Appareil pour la formation de rainures dans une paroi La présente invention concerne un appareil pour la formation de rainures dans une paroi, notamment pour la mise en place de câbles électriques.
L'appareil suivant l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un boîtier de réception des résidus muni de manches destinés au maniement de l'appareil et pourvu à sa partie supérieure d'un couvercle élastique amovible, tandis qu'il comporte à sa partie inférieure une lame également amovible qui porte des couteaux formant gouges et hors de laquelle une roue dentée fait saillie jusqu'au niveau du premier couteau, cette roue située à l'avant étant agencée pour marquer le chemin, l'appareil comportant à son extrémité arrière une pointe destinée à achever la rainure au voisinage des angles des parois.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution particulière de l'objet de l'invention ; la fig. 1 est une vue schématique en élévation et en coupe longitudinale de l'appareil de cette forme d'exé cution ; les fig. 2 et 3 sont des vues en coupe à plus grande échelle respectivement suivant les lignes I-I et II-II de la fig. 1.
L'appareil représenté comprend un boîtier 1 pourvu de deux manches 2 et 3, avant et arrière, destinés à mani puler l'appareil. Le premier de ces manches 2 est fixé à l'aide d'une vis 4 et est encastré dans un logement 5, tandis que le manche 3 est fixé à l'aide d'une vis 6 et comporte une cavité 7 destinée à recevoir une saillie 8 du boîtier qui est traversée par la vis 6, ce boîtier com portant une nervure 9 qui est ajustée dans un logement 10 du manche 3 et coopère à la fixation de ce dernier.
A la partie inférieure, l'appareil comporte une lame 11 dont des parties longitudinales 12 sont rabattues sur des rebords respectifs 13 du boîtier, et dont une aile avant 14 est appliquée sur le rebord correspondant du boîtier ; cette lame forme quatre couteaux 15, 16, 17 et 18. La lame 11, fixée de manière amovible, comporte un prolongement postérieur interne 19 recevant une vis 20.
Le boîtier est pourvu à la partie supérieure d'un couvercle élastique amovible 21 comportant deux ner vures longitudinales internes 22 et, à sa partie avant, un logement formé entre son bord 23 et une aile 24 et rece vant le bord avant 25 de l'ouverture du couvercle ; le couvercle comporte, à sa partie opposée, une aile 26 appliquée sous le bord correspondant 27 de cette ouver ture.
L'appareil porte une fraise 28 située à l'avant, tour nant librement autour d'un axe 29 et centrée par une série de rondelles 30 logées entre une cavité 31 et une ouverture 32 pratiquée dans la lame 11, hors de laquelle la fraise 28 fait saillie en avant jusqu'au niveau du pre mier couteau 15 ; cette fraise a pour fonction de mar quer et d'ouvrir le chemin dans la paroi avant le passage des couteaux 15, 16, 17 et 18 en vue de former la rai nure, la matière coupée pénétrant par les bouches 15a, 16a, 17a et 18a à l'intérieur du boîtier 1 sous forme de résidus que l'on peu extraire du boîtier en ôtant le cou vercle 21.
L'appareil est complété par une pointe arrière 33 particulièrement appropriée pour l'achèvement des rai nures au voisinage des angles des parois.

The appended drawing represents, by way of example, a particular embodiment of the object of the invention; fig. 1 is a schematic view in elevation and in longitudinal section of the apparatus of this embodiment; figs. 2 and 3 are sectional views on a larger scale respectively taken along lines I-I and II-II of FIG. 1.
The apparatus shown comprises a housing 1 provided with two handles 2 and 3, front and rear, intended to handle the apparatus. The first of these sleeves 2 is fixed using a screw 4 and is embedded in a housing 5, while the handle 3 is fixed using a screw 6 and has a cavity 7 intended to receive a projection 8 of the housing which is crossed by the screw 6, this housing com carrying a rib 9 which is fitted in a housing 10 of the handle 3 and cooperates in the fixing of the latter.
At the lower part, the apparatus comprises a blade 11, the longitudinal parts 12 of which are folded over respective edges 13 of the housing, and of which a front wing 14 is applied to the corresponding edge of the housing; this blade forms four knives 15, 16, 17 and 18. The blade 11, fixed in a removable manner, comprises an internal posterior extension 19 receiving a screw 20.
The housing is provided at the upper part with a removable elastic cover 21 comprising two internal longitudinal ribs 22 and, at its front part, a housing formed between its edge 23 and a wing 24 and receiving the front edge 25 of the housing. opening the cover; the cover comprises, at its opposite part, a wing 26 applied under the corresponding edge 27 of this opening.
The device carries a cutter 28 located at the front, rotating freely around an axis 29 and centered by a series of washers 30 housed between a cavity 31 and an opening 32 made in the blade 11, outside of which the cutter 28 protrudes forward to the level of the first knife 15; the function of this cutter is to mark and open the path in the wall before the passage of the knives 15, 16, 17 and 18 in order to form the groove, the cut material entering through the mouths 15a, 16a, 17a and 18a inside the housing 1 in the form of residues which can be extracted from the housing by removing the cover 21.
The apparatus is completed by a rear point 33 particularly suitable for completing the grooves in the vicinity of the corners of the walls.
