Premix (Futterzusatz) Flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen: a) in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate:
Spritzpulver (wettable powders) Pasten, Emulsionen;
Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus, Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgries,
Beispielsweise kommen folgende Stoffe in Frage: Olein/
Kalk-Mischung, Cellulosederivate (Methylcellulose, Carboxy methylcellulose), Hydroxyäthylenglykoläther von Mono- und
Dialkylphenolen mit 5-15 Äthylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest, Ligninsulfonsäure, deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Polyäthylenglykoläther (Carbowachse), Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther mit 5-20 Äthylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-18 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Äthylenoxid, Propylenoxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte von Harnstoff/Formaldehyd sowie Latex Produkte.
In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoflkonzentrate, d. h.

In French Patent No. 1,458,939, similar compounds are described as herbicides; their possible insecticidal effect is pointed out there.
Compared to these active ingredients, the compounds of the formula I used according to the invention show a clear superiority in the fly test. The compounds of the formula I are suitable for combating insects. In contrast to the classic insecticides which, as contact or feeding poisons, kill or paralyze the insects in a few hours, the active ingredients of the formula I primarily influence the development of the laival.
The active ingredients of the formula I can be used primarily to combat the following hygiene pests:
Diptera Culicidae
Simuliidae
Tipulidae
Muscidae
Calliphoridae
According to the process, the compounds of the formula I can be used alone or together with suitable carriers and / or additives. Suitable carriers and additives can be solid or liquid and correspond to the substances customary in formulation technology such as. B. natural or regenerated substances, solvents and / or dispersants.
Insecticidal agents for use in the process according to the invention can be prepared in a manner known per se by intimately mixing and / or grinding active ingredients of the formula I with suitable carriers, optionally with the addition of dispersants or solvents which are inert towards the active ingredients.
The active ingredients of the formula I can be present and used in the following working-up forms: Solid working-up forms:
Dusts, grit, granules (coating granules, impregnation granules and homogeneous granules),
Premix (feed additive) Liquid processing forms: a) Active ingredient concentrates dispersible in water:
Wettable powders, pastes, emulsions;
Sprays b) solutions.
For the production of solid processing forms (dusts medium, grit), the active ingredients are mixed with solid carriers. As a carrier, for example
Kaolin, talc, bolus, loess, chalk, limestone, lime grit,
Ataclay, dolomite, diatomaceous earth, precipitated silicic acid, alkaline earth silicates, sodium and potassium aluminum silicates (field late and mica), calcium and magnesium sulfates, magnesium oxide, ground plastics, ground vegetable
Products such as grain flour, tree bark flour, wood flour,
Nut shell flour, cellulose powder, residues from plant extractions, activated charcoal, etc., each individually or as mixtures with one another.
Granules can be produced very easily by dissolving an active ingredient of the formula I in an organic solvent and transferring the resulting solution to a granulated one
Mineral, e.g. B. attapulgite, SiO2, granicalcium, bentonite, etc., applies and then the organic solvent evaporates again ver.
Polymer granules can also be produced by mixing the active ingredients of the formula I with polymerizable compounds (urea / formaldehyde; dicyandiamide / formaldehyde; melamine / formaldehyde or others), whereupon a gentle polymerization is carried out, which does not affect the active substances remain, and granulation is still carried out during gel formation. It is cheaper to use finished, porous polymer granules (urea / formaldehyde, polyacrylonitrile, polymer granules (urea / formaldehyde, polyacrylonitrile,
Polyester and others) with a certain surface and favorable pre-determinable adsorption / desorption ratio with the active ingredients z. B. to impregnate in the form of their solutions (in a low-boiling solvent) and remove the solvent.
Polymer granules of this type can also be used in the form of microgranules with bulk weights of preferably 300 g / liter to 600 g / liter
The help of atomizers can be applied. The atomization can be carried out over large areas of crops with the help of aircraft.
Granules are also made by compacting the carrier material with the active ingredients and additives and then
Chop available.
These mixtures can also be added to the active ingredient stabilizing additives and / or nonionic, anionic and cationic substances, such as the
Improve the adhesive strength of the active ingredients on plants and plant parts (adhesives and adhesives) and / or better
Ensure wettability (wetting agents) and dispersibility (dispersants).
For example, the following substances come into question: Olein /
Lime mixture, cellulose derivatives (methyl cellulose, carboxy methyl cellulose), hydroxyethylene glycol ethers from mono- and
Dialkylphenols with 5-15 ethylene oxide residues per molecule and 8-9 carbon atoms in the alkyl residue, lignin sulfonic acid, its alkali and alkaline earth salts, polyethylene glycol ethers (carbowaxes), fatty alcohol polyglycol ethers with 5-20 ethylene oxide residues per molecule and 8-18 carbon atoms in the fatty alcohol part, ethylene oxide condensation products , Polyvinylpyrrolidones, polyvinyl alcohols, condensation products of urea / formaldehyde and latex products.
Active ingredient concentrates dispersible in water, d. H.
Wettable powders, pastes and emulsion concentrates are agents that can be diluted with water to any desired concentration. They consist of active ingredient, carrier, optionally additives stabilizing the active ingredient, surface-active substances and anti-foaming agents and optionally solvents. The wettable powders and pastes are obtained by mixing and grinding the active ingredients with dispersants and powdery carriers in suitable devices until homogeneous. Suitable carriers are, for example, those mentioned above for the solid work-up forms. In some cases it is advantageous to use mixtures of different carriers.
The following can be used as dispersants, for example: condensation products of sulfonated naphthalene and sulfonated naphthalene derivatives with formaldehyde, condensation products of naphthalene or naphthalene sulfonic acids with phenol and formaldehyde, as well as alkali, ammonium and alkaline earth salts of ligninsulfonic acid, further alkylarylsulfonates, alkali metal and alkaline earth metal salts. Fatty alcohol sulfates, such as salts of sulfated hexadecanols, heptadecanols, octadecanols and salts of sulfated fatty alcohol glycol ethers, the sodium salt of oleyl methyl tauride, ditertiary ethylene glycols, dialkyldilaurylammonium chloride and fatty acid alkali and alkaline earth salts.
Silicone oils, for example, can be used as antifoam agents. The active ingredients can be mixed, ground, sieved and passed through with the additives listed above in such a way that the solid content of wettable powders does not exceed a particle size of 0.02 to 0.04 and of pastes 0.03 mm. For the preparation of emulsion concentrates and pastes, dispersants such as those listed in the previous sections, organic solvents and water can be used. Suitable solvents are, for example, alcohols, dimethyl sulfoxide and mineral oil fractions boiling in the range from 120 to 350 ° C. The solvents should be practically odorless and inert towards the active ingredients.
Furthermore, the compounds of the formula I can be used according to the invention as agents in the form of solutions.
To this end, the active ingredient or several active ingredients of the formula I, preferably suitable organic solvents or solvent mixtures, are mixed in. Aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, their chlorinated derivatives, alkylnaphthalenes, mineral oils, alone or as a mixture with one another, can be used as organic solvents.
The active ingredients of the formula I can be formulated as follows, for example:

Premix (feed additive):
0.25 parts of active ingredient and
4.75 parts of secondary calcium phosphate, or kaolin,
Aerosil or carbonate of lime are used with
95 parts of a feed such as B. Rabbit food mixed homogeneously.
Spray:
The following ingredients are used to make a 2% spray:
2 parts of active ingredient
1 part diazinon
97 parts of kerosene.
Other biocidal active ingredients or agents can be mixed with the agents described. Thus, in addition to the compounds of general formula I mentioned, the new agents can contain, for example, insecticides to broaden the spectrum of activity.
The agents, or the active ingredients of the formula I contained therein, therefore exert their development-inhibiting effect primarily on larvae or pupae of insects, preferably of the order Diptera.
Example test substances:
Active ingredients of the formulas formulated as acetone solutions test animal:
Musca domestica concentration: 0.05% active ingredient Test method:
50 g of CSMA maggot substrate are weighed into beakers. A 1% acetone solution is pipetted onto 50 g of substrate twice per active substance (AS). After the treated substrate has been thoroughly mixed, the solvent is allowed to evaporate. 2 x 25 one-day maggots from Musca dome stica are then used for each active ingredient. After 5 days the pupae are flushed out and after 10 days their hatching rate is determined; in this way a possible influence on the metamorphosis is established.
The compounds of the formula I show a good inhibitory effect in this test.
