The invention relates to a gas-heated system with circulating water as the heat transfer medium. Circulation hot water systems are known to be used as so-called hot water central heating systems for space heating with or without domestic water preparation. The known gas-heated systems of this type usually work with relatively poor efficiency because, in analogy to the oil-heated systems, they are operated at full power output in accordance with time-controlled intervals in the heat demand, ie. H. the fuel gas supply to the heating device is set to maximum output during the individual operating intervals that can be controlled in terms of their duration. This is particularly uneconomical when the gas heating device is used both for space heating and for domestic water heating.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided by providing a heating device designed for maximum output, the gas supply of which can be controlled according to the heat demand. Gaseous fuels are much easier to dose than liquid fuels, so that the heat generation can be precisely matched to the heat demand with relatively simple means. It is advisable to provide separate heat carrier circuits with separate heating devices that can be controlled separately with regard to their gas supply, each of which is assigned a lamellar heat exchanger through which the heat carrier flows.
An exemplary embodiment of the system according to the invention is shown schematically in the accompanying drawing.
In the drawing, 1 is a main gas line which ends in two branch lines 1 a and 1 b. A regulating valve 2a or 2b is built into the two branch lines la, 1b, and both branch lines lead to a separate gas burner 3a or 3b. Each of the gas burners 3a, 3b is assigned its own lamellae, heat exchanger 4a or 4b (expediently of the type of conventional car coolers).
At the outlet of the heat exchanger 4a, a flow line 5 is connected, which passes through an expansion tank 6 and at the other end opens into a coil 7, which is formed as a helix, and the expansion tank
6 encloses and in turn forms the jacket of a core pipe 8, which forms part of a circulation line 8, 8a for service water outside the pipe coil 7. The service water taps (not shown) and the fresh water supply line 10 opening into the circulation line are arranged so that the heating water flow in the jacket pipe 7 is opposite to the process water flow in the line 8 and thus in the core tube of the coil 7.
The part 8a of the service water line entering the pipe coil 7 forms the part of the service water circulation line which leads back from the service water taps; it contains a circulation pump 9; furthermore, downstream of this pump 9, a splash water supply line 10 is connected to the line part 8a.
At the outlet of the heat exchanger 4b a flow line 11 is connected to the not shown, the
Space heating serving radiators leads from which egg ne return line lin leads back to the heat exchanger 4b. A circulation pump can of course also be provided in the line system 11, 11a.
Thanks to the arrangement described, the domestic water heating part and the space heating part of the system are completely separated from each other. The gas supply to the two gas burners 3a, 3b controlling valves 2a, 2b allow the
The gas supply and thus the heating output of the burner must be continuously adapted to the sometimes quite different heat demand. In the example shown, the valve 2a is controlled by a temperature sensor 12 arranged in the line 8, while the valve 2b is controlled by a room thermostat 13a and an outside thermostat 13b. The temperature sensor 12 ensures that the burner 3a is always fed with enough gas that the domestic water present in the circulation line 8, 8a or, when the line 8 is tapped, the water available to the tap has the desired maximum temperature.
Thanks to the circulation of the service water, this is immediately available at the desired temperature when a tap that is far away from the burner is opened. Analogously, the regulation of the valve 2b assigned to the burner 3b ensures that the desired heating output of the space heating radiator is maintained. Both burners 3a and 3b therefore do not work with constant power during the operating intervals; so the hot water burner 3a z. B. work so that it is up to reaching a hot water temperature of z. B.
600 C receives the maximum gas supply, is fed progressively in the interval between 60 and 640 C with maximum to minimum gas supply (and vice versa) and is switched off when 650 C is reached.
The heat exchangers 4a, 4b suitably have brass tubes and copper fins, and their water tanks are suitably made of brass or steel; they are also advantageously tinned in a full bath.
