Fig. 2 einen als Quecksilberschalter ausgebildeten Fühler und
Fig. 3 eine Blockdarstellung der erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagenen Schaltungsanordnung.

**WARNUNG** Ende DESC Feld konnte Anfang CLMS uberlappen**.
The present invention is concerned with improvements to the wide processing machine described in the main patent.
In the main patent it is proposed to suspend a goods tree for introduction into a treatment chamber in such a freely cantilevered manner with a bearing point on a crane hook angled approximately in the middle above the goods tree that support-free introduction into the chamber is made possible by plugging it onto the free bearing point. The angling of the crane hook above the tree is selected in such a way that the suspension point of the hook itself is kept free of torque.
It has now been shown that the wrapped trees to be transported by the crane are mostly not exactly evenly, that is, are wound symmetrically, so that the suspension point is loaded by different torques in such a way that the horizontal position of the tree is not exactly maintained.
These deviations - depending on the direction in which they are present - cause difficulties when attaching the tree to the storage location in the chamber or when pulling it off the crane hook, so that operational disruptions are constantly to be expected or monitoring personnel have to be deployed.
The invention is based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages of the known, in particular ensuring that the desired floating position of the tree on the crane hook is automatically maintained under all circumstances.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in the wide processing machine according to claim and sub-claim 9 of the main patent in that a position sensor is provided on the crane hook to determine the floating position of the tree, that a motor-adjustable tare weight is also arranged on the crane hook, and that the Position sensor for activating the motor and proportional shifting of the taring weight with asymmetrical loading of the crane hook is functionally coupled to the motor.
The motor can be any drive device, such as an electric motor or a pneumatic device.
As a position sensor, for example, a switch can be provided which, preferably under the influence of gravity, in certain position states by activating the motor causes the tare weight to be shifted until the desired change in position of the tree is reached. The sensor is preferably constructed as a mercury switch in the manner of a spirit level, with contacts being provided at certain points which can each be short-circuited by the mercury.
The invention is explained in more detail below in an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawings. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a tree attached to the crane hook,
2 shows a sensor designed as a mercury switch and
3 shows a block diagram of the circuit arrangement proposed according to the invention.
According to FIG. 1, a tree 1 is fastened to crane hook 3 with a winding 2. The crane hook 3 is angled over the tree 1 in such a way that the suspension point 4 lies on the perpendicular fell through the center of gravity of the overall system, so that the suspension is normally free of torques. To compensate for torques which can be caused by inexact design of the roll 2, a taring weight 5 is provided, which can be moved horizontally by the motor 6 until the system is in equilibrium.
2 shows the mercury switch 7, which essentially consists of a liquid-tight housing 8 for accommodating the mercury filling 9 and contacts 10a, 10b and 11. As long as the switch 7 - as shown - is horizontal, the contacts 10a, 10b are in the area of an air bubble 12, so that there is no electrical connection between contact 11 and one of the contacts 10a or 10b.
Each tilting of the switch 7, however, evidently leads to a through-connection, with either the contact 10a or the contact 10b being connected to the contact 11 depending on the tilting direction.
The switch 7 is arranged directly on the crane hook 3 and is connected between a voltage source (not shown) and motor 6 according to the circuit diagram shown in FIG.
In operation, a slight tilting of the hook 3, for example in a clockwise direction, due to asymmetrical loading, causes the air bubble 12 to be shifted to the left. As a result, contact 11 is connected to contact 10b and voltage is applied to connection 6a of motor 6, which is provided for left-hand rotation of the motor. Since terminal 6c is already connected to the voltage source (not shown), when the switch 7 is switched through, motor 6 is activated immediately, which shifts the tare weight 5 on the guide rods 14a, 14b to the left via the threaded rod 13 until the overall system is in equilibrium is and as a result of the return of switch 7 in a horizontal position, the connection between contacts 10b and 11 is interrupted and motor 6 is deactivated.
Obviously, the functional sequence is identical when shifting due to the uneven formation of the roll 2 in the opposite direction, but a connection of contact 11 with contact 10a and accordingly clockwise rotation of motor 6 is made by connecting connection 6b, so that the tare weight 5 is moved in the opposite direction becomes.
