Beispiel3 Ein Kräuselgarn aus Polyamid66 mit einem Gesamt- titer von60 den, enthaltend7 Verbundfäden, welcheje aus zwei gleichzeitig versponnenen verschiedenen Poly- merkomponenten bestehen, durchläuft, wie anhand der Figur beschrieben, zwei in einem Abstand von einander angeordnete Walzenpaare(9, 9';
Beispiel 4 Ein Multifilamentgam aus Polyamid66 mit einem Titer von 70den bestehend aus23 Einzelfäden, das nach dem Falschdrallverfahren texturiert wurde, durchläuft mit einer Geschwindigkeit von30 m/min, wie anhand der Figur beschrieben, zwei in einem Abstand von einander angeordnete Walzenpaare(9, 9';
Process for the production of an at least approximately stretch-free high-bulk textile yarn There are crimped yarns consisting of thermoplastic synthetic material known, which len by turning up, heat setting and turning back or false twisting, also with the help of interlocking toothed rollers, by means of a stuffer box, by pulling over a sharp edge or through Formation of a temperature gradient were used to be textured transversely to the thread axis.
In addition, synthetic crimped yarns containing composite threads, which each consist of two different polymer components spun at the same time, are known. These textured yarns are processed in the stretched state on knitting and warp-knitting machines, and their crimping only takes place effectively during a thermal treatment or a washing treatment of the knitted fabric.
This can result in a noticeable width and length of the goods. This has the disadvantage that e.g. When processing the yarns on conventional cotton machines, only a limited number of clothing sizes can be produced due to the width of the input, and so far this has been necessary,
to purchase machines with a large font width for the rest of the size range. Even when processing on circular and flat knitting machines, the curling of the yarn in the knitted fabric results in dimensional losses that can be more or less compensated for by stretching after previous thermal treatment, although a noticeable loss of bulk has to be accepted.
The invention is based on the object. a practically stretch-free, high-bulk textile yarn with which the aforementioned disadvantages during processing can be avoided and with which knitted and knitted goods of any size can be made on the herbal knitting machines.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that a textile yarn made of synthetic thermoplastic textile material which has been subjected to a texturing treatment is allowed to crimp to a predetermined controlled extent and then twisted in this state with a carrier yarn which has no significant structural elongation.
Among textile yarns made from synthetic thermal material, multifilament yarns made from polyamides, e.g. Polyhexamethylene adipamide (polyamide 66) or condensates of epsflon-aminocaproic acid (polyamide 6) or 11-aminoundecanoic acid (polyamide 11), furthermore understood from polyesters (polyethylene glycol terephthalate), vinyl-based material (polyacrylonitrile) or polyolefins.
These can be subjected to one of the usual texturing treatments mentioned above. Suitable carrier yarns are yarns which have no structural elongation caused by texturing or the like, e.g. smooth continuous yarns or staple fiber yarns made from vegetable fibers such as e.g. Cotton or rayon and animal fibers such as Wool.
The inventive method is explained below with reference to the drawing, for example, which schematically illustrates the sequence of the method on a ring twisting machine shown in side view.
Two bobbins 1 and 2, of which the first one contains the textured synthetic yarn 3 and the last one contains the carrier yarn 4, are placed on a carrier 5 Twisting machine provided. The yarn 3 is drawn off over the bobbin head and the deflection bars 6, 7 by means of the delivery rollers 8, S ' and then another pair of delivery rollers 9.9 '' fed.
The circumferential speeds of the roller pairs 8, 8 ' and 9, 9' can be coordinated with one another in such a way that the yarn 3 is drawn between them from approx. 5 to 10% , which promotes the subsequent curling. However, it is also possible to omit the roller pair 8, 8 ' and instead to arrange a conventional thread brake in front of the roller pair 9, 9' . Furthermore, the yarn 3 can also be fed directly to the pair of rollers 9, 9 ', which eliminates the need for drawing.
Then the yarn 3 is fed to a third pair of rollers 10, 10 ', in which the peripheral speed of the work roll is about 20 to 50c7c lower than that of the drive roller of the roller pair 9, 9 ', so that the yarn 3 experiences a crimp between these roller pairs. The carrier yarn 4 is drawn off over the bobbin head and the deflection rods 12. 13 by means of the delivery shafts 10, 10 ' and on the clamping line of the latter with the crimped yarn 3 < / B> combined, whereupon the two games 3 and 4 are twisted by means of the ring twisting device 14.
The twist applied here can be between approx. 50 and 200 turns / meter.
0 In order to achieve a bulk yarn that is as uniform as possible, two or more double threads produced according to the described method can also be twinned together.
It is also possible to produce fancy yarns by changing the circumferential speed of the pair of rollers 9, 9 ' periodically or at irregular time intervals in a range of approximately 15 varies by up to 45% and thus the crimping of the textured yarn is changed accordingly.
Example1 A multifilament yarn made of polyamide 66 with a titer of 70den consisting of 23 individual threads, which is textured using the false twist method was, as described with reference to the figure, pulled off the spool by means of the delivery roller pair 8, 8 ' and then fed to the delivery roller pair 9, 9' , the The circumferential speeds of the drive rollers of the two roller pairs are coordinated so that
that the yarn is stretched by approx. 5%. The yarn is then fed to the roller pair 10, 10 ', at which the peripheral speed of the drive roller is 350 /, lower than that of the drive roller of the roller pair 9, 9 '. A smooth multifilament yarn made of polyamide 66 with a titer of 20den consisting of 7 individual threads is drawn off with the aid of the second pair of delivery rollers as the carrier yarn,
combined with the crimped yarn and twisted with it at 160 turns / meter. A practically stretch-free yarn with a high bulk is obtained.
Example 2 A multifilament yarn made of polyethylene glycol terphthalate with a titer of 75 consisting of 36 individual threads, which textures by generating a temperature gradient transversely to the thread axis was passed through, as described with reference to the figure, two pairs of rollers (9, 9'-, 10, 10 '# arranged at a distance from one another, the drive roller of the first Roller pair (9, 9 ') has a circumferential speed of 4017, greater than the drive roller of the second roller pair (10, 10')
. A wool yarn N, 120 is used as the carrier yarn, which is twisted with the crimped yarn at 110 turns / meter.
Example3 A crimped yarn made of polyamide 66 with a total denier of 60 , containing 7 < / B> Composite threads, which each consist of two different polymer components spun at the same time, pass through, as described with reference to the figure, two pairs of rollers (9, 9 ';
10, 10 '), the drive roller of the first pair of rollers (9, 9') having a circumferential speed of 200/0 greater than the drive roller of the second pair of rollers (10, 10 '). The crimped yarn is made with a line wool yarn N ", 50 with a spin twist of 643 turns / meter S as a carrier yarn with 80 turns / meter S twisted.
Example 4 A multifilament yarn made of polyamide 66 with a titer of 70den consisting of 23 individual threads, which has been textured according to the false twist process, runs through at a speed of 30 m / min, as described with reference to the figure, two pairs of rollers (9, 9 ';
10, 10 '). wherein the drive roller of the first pair of rollers (9, 9 ') has a circumferential speed 45% higher than the drive roller of the second roller pair (10, 10'). The circumferential speed of the drive roller of the first roller pair (9, 9 ') is briefly reduced by 20% at intervals of 0.6 seconds each, so that the textured yarn experiences a reduced curling at periodic intervals.
Then the textured yarn is twisted with a smooth multifilament yarn made of polyamide 66, 20 den, 7 single threads with 160 turns / meter . A practically stretch-free Ef fect yarn with a varying bulk is obtained.
