Breitbehandlungsmaschine

Fig. 5 zeigt eine als Kranhaken 13 ausgebildete Halteeinrichtung.
Wide treatment machine
The invention relates to a wide treatment machine for webs of fabric which are wound onto a perforated fabric tree for treatment by liquid or gaseous media and are exposed to the respective process while rotating in a treatment chamber.
Known machines generally have a holding and transport device for the tree of goods, which is moved into the treatment chamber together with the tree of goods and on which the tree of goods remains during the treatment.
The disadvantage of these machines lies primarily in the complex chamber construction, which usually has to have a hinged part to bring in the transport device, in the complex construction of the transport device, which is largely exposed to the chamber atmosphere, and in the fact that such a construction-related Chambers provided with a hinged part can in no way be made tight for higher pressures, so that the known principle for high pressure or vacuum treatment processes is unusable.
In addition, it is also known to move the tree of goods to the treatment chamber on trolleys and to push it into the treatment chamber by means of rollers on rails provided on the chamber wall; The disadvantage of such machines is to be seen above all in the complex, stability-oriented construction of the treatment chamber, which has to take on the entire weight of the tree. In addition, the tree of goods is not fixed in the storage location, but merely rests on the rails, so that only low operating speeds can be achieved.
The invention is based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages of the known, in particular of creating a wide treatment machine which can also be used for high pressure, solvent or vacuum treatment with significantly less overall design effort.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that a self-supporting machine frame is provided, on which the chamber is fastened, that on the machine frame two bearing points, each extending into the chamber from the outside, for receiving the tree at or
after it has been introduced into the chamber by the holding device and for the two-sided rotatable mounting of the same during the treatment, and that the drive device is fixedly arranged on the machine frame and is in engagement with the respectively introduced tree of goods at at least one bearing point.
By designing a machine frame that supports both the chamber and the goods tree, the construction of much lighter and simpler chambers is made possible in the most advantageous manner, as well as any exchange of chambers for special processes, provided that the chamber and machine frame are connected is designed accordingly releasable.
The introduction of the tree of goods into the chamber is significantly simplified if the holding device only engages on one side in a bearing point of the same. It is particularly advantageous if a bearing point of the machine frame and at least a part of the associated chamber wall can be folded away to bring the tree into the chamber, whereby a quick and safe introduction can be ensured in particular that a support device for holding the tree in the machine frame Period after the introduction, during the storage in a storage point until after detachment from the holding device, and before the folding back and engagement of the second storage point is provided.
A further reduction in the devices required for fabric treatment can be achieved if the holding device is a movable cart, the chassis of which extends under the goods tree carried by the cart and which has a base on one side with a support arm attached to it, on which the goods tree with a bearing = place can be attached, so that the winding of the web to be treated, the transport to the treatment chamber and the introduction into the chamber can be achieved with the same device. However, it should be emphasized that - in contrast to known carts that can be driven into the treatment chamber, after the goods tree has been brought into the chamber, the cart is available again, for example for the next winding process, which ensures the most economical use of the operating resources.
The introduction is particularly facilitated by the fact that the support arm and bearing points are arranged at the same height on the machine frame, and that the machine frame in the area under the chamber has such a floor clearance that for introducing the freely cantilevered tree into the open chamber the one protruding under the tree Part of the chassis can be pushed under the chamber or the machine frame.
A specially designed crane hook can also be provided as a holding device for transporting the tree.
The invention is explained in more detail below in an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawings. Show it:
1 shows a schematic representation of the wide processing machine according to the invention,
2 shows a side view of the holding device with the goods tree arranged thereon,
Fig. 3 wide treatment machine with holding device when introducing the tree,
4 shows the machine according to FIG. 1 with an exchanged treatment chamber and
5 shows the machine according to FIG. 1 with a holding device designed as a crane hook.
As shown, the wide treatment machine has an approximately U-shaped self-supporting machine frame 1, to which the chamber 2 is fastened in an exchangeable manner by means of brackets 3. Bearing points 4 arranged on the machine frame 1 engage in chamber 2 on both sides to receive the tree 5, the passage through chamber 2 being made liquid-tight. The outer surface of the tree 5 is perforated in order to enable the treatment of the lap 5a during rotation of the tree 5 and lap 5a by supplying liquid in the tree. Wall 2a of chamber 2 can be folded away together with assigned bearing point 4 (FIGS. 3 and 5) so that goods tree 5 can be brought in for treatment, with drive device 6 causing goods tree 5 to rotate via assigned bearing point 4.
FIG. 2 shows the holding device, designed as a carriage 8, which carries the goods tree 5 on one side with the support arm 9 attached to the base 10.
According to FIG. 3, the machine frame 1 is designed in such a way that when the goods tree 5 is introduced into chamber 2, the chassis 11 can be pushed under the latter until the goods tree 5 engages in storage location 4. In order to support the goods tree 5 after the carriage 8 has been released and withdrawn, support device 12 is provided, which takes up half the weight of the goods tree 5 until the wall 2a is closed and the associated bearing point 4 engages.
FIG. 4 shows the machine according to the invention with an exchanged chamber, a part of which can be opened up by means of a crane in order to bring in the tree 5.
5 shows a holding device designed as a crane hook 13. The crane hook 13 has a curved support 14 to which the support arm 9 is attached and whose suspension point is arranged above the tree in such a way that this suspension point is kept free of torques.
