Mobile Wand, insbesondere Trennwand

Fig. 8 den Federkörper, in einer Seitenansicht.
Fig. 2).
Mobile wall, especially partition wall
The invention relates to a mobile wall, in particular a partition, with clamping devices for its elastic clamping.
Mobile partition walls for subdividing building spaces, which consist of a full wall panel, which can be composed of several wall components connected to one another, for example by tongue and groove, or of a glazed frame element, are already known.
By relocating such walls, the size of the sub-spaces delimited by them can be changed or, by removing them, the previously subdivided building space can be used as a correspondingly larger, single room, for example as an office or living space.
Combined metal-wood constructions of various systems for mobile partition walls with tensioning means for their elastic clamping have already become known, but these constructions have complicated metal profiles, such as metal hollow posts with tubular, essentially square profile, and / or horizontally running, especially profiled floor and ceiling connection rails, and these constructions are also fastened with tensioning screws or tension springs or even with complicated combinations of threaded spindles and coil springs, sometimes even with the use of wedge-shaped fittings, specially arranged leaf springs, etc., in such a way that the mobile Partition wall remaining parts of the building, namely the floors, show considerable damage.
Above all, however, these mobile partition walls are very complicated and expensive in their construction and therefore also quite expensive, with the further disadvantage that they can only be assembled by specialists, which in view of the high wages and travel expenses of the assembly groups, the total costs for the creation of the mobile partition wall is increased even further. Therefore, the known mobile partition walls are almost only used for office and industrial buildings, because they are generally much too expensive for residential construction.
But especially in residential construction, it would be particularly desirable to be able to change the room dimensions without excessive costs and without damaging the remaining parts of the building, i.e. to be able to adapt to the new living conditions, in the event of rescheduling with regard to the furnishings and / or changes in marital status, for example in the number of children. The more and more frequently used rational, wide-span ceiling constructions call for mobile lightweight walls that can be easily moved, increase the construction speed and reduce the construction weight.
Such mobile walls made of pure wood structures, which can be created by local wood processing companies without special training of the craftsmen, have not yet become known.
The purpose of the invention is to remedy the aforementioned disadvantages.
Accordingly, the invention is characterized in that each clamping device consists of a solid spring body, a clamping plate provided with a threaded through hole and a threaded clamping bolt that can be screwed into this.
A preferred embodiment of the wall can consist in that a pressure plate covering the spring body on the wall side is arranged between the spring body and a head part of the threaded clamping bolt protruding with its shaft into a recess in the wall.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a mobile partition according to the invention is shown schematically. Show it:
1 shows the lower part of a mobile partition with a clamping device arranged on the floor, before the wall is clamped, in an end view,
FIG. 2 shows the mobile partition wall of FIG. 1, after the wall has been braced, in a side view,
3 shows the clamping plate of the clamping device, in a plan view,
4 shows the clamping plate of FIG. 3 with the threaded clamping bolt and two fastening nails, in a side view,
5 the threaded clamping bolts, in a plan view,
6 shows the pressure plate of the clamping device, in a top view,
7 shows the pressure plate of FIG. 6, in a side view, and
8 the spring body, in a side view.
In Fig. 1, a mobile partition made of wood is denoted by W, its lower end face is denoted by W and the floor is denoted by B. The clamping device generally designated Sp consists essentially of a solid spring body 1 made of elastic plastic, for example neoprene, a metal clamping plate 2 provided with a central threaded through hole 2g, a threaded clamping bolt 3 with an octagonal screw head 3k that can be screwed vertically in this and one on the spring body 1, preferably glued to it by means of a contact adhesive, pressure plate 4 made of metal and having the same outline shape as that of the spring body 1.
The shank 3s of the threaded clamping bolt 3, which is provided with an external thread over its entire length with the exception of a thread groove provided on the screw head 3k, is let into a cylindrical recess Wa in the partition W designed as a blind hole.
The clamping plate 2 is fastened by means of two nails 5 to the lower end face W of the partition wall W, as shown in FIG. The spring body 1 together with its pressure plate 4 is only pushed in in Fig. 1 between the raised partition W, which is provided with the clamping plate 2 and threaded clamping bolt 3, i.e. the screw head 3k and the floor B, with a central projection 3v of the threaded clamping bolt 3 for fixing the latter has been introduced into a corresponding central through opening 4d of the pressure plate 4, so that here the mobile partition W is not yet elastically clamped between the floor B and the ceiling (not shown in FIG. 1).
Fig. 2 shows the wall W after its elastic clamping between the floor B and the ceiling. The threaded clamping bolt 3 has been screwed out of the clamping plate 2 so far downwards by means of a wrench attached to its screw head 3k that the partition W has been elastically clamped between the floor B and the ceiling with elastic compression of the spring body 1. The pressure plate 4 ensures that the clamping pressure is evenly distributed over the entire spring body 1.
In a corresponding manner, further tensioning devices Sp of the same type are arranged at intervals corresponding to the respective installation situation, for example every 60 cm, spaced apart from one another on the partition wall W and tensioned by screwing down the threaded clamping bolt 3, whereby the partition wall W between the floor B and the ceiling is evenly clamped elastically.
The choice of the mutual distance between adjacent clamping devices Sp depends on the weight and the construction of the mobile partition W.
In the case of heavy partition walls W, the clamping devices Sp are advantageously not arranged on the floor B, but at the top between the upper end face and the ceiling, but in a very similar manner to that in FIGS. The spring body 1 then rests against the ceiling surface, while the threaded clamping bolt 3 engages with its shaft 3s in a cylindrical recess arranged on the upper face of the wall W and is tensioned by screwing it up against the ceiling.
If the clamping devices Sp are arranged on the floor B, an elastic, preferably made of plastic, z. B. can between the upper end face of the wall W and the ceiling to increase the slip resistance. B. neoprene, existing tape may be provided. On the other hand, if the clamping devices Sp are arranged on the ceiling, then such a plastic band is provided at the bottom between the floor B and the lower end face W of the wall W.
Fig. 3 shows the rectangular clamping plate 2 with the central threaded through hole 2g and two through openings 2d for one fastening nail 5 each (see. Fig. 2). The clamping plate 2 consists of a metal, preferably steel, of higher strength and is as flat as possible, for example only about 3 mm thick. Despite this small thickness of the clamping plate 2, the thread of the threaded through hole 2g consisting of only a few, for example only two and a half threads, can be made so strong that it can easily absorb the stresses occurring when the wall W is clamped, plus the wall weight.
The screw head 3k of the threaded clamping bolt 3 is also relatively flat, for example only 5 mm high. By means of these two measures, the distance between the floor B and the lower end face W of the wall W or between the ceiling and the upper end face of the wall can be kept relatively small despite the abundant height of the spring body 1.
The two through openings 2d and the hole for the threaded hole 2g are punched out of the clamping plate 2, preferably in a single operation, wherein the central part of the clamping plate 2 surrounding the threaded through hole 2g can be pushed out slightly upwards at the same time so that the threaded clamping bolt 3 despite its Thread groove even when it is fully screwed into the clamping plate 2 up to the screw head 3k, is fully engaged on its external thread with the threads of the threaded through hole 2g.
Fig. 4 shows the clamping plate 2, the threaded clamping bolt 3 and the fastening nails 5 in a side view. Here it can be seen how the central part of the clamping plate 2 is pressed outwards on one side opposite the plate surface in order to shift the threads of the threaded through hole 2g according to the width of the thread groove provided on the threaded clamping bolt 3. The central projection 3v is screwed onto the head 3k of the threaded clamping bolt 3 as a shoulder. A turning chisel designed as shaped steel is used for its production, with which the threaded clamping bolt 3 is separated from another of the same shape at the same time.
Fig. 5 shows the threaded clamping bolt 3 in a plan view, while Figs. 6 and 7 show the pressure plate 4 with the punched-out mortise 4d for the projection 3v of the screw head 3k in a plan view and side view and Fig. 8 shows the spring body 1 in a side view .
Such mobile partition walls, which instead of a one-piece solid wall consist of a post and wall structures with wall formwork on both sides, can be elastically clamped by means of the clamping devices Sp, the latter being arranged at the lower or upper end of the post. Furthermore, the use of the mobile wall is by no means limited to mobile partition walls to subdivide living or work spaces, for example in factory or office buildings, but can also be used as a facade wall for the external cladding of building walls.
In contrast to FIGS. 1 and 2, the threaded clamping bolt 3 could also be arranged the other way around, so that its head 3k rests against the lower end face W of the wall W. In this case, the pressure plate 4 would be omitted and the clamping plate 2 would be placed on the spring body 1 in its place. In this case, instead of the wall recess Wa, the spring body 1 would have to be provided with a central through opening to accommodate the screw shaft 3s.
Instead of forming the head section 3k of the threaded clamping bolt 3 as an octagonal or hexagonal head for a wrench, it could also have at least one through-going transverse bore into which a plug-in tool is inserted to rotate the threaded clamping bolt 3.
