Abstract

The rubber pref. has a hardness as low as 50-60 Shore and pref. has a nitrile base. It is injected and vulcanised directly on to the holder.The brake block is cheaper to produce and the braking detail can be formed to the contour of the wheel rim, so that its braking efficiency is improved.
