Die Erfindung betrifft eine mit einem Haltefaden versehene Portionspackung, insbesondere für Tee, aus aufgussfähigem Folienmaterial, und bezweckt, eine mit einfachen Mitteln maschinell herstellbare Packung zu schaffen. Insbesondere soll durch die Vermeidung der Verwendung von Heftklammern die Herstellung vereinfacht und beschleunigt und zugleich die durch Metallteile bedingten nachteiligen Auswirkungen vermieden werden.
Die Portionspackung nach der Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Packung aus zwei an einer gemeinsamen
Quernaht zusammenhängenden, durch Faltung dieser Quernaht zur Deckung gebrachten Beuteln besteht, welche mindestens in Deckung gebrachten Beuteln besteht, welche mindestens in einer freien Randzone miteinander verschweisst, gerändelt oder verklebt sind, und dass der Haltefaden zwischen den beiden Beuteln angeordnet ist, wobei die Enden desselben mit dem Beutelmaterial verbunden sind.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Portionspackung dargestellt. Es ist:

In Fig. 1 sind zwei Beutel 1 und 1' gezeigt, die aus einem Schlauch aus aufgussfähigem Folienmaterial, insbesondere Filterpapier, gebildet worden sind. Die Beutel 1 und 1' hängen über eine Quernaht 2 miteinander zusammen, die an ihrer Mitte mit einem Einschnitt 3 versehen ist. Zwei freie Quernähte 4 und 4' sind nach dem Füllen der Beutelkammern 5 und 5' mit je der Hälfte einer Portion Tee hergestellt worden. Die Beutelkammern 5 und 5' sind seitlich durch bei der Bildung des Schlauches hergestellte Längsnähte 6 abgeschlossen. Die freie Quernaht 4 weist einen durch Abreisslinien 7 abgegrenzten, rechteckigen Fadenhaltestreifen 8 auf, an welchen ein Ende 9 eines Haltefadens 10 angeschweisst oder angeklebt ist. Das andere Ende 11 des Haltefadens 10 ist an einem nicht abreissbaren Teil der Quernaht 4 angeschweisst.
Die freie Quernaht 4' des Beutels 1' ist zur Quernaht 4 symmetrisch ausgebildet, wie bei 7', 8' dargestellt ist.
Die fertige Portionspackung nach Fig. 2 und 3 entsteht aus der Konfiguration nach Fig. 1 dadurch, dass man unter Faltung der gemeinsamen Quernaht 2 die beiden Beutel 1 und 1' aufeinanderlegt, worauf die freien Quernähte 4 und 4' beim Anschweissen der Enden 9, 11 des Haltefadens 10 miteinander verbunden werden. Der Haltefaden 10 liegt zwischen den beiden Beuteln 1 und 1', so dass er beim Herausnehmen der Packung aus einer Schachtel nirgends hängenbleiben kann.
Irgendwelche Heftklammern sind nicht nötig. Zur Benützung der Packung reisst man die bei 9 zusammenhängenden Fadenhaltestreifen 8, 8' ab, wie bei 81 gezeigt ist; der Doppelfadenhaltestreifen hängt dann am Haltefaden 10, auf der Aussenseite eines Glases oder einer Tasse, in welcher die Packung ausgelaugt wird.
Der Haltefaden 10 besteht vorzugsweise aus thermoplastischem Material, insbesondere Polypropylen, weil sich dann die Verbindung mit dem Beutelmaterial durch Wärme- und Druckeinwirkung besonders einfach erzielen lässt. Zweckmässig kann die Quernaht 2 V-förmig gefaltet sein, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. Das Ende 13 der Schleife des Haltefadens 10 greift dann durch den Einschnitt 3 und wird durch denselben gehaltert.
In Fig. 4 und 5 ist eine Ausführungsform gezeigt, bei welcher eine Reiteretikette 14 über dem Doppelhaltestreifen 8 (= 8, 8') gefaltet und an demselben befestigt ist, z. B. durch Schweissen oder Kleben. Die Etikette, die in der Regel bedruckt ist, bleibt nach dem Abreissen des Doppelfadenhaltestreifens 8, an demselben haften.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 6 erstreckt sich der Doppelfadenhaltestreifen 81 über die ganze Breite der Portionspackung.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Mit einem Haltefaden versehene Portionspackung, insbesondere für Tee, aus aufgussfähigem Folienmaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packung aus zwei an einer gemeinsamen Quernaht (2) zusammenhängenden, durch Faltung dieser Quernaht zur Deckung gebrachten Beuteln (1, 1') besteht, welche mindestens in einer freien Randzone (4, 4') miteinander verschweisst, gerändelt oder verklebt sind. und dass der Haltefaden (10) zwischen den beiden Beuteln angeordnet ist, wobei die Enden desselben mit dem Beutelmaterial verbunden sind.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Portionspackung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Ende (9') des Haltefadens (10) zwischen einander gegenüberliegenden freien Nähten (4, 4') der beiden Beutel (1, 1') liegt und mit diesen Nähten verbunden ist.
2. Portionspackung nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der ein Fadenende (9) einschliessenden freien Nähte (4, 4') ein Doppelfadenhaltestreifen (8,) abreissbar abgegrenzt ist.
3. Portionspackung nach Unteranspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Doppelfadenhaltestreifen (81) eine Reiteretikette (14) befestigt ist.
4. Portionspackung nach den Unteransprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das andere Fadenende (11) zwischen demselben Nähtepaar (4, 4') wie das erste Fadenende (9), jedoch ausserhalb des abgegrenzten Doppelfadenhaltestreifens (81) angeordnet ist und mit mindestens einer der beiden Nähte (4, 4') verbunden ist.
5. Portionspackung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltefaden (10) aus einem thermoplastischen Material besteht, derart, dass die Verbindung mit dem Beutelmaterial sich durch Wärme- und Druckeinwirkung erzielen lässt.
6. Portionspackung nach Unteranspruch 5. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltefaden (10) aus Polypropylen besteht.
7. Portionspackung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gemainsame, die beiden Beutel (1, 1') verbindende Quernaht (2) V-förmig gefaltet ist.
8. Portionspackung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gemeinsame, die beiden Beutel (1, 1') verbindende Quernaht (2) in ihrem mittleren Teil einen Einschnitt (3) aufweist, welcher dem Ende (13) der zwischen den Beuteln (1, 1') gebildeten Schleife des Haltefadens (10) als Halterung dient.
9. Portionspackung nach Unteranspruch 2. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Doppelfadenhaltestreifen (8) sich über die volle Breite der Packung erstreckt.

In Fig. 1 two bags 1 and 1 'are shown, which have been formed from a tube of infusible film material, in particular filter paper. The bags 1 and 1 'are connected to one another via a transverse seam 2 which is provided with an incision 3 at its center. Two free transverse seams 4 and 4 'have been made after filling the bag chambers 5 and 5' with half a portion of tea each. The bag chambers 5 and 5 'are laterally closed by longitudinal seams 6 produced during the formation of the tube. The free transverse seam 4 has a rectangular thread holding strip 8 delimited by tear lines 7, to which one end 9 of a holding thread 10 is welded or glued. The other end 11 of the retaining thread 10 is welded to a part of the transverse seam 4 that cannot be torn off.
The free transverse seam 4 'of the bag 1' is designed symmetrically to the transverse seam 4, as shown at 7 ', 8'.
The finished portion pack according to FIGS. 2 and 3 results from the configuration according to FIG. 1 in that the two bags 1 and 1 'are placed on top of one another while folding the common transverse seam 2, whereupon the free transverse seams 4 and 4' are welded on the ends 9, 11 of the retaining thread 10 are connected to one another. The holding thread 10 lies between the two bags 1 and 1 'so that it cannot get stuck anywhere when the pack is removed from a box.
Any staples are not necessary. To use the pack, the thread holding strips 8, 8 'connected at 9 are torn off, as shown at 81; the double thread holding strip then hangs on the holding thread 10, on the outside of a glass or a cup in which the pack is leached.
The retaining thread 10 is preferably made of thermoplastic material, in particular polypropylene, because the connection to the bag material can then be achieved particularly easily by the action of heat and pressure. The transverse seam 2 can expediently be folded in a V-shape, as shown in FIG. The end 13 of the loop of the retaining thread 10 then engages through the incision 3 and is retained by the same.
In Fig. 4 and 5 an embodiment is shown in which a tab label 14 is folded over the double retaining strip 8 (= 8, 8 ') and attached to the same, e.g. B. by welding or gluing. The label, which is usually printed, remains after the double thread retaining strip 8 has been torn off, adhering to the same.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, the double thread retaining strip 81 extends over the entire width of the portion pack.
PATENT CLAIM
