Abstract

Insulating support for power rails is made of glass fibre-reinforced polyester resin, and has a foot part and a support arm formed as one piece, a saddle part being formed on the free end of the support arm. The saddle part has resilient elevations on its surface for engaging in the corresponding grooves in the body of a fastening hook. There is no occurrence of leakage currents. The support is easily produced and fixed to sleepers.
