New 3-hydrazino-6-pyrido 4, 3-c pyridazine-carboxylate esters of formula (I): (where R1 is lower alkenyl, phenylalkenyl or a phenyl, phenylalkyl or phenylalkenyl gp. monosubstd. in the ring by Cl, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; R2 is H or Me) and their acid-addn. salts are prepd. by reacting a cpd. of formula (II): (where X is Cl or Br) with R2NH-NH2.
