Process for the production of an at least approximately stretchless, high-bulk textile yarn
The main patent relates to a process for the production of an at least approximately stretch-free, high-bulk textile yarn, which is characterized according to the patent claim in that a textile yarn made of synthetic thermoplastic material that has been subjected to a conventional texturing treatment is allowed to crimp out to a predetermined controlled extent and then in this state with no significant structural stretch having carrier yarn twisted.
The crimping of the textured yarn is preferably carried out by letting it spring in by relaxing it by 20 to 50 of its extended length. This can e.g. done in such a way that the textured yarn is first withdrawn from the bobbin by means of a pair of delivery rollers, then fed to a further pair of rollers, at which the peripheral speed of the drive roller is 20-50% lower than that of the drive roller of the delivery roller pair and then with the carrier yarn is united and twisted.
The fact that the yarn is in an unstable state during crimping on the path between the two roller pairs, which can result in an uneven failure of the end product, can have a disadvantageous effect in this embodiment of the method.
The method according to the present invention aims to eliminate this disadvantage. The invention accordingly relates to a method for producing an at least approximately stretch-free, high-bulk textile yarn by crimping a textile yarn made of synthetic material that has been subjected to a texturing treatment and then twisting it in this state with a carrier yarn that has no significant structural elongation and is characterized in that the The textured yarn only ruffles out on the stretch on which it is twisted with the carrier yarn.
It can be achieved here that the textured yarn is immediately tied by the carrier yarn when it is crimped out and practically no free stretch runs through in an unstable state. The method according to the invention thus makes it possible to achieve a more uniform failure of the end product than is the case with the above-mentioned procedure described in the main patent. In addition, this process can be carried out on a customary effect twine, as is available in most relevant companies.
The method according to the invention can be applied using the same textured yarns and the same carrier yarns as mentioned in the main patent.
The method according to the invention is explained below using the drawing, for example. Show it
1 schematically shows the sequence of the method on an effect twisting machine shown in a side view.
2 the one pair of rollers of the twisting machine together with the yarns from the front.
Two bobbins 1 and 2, of which the former contains the textured synthetic yarn 3 and the latter contains the carrier yarn 4, are placed on the carrier 5 of the twisting machine. The textured yarn 3 is drawn off over the bobbin head and the deflection rods 6, 7 by means of the delivery rollers 8, 8 'and then fed to the delivery roller pair 9, 9'. The circumferential speeds of the drive rollers of the roller pairs 8, 8 'and 9, 9' can be matched to one another so that the yarn 3 is stretched by approx. 5-10%, which promotes the subsequent crimping.
However, it is also possible to feed the yarn 3 directly to the pair of rollers 9, 9 ', which eliminates the need for drawing.
The carrier yarn 4 is drawn off over the bobbin head and the deflection rods 12, 13 by means of the delivery rollers 10, 10 ', in which the peripheral speed of the drive roller is about 20-50% lower than that of the drive roller of the roller pair 9, 9'. The carrier yarn 4 supplied by the rollers 10, 10 'is combined with the textured yarn 3 after passing the notch 15 in the roller 9 and twisted, the thread (34) at the delivery speed of the carrier yarn 4 between the roller pair 9, 9' and the ring twister 14 is conveyed. The textured yarn 3, which is supplied at a higher speed by means of the roller pair 9, 9 ', jumps in after leaving the nipping line of this roller pair and is simultaneously tied off by the carrier yarn 4.
