It is characterized in that the structure (2) which is coupled to the container (1) has an opening (5) at ist front portion to provide for the outlet of liquid and a manually actuatable closing device (6) which can be actuated against the action of a spring (7); the closure device (6) closes in the rest position said opening (5) and, when the force of the spring (7) is exceeded, it opens said opening (5). With such device, the container is normally closed, preventing the introduction of elements which would affect the hygiene and preservation conditions of the liquid contained.
