it can also be panels, reinforced concrete segments or the like.
The supporting structure according to FIG. 4 consists of an inner pipe 111 made of in-situ concrete. Between this supporting structure and the mountains shown at 112 or the securing layer 113 applied to the mountains, which can consist of shotcrete, for example, is the seal described below: An adhesive layer 114 made of a plastic fleece is fastened to the security layer 113 at a certain number of points by means of shot or firing bolts and / or expansion dowels with screws. A sealing film 115 made of plastic is welded onto the outer layer formed by the plastic fleece at a large number of points. The foil forms the seepage water or
Sealing that retains pressurized water and at the same time serves as an adhesive layer for the subsequent inner layer 116, which in turn consists of a plastic fleece that is point-welded to the film 115.
The diagonal lines 117 and 118 in FIG. 4 serve to reproduce the roofs 129, the elms 120 and 121 and the sole 123.
In the expansion according to FIG. 5, drainage is provided at 134. In addition, the base 133 has a roadway drainage 135. The base carries a leveling layer 136 made of concrete, a so-called full-depth layer 137 and a concrete roadway 138.
