Dispositif pour porter un emballage tel que celui dit berlingot La présente invention a trait à un dispositif pour porter un emballage, tel que celui dit berlingot . Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une poignée présentant des moyens permettant de la monter amoviblement sur l'une des arêtes dudit emballage, cette poignée étant destinée à permettre une préhension et un maniement commodes de cet emballage.
Dans une forme d'exécution préférée, le dispositif selon l'invention comporte en outre un organe soli daire de ladite poignée et apte à assurer l'obturation d'une ouverture ménagée à la partie supérieure de l'emballage.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

Le dispositif représenté au dessin comprend deux parties essentielles, c'est-à-dire, d'une part, une poi gnée permettant de porter l'emballage et, d'autre part, un élément de fermeture de l'orifice ménagé au sommet dudit emballage en vue de le vider de son contenu. La poignée 1 comprend un moyen de fixa tion apte à rendre cette dernière solidaire de l'une des arêtes 2 d'un emballage 3 contenant du lait, par exemple, connu sous le nom de berlingot .
Ce moyen consiste en une rainure 4 ménagée dans le bord rectiligne de ladite poignée 1, cette rainure présentant, au milieu de sa largeur, une encoche lon gitudinale 5 creusée dans l'une de ses parois, l'autre paroi présentant une saillie longitudinale 6 de même section, mais de moindres dimensions que celles de ladite encoche, de façon à conférer à la section de ladite rainure un profil bosselé.
Pour assurer la fixa tion de la poignée 1 sur l'emballage 3, il suffit de faire glisser longitudinalement l'arête 2 dans la rai nure 4, la bosse que présente le profil de cette der nière formant dans la largeur de cette arête une ner vure qui empêche tout déplacement latéral de la poignée par rapport à ladite arête.
L'élément de fermeture dont est pourvu le dis positif est constitué par un bras 7 articulé autour d'un axe 8 solidaire de la poignée 1. Le bras 7 com porte une pince 9 susceptible d'être engagée sur le bord des deux parois de l'emballage limitant rou- verture préalablement ménagée en coupant la pointe supérieure du récipient, dans le but de le vider de son contenu, et un poussoir 10 permettant de dégager avec le pouce la pince 9 qui se trouve alors placée dans la position représentée en trait mixte (fig. 1).
La poignée 1 permet de faciliter la préhension du récipient qui, tel un pot, peut être manié avec aisance. De préférence, le dispositif est exécuté en une matière plastique, par exemple une résine viny- lique.

The device shown in the drawing comprises two essential parts, that is to say, on the one hand, a handle allowing the packaging to be carried and, on the other hand, an element for closing the orifice provided at the top. of said packaging in order to empty it of its contents. The handle 1 comprises a fastening means capable of making the latter integral with one of the edges 2 of a package 3 containing milk, for example, known as a berlingot.
This means consists of a groove 4 formed in the rectilinear edge of said handle 1, this groove having, in the middle of its width, a longitudinal notch 5 hollowed out in one of its walls, the other wall having a longitudinal projection 6 of the same section, but of smaller dimensions than those of said notch, so as to give the section of said groove a bumpy profile.
In order to secure the handle 1 on the packaging 3, it suffices to slide the edge 2 longitudinally into the groove 4, the bump presented by the profile of the latter forming in the width of this edge a nerve. vure which prevents any lateral displacement of the handle relative to said edge.
The closing element with which the positive device is provided consists of an arm 7 articulated around an axis 8 integral with the handle 1. The arm 7 carries a clamp 9 capable of being engaged on the edge of the two walls of the packaging limiting the opening previously provided by cutting the upper tip of the container, with the aim of emptying it of its contents, and a pusher 10 allowing the clamp 9 to be released with the thumb which is then placed in the position shown in dashed line (fig. 1).
The handle 1 makes it easier to grip the container which, like a pot, can be handled with ease. Preferably, the device is made of a plastic material, for example a vinyl resin.
