Abstract

The subject of the present invention is a package for the packaging of liquids, comprising a body 1 which is provided with a bottom 2 and with a lid 3 and inside of which is disposed a pocket 5 provided with a spout 8. According to the invention the spout 8 of the pocket 5 is fixed to a panel 4 which is parallel to the bottom of the body 1, is friction mounted in the latter and comprises means 6 allowing it to be moved manually in the body.

Description

Packaging for packaging liquids
The present invention relates to packages for packaging liquids, comprising a body which is provided with a bottom and a cover and inside which is disposed a pocket provided with a neck.

 To empty such packaging, it is convenient to mount a tap on the neck. But this tap then protrudes relative to the upper face of the body, which either requires not to provide a cover if the packaging is mounted with a mounted tap, or prevents the cover from being replaced if the tap is not turned on. only when using the liquid in the packaging for the first time.

 The subject of the present invention is a packaging of the above type improved in order to remedy this drawback.

 The packaging according to the invention is characterized in that the neck of the pocket is fixed to a plate which is parallel to the bottom of the body, is frictionally mounted therein, and comprises means allowing it to be moved manually in the body.

 For storage, the plate is brought at a certain distance from the cover, which allows the separate tap to be placed in the space existing between these two elements, the neck being closed by a removable cap, possibly encapsulated. The tap can also be directly mounted on the neck. The cover protects the neck, unlike what would be the case if the neck was fixed directly to the cover, and makes it possible to provide a guarantee strip ensuring inviolability.

During use, the cover is removed and the plate is moved upwards so that the tap is released from the body of the packaging and that liquid can be drawn through this tap.
The pocket previously attached to the plate can be filled separately and then placed in the packaging. The bag can also be filled after having previously placed it as well as the plate inside the body of the packaging.

 As shown in the drawing, the package comprises a body 1 which is obtained by cutting from a tube formed by winding strips of cardboard and which has at its upper part a rolled edge 1a. The body 1 is closed at its lower part by a recessed bottom 2 which is held in place by folding down on a peripheral fold of the bottom, from the lower end 1b of the body, which ensures a very resistant crimping; at its upper part the body is closed by a re-entrant and styling cover 3 which is applied both to the outer face of the rolled edge 1a and to the inner face of the latter.

 Inside the body 1 is slidably mounted with hard friction a support plate 4 for a bottle or pocket 5. The plate 4 which is parallel to the bottom 2, is made of cut cardboard and provided with gripping holes 6 of which only one is visible in the drawing; it is also provided with a hole 7, the edge of which is raised upwards and has radial slots, and into which a neck 8 is engaged opening out into the pocket 5 and fixed to it. This pocket is made of flexible plastic and preferably formed of at least two waterproof flexible sheets fixed to each other at their periphery, the neck 8 therefore opening out between these two sheets. A tap 9 can be force-fitted into the neck 8.

 The reference 10 designates gripping openings cut in the side walls of the body 1. A guarantee strip II can be provided fixed astride the cover 3 and the body 1 and guaranteeing the inviolability of the packaging.

 Figure 2 shows the packaging during storage. The plate 4 is located at a certain distance from the cover 3, the tap 9 thus being able to hang between the plate and the cover, or even, as shown, mounted in the neck 8.

 To withdraw the liquid contained in the bag 5, the cover 3 is removed and, by pulling on the plate 4 using the fingers engaged in the holes 6, this plate is brought close to the upper opening of the body, so that the tap 9 comes outside of this body.

 I1 then suffices to lay down the packaging, which allows the liquid contained in the bag 5 to be withdrawn by the tap 9 (FIG. 3).

 When the cover 3 is removed, it can be fitted onto the lower part of the body 1, which in particular protects it from the humidity of the soil on which the packaging rests.

 It goes without saying that the present invention should not be considered as limited to the embodiment described and shown, but on the contrary covers all variants. Thus, to prevent sliding forward of the wafer 4, if the packaging is to be reversed during storage or during handling, one could provide a rider 12 of U-section, taking support on the wafer and whose ends would be housed inside the bead of the cover; this rider could include a lifting tab 13.

 1. - Packaging for the packaging of liquids, comprising a body 1 which is provided with a bottom 2 and a cover 3 and inside which is placed a pocket 5 provided with a neck 8, characterized in that the neck 8 of the pocket 5 is fixed to a plate 4 which is parallel to the bottom of the body 1, is frictionally mounted therein, and comprises means 6 allowing it to be moved manually in the body.  2. - Packaging according to claim 1, characterized by a jumper 12, U-shaped, disposed between the cover 3 and the plate 4 and preventing movement of the latter during storage or handling of the packaging.
