Beispiel a) Herstellung des Pigmentpräparats der Formel (I)

**WARNUNG** Ende DESC Feld konnte Anfang CLMS uberlappen**.
It has been found that the compound of the formula
EMI1.1
has excellent pigment properties and is therefore excellently suited for spin dyeing of fiber-forming plastics, in the production of textile fibers or threads. In particular, it is suitable for dyeing polyacrylic nitrile and polyacrylonitrile copolymers, viscose, cellulose 2 1/2 acetate and cellulose triacetate, but also for dyeing polypropylene.
The dyeings obtained are exceptionally lightfast as well as excellent wash and steam pleating; Resistant to dyeing, bleaching and dry cleaning
The pigment of the formula (I) is prepared, for. B.
by condensation of equimolar amounts of 1-chloro-4-nitroacridone with l-aminoanthraquinone or l-amino-4-nitroacri- con and 1-chloroanthraquinone at temperatures between 1200 and 240 "C, preferably between 1600 and 210" C, in the presence of a basic condensing agent, e.g. B. sodium or potassium carbonate, in an inert organic solvent, e.g. B. xylene (mixture) or nitrobenzene, preferably at the boiling point of the solvent. The condensation product formed is obtained in pure form by filtering, washing out the salt and drying.
The pigment is pretreated in a generally known manner, e.g. B. by sand grinding with an organic liquid, which is used as a solvent for the plastic to be colored, and a small amount of the dissolved plastic. In general, the particles are ground until their mean diameter is below 1 SL. The separation of the pigment dispersion from the grinding aids (e.g. sand or siliquarzite beads) is usually done by filtration. The dispersion produced in this way is thoroughly stirred in the solution of the plastic and spun into fibers or threads in the usual way, which can then be further processed into yarns and / or textile fabrics.
In the following example, parts are parts by weight and percentages are percentages by weight. The temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.
Example a) Production of the pigment preparation of the formula (I)
5.5 parts of 1-chloro-4-nitroacridone, 4.5 parts of l-aminoanthraquinone and 3.6 parts of potassium carbonate are heated in 40 parts of nitrobenzene to 200 for 20 minutes with stirring. After cooling, the orange-colored, crystalline reaction product is filtered, washed with ethyl alcohol, suspended in water, boiled for 30 minutes, filtered hot, washed with hot water, dried, treated for 2 hours with stirring in 40 parts of dimethylformamide at 150, filtered, with a little dimethylformamide , then washed with ethanol and dried again.
b) Preparation of the pigment dispersion
2 parts of the pigment obtained according to a) are ground with 2 parts of polyacrylonitrile in powder form, 35 parts of dimethylformamide and 35 parts of siliquarzite beads (diameter 1 mm) at room temperature until the mean diameter of the pigment particles is below 1 t. The dispersion obtained is filtered off from the siliquarzite beads and the latter is washed out with 150 parts of dimethylformamide.
c) Production of the spinning mass
198 parts of polyacrylonitrile powder are dissolved in 550 parts of dimethylformamide in a conventional spinning apparatus at 50 under a nitrogen atmosphere and with good stirring over the course of 30 minutes, after which the dispersion prepared according to b) is stirred in and the vessel is rinsed with 65 parts of dimethylformamide.
d) Production of the colored fibers
The spinning mass produced according to c) is pressed through the spinneret into a spinning bath made of 50:50 parts of water / dimethylformamide. The first godet pulls the fibers into a second spinning bath at a speed of 4 meters per minute, water at 95, the second godet pulls the Fibers at 18 meters per minute in a third spinning bath, water in which 5/0 of a cationic fatty acid condensation product are dissolved, a third godet pulls the fibers out of this bath at 27 meters per minute, whereupon the fibers at 1800, with a feed rate of 24 Meters per minute are dry-rolled.
The fibers produced in this way can then be further processed into flat textile structures in the usual way.
The orange colored fiber material has the aforementioned fastness properties.
